Y/N's P.O.V

Waking up this morning to a knock on my door I was a little annoyed all I wanted to do today was sleep in.

"Y/N you have to start getting ready for the Met" my manager yelled from the other side of the door.

"Yeah okay"

Groaning I got out of the bed and went to the bathroom to get a little fluffy for today. Showering I got out and put on the bath robe from the room. Walking out of the bathroom I saw a whole bunch of people in my room.

"Y/N! We have your outfit, makeup, and hair products ready" someone smiled at me. "it's going to take a few hours so if you want to go downstairs and grab food go ahead we'll get everything set up!"

"Okay" I smiled getting dressed.

Shawn's P.O.V

My team was in my room getting everything ready and set out for tonight. I was going to the Met Gala tonight. My date, Hailey Baldwin. Trust me when I say it wasn't my idea to go with her.

"Shawn go get food" Andrew pushed me out the door.

Heading down the hallway I stopped once I got to the elevators. There was a girl standing there as well just waiting. She looked at me for a second and smiled.

Once the elevator opened we both got in. Leaving the girl behind once we got to the lobby I went to get food then head back up stairs.

Y/N's P.O.V

Finally I was in the car heading towards the Met Gala I couldn't get the nice boy out of my mind that I had seen at the elevator this afternoon. He looked so familiar but I couldn't place why.

The car finally stopped and I got out walking up the red carpet. Looking around at all the cameras I was slightly nervous. I still wasn't used to all of this yet. Looking back a little I saw the nice boy from the elevator again.

He spotted me smiling he left his date and walked up the stairs to catch up to me.

"Hey!" he smiled. "fancy meeting you here"

"yes! I could say the same" I said walking up the stairs with him.

"by the way i'm Shawn!" he held out his hand.

"nice to meet you Shawn, i'm Y/N" I took his hand.

"So Y/N I don't think i've seen at one of these events before?" Shawn said.

"yeah i'm relatively new to the whole being famous thing" I laughed a little.

"I kinda figured! I'd love to hangout with you outside of all this crazyness"

"me to!" I continued up the stairs not really stopping for the photographers.

Shawn grabbed my hand and followed me up the stairs again.
