"Anong klaseng ngiti yan?" Rheisanne rolled her eyes upon seeing Miracle. Nasa office sila ngayon and they happened to meet dahil pumunta rin si Clarence sa office ni Hansel. 

"Whoah?! How can you tell? I am wearing my aviators and face mask!" 

"We grew up together, amoy na amoy na kita. So what's with that smile?" 

"Ihhh! Secret lang, ano ba?" Miracle giggled. Rheisanne rolled her eyes again. 

"As far as we both know, hindi ka type ni Boss Hansel. Nag-iilusyon ka na naman ba?" 

Nakatanggap ng mahinang hampas sa braso si Rheis mula kay Mira. "Grabe ka naman! Masaya lang ako kasi friends na kami!" Mira pouted.

"Ohhh! Friendzoned." 

"Atleast we're civil and casual! Kamusta naman kayo ni Boss Clarence?" 

"Tsk, there's nothing new." Iritableng tugon nito. 

"Babaero pa rin ba?" 

"Babaero is an understatement, kulang na lang gawin niyang bahay aliwan ang unit niya. Buti na lang hindi niya hinahayaan na utos-utusan ako ng mga babae niya." Rheisanne sighed. 

"Kahit naman ganun siya, gusto mo pa rin siya eh." Miracle teased her. 

"Well, I cannot deny that. Hindi naman natin kailangang maging choosy sa mga magugustuhan natin. That's the only freedom we have, we're free to love, but not to be loved back." 

"Ang lungkot naman ng hugot mo. Ang mahalaga naman, naaalagaan at naproprotektahan natin yung mga taong mahahalaga satin." 

"Well, may point ka." Rheisanne chuckled.  

"ENGAGEMENT party na ni Ace, next week." Clarence opened it up after their meeting. Dumiretso sila sa office ni Hansel mula conference room. 

"I don't know that guy personally, but he was supposed to be Aurora's fiance." Hansel said.

"Really?! Mukhang sinalo na naman ni Ace ang problema ni Aurora, this time it's a lifetime commitment though!" Clarence exclaimed. 

"She'll be fine. Mom approved it and I heard he's Andrius' friend." 

"Oh! Can it be an assurance that he's a nice guy?"

"I trust Ace that she can handle this." Hansel said. 

"How about Aurora?"

"She's on a vacation as of now. Focus muna daw siya sa company niya." 

"Those two grew up too fast, mauunahan pa tayo ni Ace ikasal and I think malapit na rin si Austin." Clarence chuckled.

"Well, we're still young. Besides, paano ka makakapagsettle down kung hindi mo ititigil ang pagiging babaero mo?" 

"I can settle down anytime I want, Hansel. Especially right now, nasa akin na yung babaeng gusto kong makasama." Clarence winked. Hansel was actually weirded out, he frowned.

"Who? Wala naman akong nababalitaang nagkagirlfriend ka ng seryoso?"

Napangisi na lang si Clarence at nagkibit balikat.

"I don't really care if she'll hate me for what I am about to do. Call me evil, pero hindi ko na siya pakakawalan pa." 

"You're creeping me out Clarence! If only Gretel is here baka nabatukan ka na nun!" 

"Bro, you don't understand kasi bata ka pa! But once you found the one you wanted to spend the rest of your life with, you can do even the craziest and most evil deed just to keep her close to you!" 

"The hell?! Parang ang layo ng age gap natin ah?! And you? Lecturing me about love?! Cancer na yan bro! Kailangan mo ng magpa-admit!" Hansel exclaimed. 

"Tsss! Ganito na lang for you to understand. For example, Miracle will give you a resignation letter just because she found the one for her at ikakasal na siya sa---" 

"SHUT THE F*CK UP!!!" Hansel snapped as he slammed his palms on his table.

Napaatras pa sa gulat si Clarence as he raised his hands up. 

"Jeez! Chill bro! I think you totally understood me." Clarence chuckled. 

"Excuse me." Rheisanne looked at her phone with furrowed brows habang kumakain silang apat sa isang restaurant malapit sa building nina Hansel. 

"You can answer your call, mukhang importante." Clarence told her.

"It's the CEO of our agency. Mira, sa labas muna tayo." Agad pang napatayo si Miracle sa narinig at sumunod kay Rheisanne palabas ng restaurant. 

"Kuya..." Rheisanne breathed as she put on the speaker on her phone. 

"Is Miracle with you?" Spade asked her. 

"Yes, nasa tabi ko siya."

"Good, I sent you two an invitation to my engagement party next weekend so you can join us as family. You are both excused from your work. We'll notify your bosses." 

"E-engagement? Ikakasal ka na?" Rheisanne gasped.

"Yes, soon. And I want you both to be there." 

"Wow! Congrats Kuya Spade!" Miracle exclaimed. 

"Thank you Mira! Asahan ko kayong dalawa, ipapadala ko na lang yung mga dresses niyo." 

"Nag-abala ka pa Kuya, we can wear our usual---" 

"You'll be there as my sister and cousin, I want you both to look pretty that night and prettier on my wedding day..." 

"Pero hindi naman kami nagsusuot---" 

"That's an order..." Spade said sternly. As much as he hates using that tone on Mira and Rheis, he cannot help it. He wants them to be there and to feel that they are part of his family. 

"R-Roger that." Rheis gulped.

"I'll be expecting you both." Spade sighed before ending the call. 

Nagkatinginan na lang si Miracle at Rheisanne at sabay na napabuntong hininga.

"How are you feeling? Ikakasal na pala si Spade." Miracle asked her. 

"Parehas lang tayo ng nararamdaman, I am happy for him that's all that matters."

Miracle smiled at her and slightly tapped her back bago sila bumalik sa loob ng restaurant. 

"Is everything okay?" Clarence asked the two pagkaupo nila. 

"Maglileave po kami next weekend kasi engagement party ng kapatid ko." Rheisanne said. Natigilan naman sina Clarence at Hansel.

"Pero may aattend.n din kaming engagement party next weekend at dapat kasama kayo--" Hansel cut Clarence off.

"Kapatid niya yun Clarence." He said. Clarence slightly clenched his jaw.

"It's okay. You can both go. Hindi na namin kayo masasamahan kasi engagement party din ng kapatid ko." Hansel said. 

"Oh? Pasabi na lang po congrats." Miracle said.

"Makakarating. And also send our regards to your sister? Brother?" Hansel asked Rheisanne.

"Brother po." 

"Just two days Rheisanne, just message me and I'll pick you up after the event." Clarence said. 

"Uuwi din naman po kami agad ni Miracle after the event." Rheisanne said. 

"No, susunduin ko kayo. I need to make sure na babalik ka---" 

"Chill Clarence, ngayon na nga lang nila makakasama family nila let them---" 

"You don't understand, two days is too long." Clarence hissed. He pressed his lips tightly dahil baka kung ano pa ang lumabas sa bibig niya.

"It's okay Rheis, Mira. Kumain na kayo." Hansel assured them as a naughty smile formed on his lips while glancing at Clarence who is literally pissed right now.
