"Baba open your eyes...baba please do open it Na..see your princess is crying see..baba I'm afraid baba... Baba... Open Na...." Swara is crying calling out for him to open his eyes, pushing him in a wheel cot...she is all terrified & broken seeing him sleeping like a dead body...his body became cold which shaken her to core...she was already shaken with her fate and this shook her again to powder herself like earthquake happened inside her...her world felt falling upside down crashing in front of her..

"Ma'am please stay out..you can't enter inside OT..." Nurse said while making Swara stand bit away from OT..

"No ma'am please... Please don't say that.. Don't say to stay away from him..if you don't know then he is my dad..see I'm his daughter (crying) I don't want to Stand out..I promise you I won't make any noise ..but please don't push me out..I.." Swara is talking mad when nurse interrupts..

"Ma'am it's rules ma'am.. No one can enter OT when operation is done" nurse by saying this closed door on her..

"Anchu...(crying) anchu baba" she points at OT & cries..."baba anchu baba " she is all devasted, she is broken totally.. She is shivering, she hugs him tight and both cries like only two left in the world ...their vulnerable state is indescribable... They partened hearing doctor's voice-

"Who is Mr.gadodiya's relatives here"

"S-sir w-we..." Swara wiped her tears and walked towards him..

"Where are elders beta?" Good doctor unknown about them asked lovingly patting swara's back..

"I'm elder s-sir & he is younger" Swara said letting out a dry chuckle remembering about janaki, his so called wife..

For a moment doctor looked confused but later he smiled and forwarded a pen to her.."sign here"

Swara with trembling hand took the pen and signed while tears made the paper wet..

"Don't cry girl" doctor looked amused..

"I tried doctor but I can't" she found it hard to stay quite as tears started flowing again..

"Doctor please save my baba..please doctor please.. He is the only one whom I can refer as mine in this whole world..& see he (pulling ansh to her) he is my brother and we are alone doctor.. We are alone ( gulps the lump formed in her throat) I beg you ..please save him..please" and she burst out crying..

"Hold on yourself little girl..we will try our best..everything is in God's hand.. Pray..only thing we can do is to trust God..have faith in him..he won't leave you" patting swara's back doctor left for operating..

Swara turns & folds her hands and falling on knees she cried her heart out & prayed...ansh too followed her..

"Little squirrel!" Sanskar called out keeping hands on her shoulder..., she was in deep prayer and she shivered at once..

"It's me" sanskar made her stand, while she wiped tears..

"Baba sanskar.. H-he f-fell unconscious and itt is a h-heart attack" Swara stumbled with words..

"Shhh..he will be fine"

"They are operating him"

"To make him fine..so chill"

"I'm scared sanskar"

"Be strong Swara...you have to be strong for your baba & for ansh..think wise act wise" sanskar made her sit on bench nearby..

He made her drink water and he consoled her with lot more soothing words..he tried to divert her mind but her mind is firm with her baba..every sentence she ended with baba..she yet again started sobbing..

"Stop crying Swara" he lost his patience atlast..

"Thum nahi samjoge sanskar.." She palmed her mouth , she was at the verge of crying and her tears broke out..

"Haan Swara mei kuch nahi samjoonga...I won't understand anything.. I won't understand because I'm not any human Na..I'm heartless moron...I'm a monster... I won't understand when you miss your maa but I feel restless sitting at my home..I won't understand through what you are going because I never suffered anything in my life as I born in heaven and taken care by damsels....I can feel the pain you are going through still I can't understand you... Have you ever noticed, you are the only one who's tears makes me mad...only your sobs make me awake whole night...I'm trying my best to understand you & only you and still mei nahi samjoonga wah" he shouts without being in sense, loosing his temper...

She looks at him amused, her swollen eyes turned moist yet again and she ran out from there palming her mouth muttering "I'm sorry"

He closed his eyes with frustration, he ruffles his hair and puffs cursing himself.. "How can I shout at her like that? She was already devasted & what I did?"

He don't know what he said but little did he knew is that he shouted at her.. Bit later he walked in search of her...she is nowhere... He searched everywhere he knew ...atlast he found her sitting out in hospital garden staring at nowhere.. He let out a relief sigh seeing her, while she is trying to make out his words...  In anger every single thing came in flow directly from heart...

Biting his lips he walked towards her, stuffing hands in pants pocket.. He sat beside her..she moved little away..

"I'm sorry" he kept hand on her hand, which she was resting on bench.., she pulled her hand and turned her face...

"I was out of mind.  I'm sorry" his words proved that he is  really regretting ..it was guilt filled..she kept silent looking down .

"Are you okay?"

"I'm okay " she mumbles slowly and gets up from bench...

"I promise I won't shout ever again" his words made her to look at him intense and she knew he really meant it..

"It's okay" she walked towards entrance..

"Still Swara you have to be strong ..you can't keep on crying like this Swara"

"I won't cry again"

" No I didn't meant that Swara... You should cry, infact you have to cry but not infront of ansh ..you know he is very small, if you cried alot infront of him means only negative vibes will enter his mind making him vulnerable.. Do you want your brother to get into depression? " Swara nods in no & he smiles in return..she too smiled, she grabbed hold of his hand and walked in..

one hour passed & they are waiting outside... All sujata, uttara, laksh , ragini, her mother, radha all are roaming fingers crossed...
They heard crack of door and Swara rushed towards doctor... Sanskar followed her..

"We can't say anything till he gets conscious.. I don't want to give any false hope as it's third time he got heart attack..There's less chances of living after three attacks but yeah Let's hope for the best..& I'm sorry" doctor patted swara's back & left...

"It's third time he got heart attack!"

"There's less chances of living"

"I'm sorry!"

These words ringed again and again in her ears...all got terrified hearing him..

"Didu" ansh touched her making her shiver as she was attacked much today..

"What doctor is speaking ha? As far as I remember I don't know when he got heart attack before.. Doctor is lying!" Ansh shouted crying loud..

"There's less chances of living"
Swara repeated what  is ringing in her ears..

Suddenly something she remembered & seen lost..

Flashback..

One night  shekar after dinner rather than going to his room came to swara's room ..   Swara was sleeping in her room and he knocked.. She opened the door in single knock as she wasn't asleep and shocked to see shekar there.. (Note:This is before shekar got to know about janakis evilness)
He smiled at her & gets in...he talks to her for nearly about half an hour and later went wishing good night to her..she is still confused by his gesture but she shrugged and went to bed ,that is exactly when she heard phone ringing.. Ouch he left his phone in her room..when she saw caller ID it was one of his colleagues ,she took phone to his room by the call was ended..

When she entered his room, she found him sitting with a bundle of papers, as soon as he sensed her closed the file & stood up...but eyes were on those file & papers as she undoubtedly knew it wasn't something related to his office as she read heading 'city care hospitals' written on the file, following her gaze he stands infront of it to hide it...it looked old too..Swara wasn't much talking to him and she preferred to be silent even though she wanted to know about it..

She walked out giving phone to him..

Flashback ends...

"There's something  in that papers" Swara said thinking deeper..

"Which paper?" Sanskar asked confused..

"Let's go home once" Swara walked towards exit, while confused sanskar too followed her..

He walked behind her and she directly went & sat on his car...he started the car..as soon as they reached gadodiya mansion Swara ran in.. .

She stormed towards shekar's room and searched for his cupboard's key...she threw almost everything down on floor searching for key.. Till now bedsheets, pillow everything is lying scattered on floor.. Sanskar hardly walked over it and joined her in searching...

She opened drawer and emptied it..atlast she found key in one of the mudpots kept as a decor on rack...

She opened the cupboard and emptied it fully & found that heavy file lying under blanket..

Her eyes feared to see, tongue went dry, knees gave up, hands refused for further move..what would be in that?

Sanskar sat beside her on floor, she looked at him and he assured her to open... She wasn't sure, she looked at him again for reassurance... He asked her to give it to him..but she herself wanted to open showing her rights on it..

With trembling hands she opened the front page & bited her inner cheeks as it is something related to shekar itself...she flipped pages ...& palmed her mouth..tears started rolling down.. She blinked to brim tears down as her vision became blurry..

Yes... twice he got heart attack before!!

She wiped her tears and read every word written on it...

He first got heart attack when he met with an accident in which he lost shomi...& second time when he got to know that Swara got injured on head in that particular accident ..

It was a matter of 16 years before & after that he was fine & now suddenly heart attack? How it is possible?

Swara looked bold this time.. Sanskar saw a different shade of her yet again.. She is matured enough!

She flipped every page and read everything very clear.. She took it to take it to hospital.. But when she got up she found one more paper lying on floor..

She picked it up & her eyes went wide open than wider...she blinks again and again but those things written over it never vanished... She looked shocked..

"What's in it Swara?" Sanskar asked softly keeping hands on her shoulder and peeped into it and he too is shocked..

"ADOPTION PAPERS!"
