Sasuke POV

"Teme sit down already!! I know it's your first time but, dammit your making me anxious all over again!!"

I froze and turned slowly towards Narutos obnoxious voice. I glared at him and he gulped and laughed slowly walking backwards.

I could feel both my Sharingan and Rinnegan tomoes Spinning rapidly. I heard her weak scream and crying behind the door and I got angry once again.

How could I have left her alone when my first sons were born! Was it this bad.? Probably not, it must have been worse! I know my wife is strong, if she could calm me down when I'm enraged, then she could do anything!

But just knowing that I could do nothing to help her pisses me of.!

I swear to never get her pregnant again!! Hell I won't touch her again! as long as I never have to hear her in so much pain ever again. I felt so useless.

I could still see her pained expression as her contractions got stronger and stronger 9 hours ago! this has been going on for 9 HOURS. I leaned against the wall and stood still. I looked at the floor and let my hair cover my face.

I left her alone once, I had no idea that she would go through this for so long! If I had known I wouldn't have gotten her pregnant again! I'm proud to have such strong sons that's enough!

Every single man always wants sons, I was no different but just imagining having a beautiful little daughter that looks like Hinata is my dream! Of course we wanted to be surprised with the Gender of my child so I was okay with not knowing.

"He's actually standing still!"

"I know but can you feel his Aura!..... I just shivered! He would have gone insane if he knew how much Hinata suffered with the twins!"

I tensed, I knew it had been worse! but just the confirmation that yes she had suffered worse made me feel shitty all over again!

I almost groaned and slammed my forehead against the wall repeatedly! But I can't show such weakness.

"Shut up Naruto he heard you! Don't make it worse fool!"

"Yeah yeah!"

"Naruto! Sakura knocked you out for a couple of hours while she delivered your baby! Your lucky that you didn't have to hear how much Sakura suffered also!"

I heard Naruto sigh and nothing else,I looked up at the sky and frowned at it, we've been here since the afternoon! 6pm Yesterday, It's around 3 am at most! the sky was still dark and the stars were still out.

I stared at the sky and prayed to whoever would hear me to please help my wife!

"Aaahhhh"

"Waaa waaa waaa!"

I froze and stood straight I turned and looked towards the door where Hinata was at! The door opened slowly after a few more minutes, and Ino came out with a little bundle in her arms. I glided slowly towards her, my eyes only focused on the little bundle in her arms.

"Sasuke congratulations you have a son!!"

Everyone crowded us but I pushed them away and looked at the small bundle in her arms.

I stared as a little baby was sucking on his thumb as he wiggled around softly. It was so tiny his eyes were closed, his hair the same color as Hinatas you could see the dark blue hue because of the lights. It's skin was reddish, pinkish. His little hand moving around and his tiny, tiny fingers clenching and unclenching.

"Ahhh what a sight! congratulations Uchiha! My third Grandson!"

I almost jumped at Hiashi Hyugas voice! Totally forgot that he was even here! The man had made no sound at all! Now that I do remember, how embarrassing that he saw me in such a state.! I'm never going to live this down.

"Waa"

I focused my eyes on my new born son and smiled at his little crying! I've heard newborns cry often with The Nara, Usumaki, and Yamanaka babies!

But my newborn sons cry was so soft compared to all of them together.

"-suke!? Sasuke!"

"Hmm!"
I looked at Ino and she smiled gently at me!

"I said if you'd like to hold your new son!"

I looked back and forth between my son, who was crying, and Ino!
I'm not a punk like the rest of the guys who were to afraid to hold their new sons, I can hold him I'm not an idiot.

I stretched my arms out and Ino gently placed him in mine.

"Hold the head gently!"

I grunted, I know! Of course I know this already.

I didn't even feel the small weight. He was so light. He started to calm down and suck his thumb.

"How's Hinata? Can I go see her?"

We all froze when we heard another Yell! I turned towards the door and frowned.

"What's going on?"

I felt someone grab my arm but I was concerned now! What's going on? Why was she still screaming and weeping in pain?

"Hold it Sasuke it's okay! Look actually your having another set of twins! She's still having contractions!"

We all froze and everyone turned to look at me with wide eyes while I looked at Ino with wide eyes!

"What?"

"Damn Sasuke!"

"Holy crap!"

"Wow!"

Ino laughed but nodded her head slowly.

"It's okay Hina! Just breath in and out! That's it your doing a great job hina!"

Sakuras voice was heard.

"Sasuke, Hinata said to pick a name!"

I looked at Ino and frowned! I felt a little stir and looked towards the little bundle in my arms, I stared as his little mouth and hands moved.

I looked out the window and saw a Falcon fly by and land on a tree branch right infront of me. I stared as he looked around and he finally looked my way, we stared at each other, he made a high pitch cry before flying away, disappearing in the dark sky.

I turned to my son and looked as he moved around and cried softly.

"Uchiha Hayato! That will be your name! You will be a strong but a Gentle soul just like your Kaasan.! Hayato!"

My son opened his eyes slowly and I stared at his right eye that was pale lavender and his left eye that was Onyx.

I rocked him softly but tensed when I heard my wife's whimper behind that damn door.

Ino came by and took him from me so Hinata could feed him. Hinatas Otousan got to hold him and so did Naruto!

I stared out the window with my fist clenched, I could still hear her whimpers and críes. I should have thought more about how much she would have to go through.

I stared as the sun was finally breaking through the dark sky's illuminating us with its Yellows, Oranges, and pinks.

"Aa waaah waaah waaah"

I turned to the door and looked to the left for a second where Naruto was sleeping cuddled up with Kiba, while Kiba leaned on Choji.

Hiashi Hyuga was calmly sitting down on the opposite of them. He slowly opened his eyes. I thought he was sleeping for a second.

I turned when the door opened and Sakura walked out completely drained with heavy bags under her eyes. She smiled softly at me and nodded once. She slumped next to Naruto who jumped up and looked around wiping his cheek that was all wet from his saliva.

"It's okay Sasuke you can go inside!"

I slowly nodded and took a step forward, I opened the door and The cries from both my children were heard louder.

I went towards them and Hinata weakly smiled at me.

My son was in his bassinet next to Hinatas side. I sat on the chair next to her bed.

"Hey, how are you doing!?"

"I'm f-fine Anata!"

I held her hand and moved her wet bangs aside, as she tried to Keep her eyes open.

"Sasuke, Hinata!"

I turned to Ino as she walked towards us with my baby in a pink blanket. I quickly stood up and went towards her. She laughed and I heard a small giggle from my wife.

I didn't even bother to ask for her, I held her in my arms and turned walking to Hinatas side. I moved the blanket a little to see her face.

"A-Asami!"

I turned to look at Hinata who was smiling weakly with closed eyes.

"D-do you like t-the name? I-I ........ chose it because she.... was born just as the sun..... w-was... rising!"

I held my Wife's hand and squeezed it to reassure her that yes I did. She squeezed mine as best she could.

I turned to Uchiha Asami! My first daughter, Onyx Hair and pinkish Skin with such tiny fingers just like her brother.

Who was crying for attention in his bassinet. I got up when I felt Hinatas hand go limp. I thought she had fallen asleep until I heard the loud Beeping of the heart monitor.

Sakura and Ino entered in a hurry slamming the door wide open. Sakura quickly pushed me out of the way and Ino pushed me out the door.

My eyes not leaving My wife's pale form. Ino closed the door and I could hear nothing,.....not my daughters cries in my arms, .....not my friends asking questions.

I could only focus on the last image of my wife.

"Hinata!?"

I'm so sorry for taking so long hope it's what you guys really wanted!❤️❤️

Oohhh and a heads up I will be changing the chapter of when Sasuke met Itsuki and Kenji I will change it that both twins look alike even eyes.
