"What the hell!" Om yelled.

Anika flinched seeing his anger.

"I am sorry." Om said seeing her scared.

"Are you sure Ahuja industries is sending someone else instead of Miss Sharma?" Om asked.

"Yes sir. Mr Ahuja himself called and said this." Anika said.

"You may go now." Om said.

Anika went out of his cabin.

"Gauri left!?" He asked to himself. "Wait! What did I call her? Gauri? When did I start calling her so?"

Anika was sitting in the reception. She was also thinking about Gauri. Suddenly she saw Rudy entering the office in a complete executive look.

"Sir aap? Miss Sharma is not here. She left." Anika said.

"Thats why I am here Miss Anika." Rudy said reading her name from her badge.

"Sir?"

"I am the one replacing Gauri for this job." Rudy said.

Anikas eyes widened in shock.

"Aap? You are Rudhra Ahuja right?" She asked in disbelief.

"Yes, that's me. I am gonna assist you khadoos boss for this project. Where is his cabin?" Rudy asked.

"Second floor." Anika said still not getting over from the shock.

Rudy walked towards the stairs in attitude.

Gauri was walking to and fro in her apartment cursing Rudy.

"How dare he? How dare he tell Tej uncle to replace me? He is so dead!" Gauri said angrily.

She walked toward the phone which was ringing constantly. Seeing the unknown number she declined the call again.

"Who the hell is calling me for these many times!" Gauri thought.

Soon she heard the calling bell. She went and opened the door to see Bhavya standing there. Her anger was at the peak and she didn't look around. Seeing Bhavya reminded her more of Rudy.

"Bhavya! If you don't want to be a widow before marriage, tell your boyfriend not to come in front of me. He is so dead!" Gauri said angrily.

Bhavya looked shocked at confused at her. That was when Gauri noticed a little hand holding Bhavyas hand.

"What is a boyfriend Bhavya aunty?" Riya asked curiously.

Both Gauris and Bhavyas eyes widened.

"Riya?" Gauri asked shocked.

"Hi aunty!" Riya said nervously.

"Gauri! Won't you let us in?" Bhavya asked nervously.

"Ya ya come in." Gauri said.

The three of them went inside the apartment.

"Bhavya aunty, you didn't tell me! What is a boyfriend?" Riya asked again.

"Vo... There are boys in your class na? When they become your friend they are called boyfriends!" Bhavya said and smiled nervously.

"Oh! So i have many boyfriends!" Riya said.

Gauri and Bhavya silently chuckled.

"Vaise, why did you give such a surprise visit?" Gauri asked.

Bhavya looked at Riya. Riya took out the colour paper and went to Gauri. She gave the paper to Gauri.

"Sorry Aunty! I was a bad girl yesterday" Riya said with a guilty face.

Gauri smiled seeing her.

"Lekin today Riya is a good girl. Hai na Bhavya? She realised her mistake and said sorry. Good girls do so." Gauri said taking Riya and making her sit on her lap.

Bhavya smiled. Gauri opened the colour paper and saw sorry written in it. Seeing the handwriting she realised who wrote it. It was somebodys handwriting which she adored a lot.

"You wrote this?" Gauri asked Riya.

"No! I asked Dada to write. My handwriting is baddy baddy!" Riya said making faces.

"Well! We are same in that. My handwriting is the worst in this world." Gauri said.

"No! You are beautiful! So your handwriting will also be beautiful." Riya said pulling Gauris cheeks.

"Acha! Then you are also beautiful. Just like Rapunzel. Your handwriting should also be beautiful na?" Gauri asked.

"I look like Rapunzel?" Riya asked with shining eyes.

"Offcourse. Look at your hair it's just like Rapunzels." Gauri said.

Riya looked at Bhavya and smirked.

"See! I look like Rapunzel. You told that I look like Rapunzels step mother na? Ab kya hua?" Riya said smirking.

"Her eyes are weak. She is saying so because she hasn't wore her specs." Bhavya said teasing Riya.

"Her eyes are perfect." Riya said hugging Gauri.

"Don't forget we will have to go back home and I will only be there with you." Bhavya warned.

Riya made faces. Gauri smiled seeing their banter.

"I will get you something to drink." Gauri said.

"Koi zaroorath nahi. Look at your self! You are sick. Your sound has changed. You take rest" Bhavya said.

Riya looked at Gauri sadly. She was feeling guilty. Gauri noticed this.

"Arrey! Why is Rapunzels face sad?" Gauri asked.

"You fell ill because of me na?" Riya asked.

"No! I was not feeling well before I visited your home itself." Gauri said trying to make her relieved.

Riya smiled.

"Aunty! I want to go to washroom." Riya said.

"Come I will show you the washroom." Gauri said.

"No aunty. You tell me where the washroom is. I will go." Riya said.

"Haa Gauri. She will go." Bhavya said.

Gauri told where the washroom is and Riya went.

"She is such a matured child." Gauri said.

"She is!." Bhavya said proudly. "Vaise why were you scolding Rudy?"

"Don't talk about him and spoil my mood." Gauri said angrily.

"Kya hua?"

"How dare he recommend for me to Tej uncle? Now what will Tej uncle think about me? He will think I am misusing my friendship with Rudy na?" Gauri asked.

"Ab hua kya hai?" Bhavya asked confused.

Gauri told what happened.

"You were working with Bhai?" Bhavya asked surprised.

Gauri nodded.

"And you both fought?"

"Hmm"

"Rudy did the right thing. As your friend he should have done this. Job is important, but you don't have to suffer this much Gauri!" Bhavya said.

"Lekin-"

"No Gauri! No more discussions on this. Whatever Rudy did is for you and it's the correct decision." Bhavya said.

"You are gonna assist me?" Om asked in disbelief.

"Kya hua? I have the same qualifications as Gauri. I took my MBA from the same university where Gauri studied." Rudy said.

Om sighed. He really wished Gauri won't leave the job.

"Ok! I hope you will do your best." Om said and shook his hands with Rudy.

"I always do my best Mr Oberoi." Rudy said with attitude and walked towards the door.

"Ek minute. I wanted to ask you something." Om said.

Rudy stopped and turned towards him.

"Don't think it's bad to call a girl out of her house in the middle of the night that too when her brother is there at her house?" Om asked.

Rudys face became pale hearing him. His attitude vanished and horror replaced the attitude.

"Y....you saw?" Rudy asked.

"Offcourse!" Om said with a smirk.

"Mr Oberoi-"

"Call me Om." Om said with a smile.

"O...om"

Om chuckled seeing him sweating.

"You may go now. Lot of works are pending." Om said with a smirk.

Rudy nodded with his head down.

Anika was sitting in the reception talking to some client through the telephone. She saw Rudy walking down the stairs. She noticed all the attitude vanished from his face.

"Isse kya hua?" Anika thought.

After Rudy went Om took his phone and dialled a number. It was Gauris. He calling her from morning. He was feeling guilty and wanted to apologize. After the third ring she attended his call this time. He didn't expect her to take the call as the other calls were rejected

"H...hello" He said.

"O...omkara sir?" Gauri asked surprised. "Hello sir? Are you there" She said not getting any response from him.

"Yes...."

"Why did you call me sir?" Gauri asked politely.

Om took a deep breath.

"Vo actually.... day before yesterday, jo kuch bhi hua.... I.... I am sorry for that. My anger overpowered and I don't know why I behaved so. I am really sorry for my behaviour. I know a single sorry can't make everything Ok but still I wanted to apologize." Om said sincerely.

"It's ok sir. I understand. I shouldn't have said all those to you." Gauri said.

"No! The mistake is mine. I.... I am really sorry." Om said.

"It's ok sir." Gauri said.

Om just hummed and cut the call quickly.

"Did she just sound like..... No! What are you thinking Om? You have completely lost it. This girl is turning you completely insane. But... She sounder just like....." Om thought confusion visible on his face.

Riya hugged Gauri before leaving the apartment.

"Bye Gauri aunty." She said and kissed on Gauris cheeks.

"I am not jealous ok?" Bhavya said making faces.

"You won't change. Will you?" Gauri asked chuckling.

"You stole this devil from me and now teasing me? Not fair." Bhavya said dramatically.

Gauri smiled.

"Bring her here when you get time." Gauri said to Bhavya.

"Oh! So you want her to come here not me?" Bhavya asked.

"Uffo Bhavya aunty? How much drama will you do for a day? Are you getting paid for this?" Riya asked.

Bhavya made faces.

"She is right Bhavya! How can you be like this? Too many drama, a single day." Gauri asked.

"You both are so mean!" Bhavya said dramatically.

"Then what are you? A fat looking old aunty? " Riya asked smirking.

"Fat? Do I look fat? And old? Do I look old to you?" Bhavya asked.

"Not only to me, people who have normal eye sight will look at you like that only." Riya said giggling.

"I guess Rudy should buy specs." Gauri murmured.

"Shut up! I hate you both." Bhavya said.

Riya stick her tongue out and hugged Gauri. Gauri smiled seeing Riya hugging her. She was so much in love with this little child within one day. But she never knew this love will take her to a new phase in her life. A happy one or a sad one? Let's wait and watch.
