Chapter 6

~Koaru's POV, 3rd person~
After the club had finished rescuing Haruhi, they were on their way out just as Koaru remembered something, or someone to be exact.

"Hey, where's Amaya?" He asked, causing the rest of the club to panic a bit.

"She probably just went back home.  She did say she didn't want to go back here." Hikaru said, brushing her off.

"I don't think she would do that.  Something's telling me that she's not one to back out." Ranka said.

"We should go back, just to be sure she's not in any of the rooms."  Tamaki said.he turned back, "I mean, she couldn't of gotten into to much trouble. Right?"

The others nodded and they added back, but for some reason, Koaru couldn't help but worry or her safety. There was genuine fear in her usual emotionless eyes when the club mentioned they were heading to Lobelia, he knew she attended this school before she went to Ouran.  And by the way she acted at school, she seemed damaged, and scared.

When they entered the school, Koaru noticed that they got a lot of stares from the other girls. Probably because they were guys in a girls school, and from their little show at the play a while earlier.

"The last place we saw her was in the rehearsal room. So let's start there." Kyoya said

"Okay men! To the rehearsal room!" Tamakai exclaimed causing them to get more stares. The rest of the club walked over to where the room was and opened the door, their eyes widening at what they saw.

Amaya was curled up on the floor, her body was trembling and her eyes were closed, the club walked up to her, not saying a word and she compressed herself even more. "Please no more." She whimpered.

~Amaya's POV, 3rd person~
After the play, the tree girls returned, and beat up Amaya even more, one blow landed on her cheek, and she was sure it was going to bruise. Now she was laying on the floor, trembling with fear and pain. She heard the door open and a group of footsteps got closer to her. She curled up tighter to try to protect herself.

"Please no more." She said, squeezing her eyes shut.

They kept coming and she felt a gentile hand be placed on her shoulder. She winced, and slowly opened her eyes, seeing Koaru kneeling in front of her, concern in his eyes, the rest of the host club standing behind him, Hikaru standing beside him.

"W-what are you guys doing here?" She asked, her voice shaking a bit. "Don't y-you need to save H-Harhuhi?" She was stuttering. she did this whenever she was confused, scared, or hurt.

"We already saved her, she's with us right now." Tamakai said, "Now we need to get you to a hospital."

"N-No. I don't n-need one." She stopped and she started to cough, then she vomited, there was only bright red blood coming out of her mouth. She shook, a trail of blood dripping out of the corner of her mouth. Kyoya pushed past Koaru and started to examine Amaya.

"I'm sorry Amaya, you're going to the hospital right now." Kyoya said.

"W-why are y-you being s-so kind t-to me?" Amaya asked. "I-I'm just a f-f-f-f-" her stutter was getting worse.

"I suggest you don't talk. If you do it will make your condition worse." Kyoya said, "Mori?"

Mori stepped forward and picked Amaya up carefully, the club walked out of the room and through the halls.

Amaya looked around at the club, she was confused to why they were doing this, this kindness was unfamiliar to her. Sure she had people be kind to her, but that was when she was a child, and most of those people were ghosts. She heard whispers of the Lobelia girls as the club walked through the school. Once off the campus, she relaxed and closed her eyes, exhausted.

~Koaru's POV, 3rd person~
Koaru kept glancing at Amaya, she had passed out once they passed the gates, but the steady rise and fall of her chest soothed his nerves a bit. Why am I so worried about her... I barely know her. He thought to himself.

"The ambulance will be here any minute." Kyoya said. "Though I haven't gotten hold of her parents."

The club was silent, until the heard the sirens of an ambulances, soon it pulled up and Amaya was rushed onto a gurney and into the back. The limo followed it to the hospital, everyone was worried.

"We shouldn't of made Ama-chan go with us." Honey muttered.

"Yeah." Mori agreed.

"I hope she's okay." Koaru said. He was sitting next to his brother, who had been silent for the ride.

"Poor girl." Ranka said. "She seemed so terrified in the ride to the school. But she didn't when she was talking about her plan."

"She did say she was a good actress." Hikaru pointed out.

"Yeah. How could we of figured it out?" Koaru asked them.

The club sat in silence.

"So you guys did all of this for me?" Haruhi asked, she had been silent until now.

"Of course my darling!" Ranka said.

"You could of done it by yourselves! And you did do it by yourselves! You didn't need to bring Amaya into danger like that!" She said angrily.

"Haruhi..." Tamakai said.

"No, sempai." Haruhi said. "You shouldn't of brought her period."

"I'm sorry... " Tamaki said.

"We're here." The driver said.

"Thank you." Kyoya said, the club walked out and rushed inside the hospital.

"So Kyoya-sempai, you're the one who knows the most medical stuff here, do you know what happened to her?" Haruhi asked.

"From what I saw, she suffered some internal bleeding from blunt force trauma I assume, most likely a physical assault from the way she was acting when we found her." They were now waiting in the ER waiting room, all of them waiting to see if Amaya was okay.

Kyoya shut his phone and sighed "I still can't seem to reach her parents. Their phones must be off." He said.

A couple minutes later, a nurse walked out the doors, "Are the parents or guardians of Amaya Tanaki her? I need to see them."

The club stood up and walked over.

"Unfortunately, I couldn't get her parents on the phone. But we were the ones who brought her over, and I can assure you it's safe to tell us." Kyoya said.

"And I am an adult." Ranka said.

"Well..." The nurse was hesitant at first, then she recognized Kyoya, "I guess it's alright. Miss Tanaki has suffered some Blunt force trauma, and there's a bit of internal bleeding. I'm glad you got her here when you did." She smiled, "She'll be alright but we have to keep her here for several days I assume. Though she should be fine in a week or so."

The hosts smiled as they got the news.

"We're so glad to hear that." The twins said.

"Now, I suggest you leave, she may be able to take visitors in a couple days."

The hosts all smiled and they headed out, heading back to the limo, all going back home.
