Serena's POV:

"Hello, who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Chloe Cerise, the daughter of Professor Cerise who runs Cerise Labratory" Chloe introduced herself as she continued walking down the stairs, "And who are you?"

"I'm Serena, I'm a friend of Ash," I responded.

"Hello Serena, it's nice to meet you!" The maroon haired girl greeted.

"It's nice to meet you too, Chloe!" I replied.

The girl then sat down beside me on the stairs. She looks really cute and... I really hope Ash hasn't gotten with her...

"So how come you're here?" She asked.

"Well I've come here to see Ash but he was busy with his friend Goh so they dropped me off here while they go and do something," I explained.

"Oh yeah, my dad just told me they were off somewhere again, he said it was important," Chloe responded.

So important that I can't even spend a second with Ash even though we've just reunited.

"So you know them?" I asked.

"Yes, I don't know Ash that well but I've known Goh since we were really young," The girl answered.

"I've known Ash since I was really young too!" I responded, "I've also travelled around Kalos with him!"

"Really? I've been to a few places with Ash and Goh but I've never travelled around a while region with them," Chloe said.

"You should try it some time, maybe with Goh," I suggested.

"Why Goh?" She asked.

"Well I've known Ash since childhood and I have a crush on him so once I tell him how I feel we'll go on journeys, just me and him, and since you've known Goh since childhood, maybe you have a chance with him," I explained, winking at her.

"Oh okay..." She mumbled in response, looking very uncomfortable.

"I know you don't really know the boy of my dreams that well but, do you think I have a chance with him?" I asked.

"Ummmm..." She mumbled, and then said, "S-sure you do!"

"You mean it?" I questioned, my eyes lighting up with hope.

"Y-yep!" Chloe responded, a smile appearing on her face and she gave a thumbs up.

"Yes!!!" I exclaimed, jumping up and down on the stairs with joy.

This is so exciting! I can't wait to tell Ash how I feel, especially now it's been confirmed he's single and that I have a chance with him!
