You have a chance to be One Direction's water girl. You take it really well and get to bond with the boys in every activity. Since you're a Niall girl, you often spend more time with him than the other ones. You two have lots of things in common, like eating, sleeping, playing with other's hair, playing guitar, watching horror movies and stuff, so you guys getting along with each other very good. He also teach you how to play guitar. After a time, your job has then finished, you thought that you would never get to meet them again, you quite sad about it. But a few days later, you receive a text from a number that later you know it's Niall's, asks you out for a date. You thought it'll be a normal date between close friends, but then...

- Will you be my girlfriend?

- For the freaking last time, Niall, the answer is no.

If all of the Directoners have already know that Liam was refused 22 times before, no one knows that there's a Directioner has refused Niall for, until this time, 31 times already.

- But I thought you liked me? - Niall asks - What did I do wrong Y/N?

- Nothing Niall. I love you more than anything, but I'm not the one. Please, just find someone suits you better. - You say and then walk away.

- Failed again huh? - Liam asks seeing Niall's long face. Niall doesn't answer him, instead he sighs and asks back.

- Being a celebrity's lover, is it a bad thing? I asked her more than 30 times, we kissed, she said she loved me, but why is the answer still no?

- What can it be? - Niall leans forward, looks at Harry.

- Forget all the things I said. - She cuts you off again. - No one would ask you out that many times if he doesn't want to date you by all his heart.

- I have to think. - You reply her in a tired way. - I'm not sure if I have any opportunity.

You give Y/BFF/N a nod, then put your face in a pillow. You need a nap before deciding anything.

That afternoon, you pick up your phone, wanted to text Niall but you realise he has texted you a few minutes ago.

"Wanna go out for some coffee? I'll treat."

Niall treats, ain't no Directioner refuses to go. You put on the best thing you could find in your wardrobe. You regret not buying any girl clothes. After a 15-minute-preparation, you walk to the coffee shop near your house.

Niall has already been there. He smiles at you while you're sitting down. You dressed like you always do, so you didn't expect anything but...

- You look pretty today. - Niall says looking in your eyes. Your heart skipped a beat hearing that.

- I have something to tell you. - You both say at the same time. You let Niall talk first.

- I know I've put you through a hard situation. I'm sorry for being so childish, we can be good friends like we used to. - Niall says, paying attention on your reaction.

You freeze there for a second before understand what he just said. - Why such a sudden? - You ask, try to make your voice as normal as you can.

- I know you refused me because you don't think I have the ability to protect you. I don't want to lose you, so I think being friends is the best way for us.

- Glad you thought so. - You say, try to not cry in front of him. - I wouldn't be able to take the pressure from the fandom.

- So what did you want to say? - Niall gently asks.

- Nothing important. - You smile.

You and him then talk about stuffs like how you were. But inside, you really want to hit yourself and him as well. At the moment you decided to say yes, he stopped hitting on you. You ask yourself, what kind of joke is that?

- I have to go now, bye Y/N. - Niall gives you a goodbye hug. You then return home, and he goes to the mall to get some junk food.

- How's things Niall? - Y/BFF/N sees Niall in the mall. She decided to say hi.

- Very good. - Niall realise your best friend. She once went to the studio with you and got to meet One Direction.

- Where's Y/N? I thought you asked her out. - Y/BFF/N asks.

- Who's gonna go out with a friend this late? - Niall laugh. - She went home.

- A friend? I thought you're hitting on her? - Y/BFF/N says surprisingly.

- You know? - Niall has the same reaction. - Well, she refused me several times, I don't want to put her in an awkward position anymore, so I guess I'll stop chasing after her.

- You idiot! - Y/BFF/N freaks Niall out when she yells at him. - Sorry for being rude, - she calmly says - but I don't think you made the right decision there Mr. Horan. She was about to say yes.

Niall seems so taken aback that he drops the chips bag he's holding. He asks Y/BFF/N what happened makes you change your mind. Y/BFF/N tells him everything, that she said you shouldn't date a celebrity, that you felt scared of his fame, that you let her know he asked you out for so many times, and that she encourages you to agree. After hearing it, Niall feels a little bit upset about what Y/BFF/N did, but also thanks her for letting him know.

You hear someone knocking the door. You open it, Niall is standing outside and at the moment the door has totally opened, he hugs you really tight.

- I can't breathe Niall. - You slightly punch on his back. - What happened?

- I was saying stupid things this afternoon. Can you forget all about them? - Niall gives you his biggest smile, you can feel somehow his eyes are sparkling.

- Okay but what happened? Why you look so happy?

- So if you don't mind the things I said, will you be my girlfriend? I know it'll be hard, but I'll do my best to protect you, I won't let anyone hurt you, I...

You put your index finger on his lips, prevent him from finish his sentence.

- You don't have to say anything more Niall. - You look in his eyes, no word can describe your love to those precious blue eyes. - I trust you, I love you, and... I agree.

After the last word came out of your mouth, Niall take a step forward and kiss you. Not a wild kiss as you thought it'll be, but he gently puts his lips on yours and keep it there for a moment. Still, you still feel that it is the best kiss you ever have.

The next morning, Niall takes you with him to a restaurant, where he has a meal with the boys. You thought you would buy a dress or some kind of girl clothes, but you're glad Niall doesn't care much about your outlook. He knows you don't feel comfortable wearing girl clothes.

- Guys, I'm dating Y/N. - Niall says when we're having our meal.

It seems to be a real eye-opener to the boys. Louis takes the cake, he chokes and his face has the weirdest expression.

- I thought you said she refused you so many times? - Harry asks.

- Not this time. - Niall scratches his nose.

- But you said you'll give up. - Liam says.

- I gave it my last shot, didn't think it will succeed. - Niall's smile goes bigger. You have a thought in one second that his smile will take over all his face.

- What about the fame, the fans, wasn't she scared? - Louis asks.

This time, Niall takes your hand, wraps it in his, looks deep into your eyes, smile to you and says.

- She's not afraid.
