I walked back with Dan. "(Y/N) this is Phil," said Dan. "Hi," I smiled nervously. "Hey, it's nice to meet you," chirped Phil. Ok this is painfully awkward. I can't do my job, maybe I can ditch them... "Your guys hungry," I smiled hopefully. "Yeah! It's nearly dinner time anyway," smiled Phil. "I know where we can go," smiled Dan.

We all headed for Nandos. I actually was  quite hungry after a long day of running around, so I was happy, now just need to ditch them. "So what do you do as a consultant," asked Dan suspicious. (Y/n) jolted. "Um I consult people, about their fashion," She said quickly. "Right," said Dan not convinced. "How would you discribe my style," smiled Phil.  "Uh... Very kawaii Japan, mixed with gameboy nerd," I smiled. Those were his preferences, hopefully it makes sense as a style. "Yeah! I love it," said Phil excitedly. "Wow, but why would you say Japanese," Dan raised a brow. "Cuz it's the modern style for a lot of Japanese teens," I lied. "Hm who would have thought," said Dan before taking a sig of his drink. I can't believe he bought that. Phil was admiring his lion teeshirt. "I'm so stylish," laughed Phil, and we all chuckled.

After Dinner Dan asked me to the pier. It was strange but I agreed. Maybe I could get more of a feel for the kind of girl he likes. Yet why do I feel nervous... Why is my heart racing...

"So why are we at the pier," I asked confused. "I like it. It helps me think," smiled Dan. "About," I asked. "You," he smiled. I blushed and looked away. He chuckled and looked out into the water. "Im kidding," he smiled. "Well I do like this place too. It's my favorite," I smiled, turning to gaze out into the water. "It really puts life in perspective," chuckled Dan. "Yea," I mumbled before he gently held my hand. "How about we go see some fish. Tomorrow we can spend the day there. Since you love the pier, you must love the aquarium," he smiled. "Uh yea," I smiled back. "What the hell is an aquarium," I thought confused. We stared at the water for what seemed like ages. "This is nice. I'll see you tomorrow, alright," I smiled. "Let me walk you home?" Dan offered. "I'll be ok, I promise. Plus I have my parents visiting and they'll freak if they see I'm seeing someone without telling them," I laughed. "Haha ok, see ya. Meet me at the aquarium at noon. I'll text me when you get home, I want to make sure your safe. " Dan smiled before he turned and walked away. It's getting easier and easier to lie to him. It's what I wanted, but why do I feel so bad.

(Y/N) gazed at the sky. She slowly walked into an ally, changing into her fairy form and landed on Dan&Phil's roof. She flew into an open window of a vacant apartment. "I guess I'll sleep here tonight," She sighed. She curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

(Phil's Pov)

"So you're dating her right?" I asked and Dan blushed bright red. "Uh well I uh," he stuttered staring down at his laptop. "So you didn't ask her yet. We had a plan. Take her to the pier, romantic atmosphere. You're adorable," I laughed. "Shut up Phil! We have a date, I just haven't asked her to be my girlfriend. What if she turns me down," he sighed. He kidding right? They were both clearly in love. Looks like I need to give them the Phil push. "You have to confess or you may never get the chance," I smiled. "Now," he asked. "No on a date. Ooo my parents meet on the ice rink. They say the cold made them stand closer and it made their love much more pronounced," I said excitedly. "That's actually a good idea," smiled Dan. "I try?" I said triumphantly.

~le Time Skip~

We got to the aquarium and Dan held my hand before we got inside. Maybe it was to not get lost, it was really crowded, or maybe his hand was cold. It was amazing. Fish of all different colors and shapes. All the little kids screaming "NEMO," at the clownfish. Weird human ritual. We were there for almost 3 hours. "Well Dan this was fun, let's hang out soon," I smiled letting go of his hand.

"Wait....Let's go to the ice rink, Please," Dan with a hopeful look. "I'm not sure, I have family- " "please I have something to talk to you about," He pleaded. "Sure Dan," I smiled. I hope he's not going to confess, I haven't found him a girlfriend.... Come to think of it, I haven't sent him a girl in a while. Did I stop trying???

We went to the ice rink and everything was normal. We skated, laughed, and even fell a couple times. Yet he kept spacing out, and would look at me, but then would blush and look away. "Dan you got something on your mind?" I asked concerned. "No I just....(Y/N) will you....... Get a hot chocolate with me," he asked. "Sure?" I replied. He's acting weird. Maybe he wants me to leave him alone, but he can't bear to say it. It can't possibly be more... Could it...

~time skip~

After a while me and him became so close. I almost convinced myself I was human. We hang out his flat almost every day! I waited in the lounge on Tumblr while he finishes YouTube videos. And I slept on the other flat at night... he never suspected a thing. But something happened. With every girl that I send his way, I can feel my heart hurt a little bit. This isn't supposed to happen; this isn't what I was meant to do. I don't fall in love... I make others fall in love. I just don't know what love feels like, but I do know what it looks like.... and right now I am trudging through dangerous waters.

~Le time skip~

I got a message on my phone... It was Venus. "Crap 2 months have passed," I thought. "Is something wrong?" Asked Dan looking up from his computer. I was at their place, as per usual. "Nothing, just something I need to take care of. Be right back," I said as I walked out of their flat. I found a stair way and I ran to the roof. There she was... The goddess of Love. She saw me and smiled.

"Well your two months are up have you done it? Please let me see the new couple you created," Venus smiled. "I can't...," I sighed walking up to her. "Why what happened? Don't tell me you've failed," she asked raising an eyebrow. "Yes, I'm a failure I just couldn't do it," I said softly. I could feel the tears rush to my eyes. "Well that's very sad to hear you know what that means," she sighed disappointed. "Yes I do know what that means. I'm a failure as a Demi-Cupid, let alone an angel. I just couldn't pair up Dan James Howell," I sulked. I fell to my knees then said, "you know... They said all I had to do was have make a boy fall in love, to know what true love actual felt like. Sounded too easy, but I couldn't do it. I couldn't fucking keep lying to Dan." I started to cry. My wings drooped down. I'm a complete mess. I knew if I didn't do it I would never come back down to earth... That I would never see him again.

"(Y/N)?"

I froze. No, it can't be. I turned to see Dan standing at the entrance to the roof. "How long hav-," "I heard all of it," he interrupted me. He walked closer and looked at me. "So you lied to me. You didn't really care about me," the words seemed to have slowly fallen out of his mouth. "I can explain," I cried. "Explain what. That your some sort of angel! That I need that much help dating! That I cared so much about you!!" Dan yelled. I flinched. I just let him yell. He was right. "You realize how much pain you put me through, the trust you've bro-"

"I LOVE YOU DAMN IT,"

Dan stopped. Venus was also taken back. I clenches my fists and I shook with anger and sadness. I spoke loud through the tears. . "I know what happened was wrong. Why I stopped sending him girls, and why I even sent a perfect one away. I fell in love," I stood up and faced Venus. I summoned all the power I could to be brave. "I'm ready to go. Let's just get this over with. I'm ready to be demoted," I said wiping my tears. There's nothing I can do, except save face. Nothing I can do to see him again.

"Wait you're leaving just like that," yelled Dan. "She failed, I have to demote her. That's the rules. She won't be coming to earth anytime soon," sighed Venus. "Please. I know it's not my place but please don't take her away. I'm pissed but mostly heartbroken!!! I love her, and to hear her say it too... Please," said Dan as tears left his eyes. "Maybe I can do something. Sure she didn't set you up with a human girl, but you both did experience love. Sounds like a B+ to me," she smiled. "So that means," Dan said hopefully. "Yes," Venus smiled.

(Y/n) felt a light through her. Her body glowed, but began throbbing. She clutched her heart and let out a scream. Her eyes drained and her skin flushed. She collapsed as her wings disintegrated. "What the fuck happened!! (Y/N)!!!!" yelled Dan. "She's human," smiled Venus as she walked away.

~Le Time Jump~

(Y/n) jolted awake. "A hospital?" She thought as she looked around. She heard footsteps and soon she was met with a pair of oak brown eyes. "(Y/n)?" He said. "Who are you," she responded. There was a moment of silence. She saw his eyes tear up. "You don't remember me. Do you?" He asked slowly. "Nope. But for some reason, I think I really like you," she said confused, and Dan laughed wiping the tears from his eyes .

"Ok then let's start over. Hello there my name is Dan Howell, and I'm taking you home,"
