Part 2 (kind of) to Migraine x

Adryanna's POV

Shawn has an interview with Ellen today. Its 6am and time for him to wake up. I go over to his bed and take my fingers through his hair to wake him.

"Morning sunshine." I whisper in his ear but something seems off. He turns to face me and he has tears on his cheeks. "What's the matter?"

"M...migraine" he tells me. Crap. That's not good.

"I'll ask if you can cancel hunny."

"No I have to do it..." before I know it he is out of bed, but then I see him clutching to the dressing table.

"Shawn" I cup his cheek, wiping the tears.

"Just dizzy. Now let me get ready."

The time of the interview

"Shawn" I go over to Shawn - he was hiding his pain but I knew he was in agony. "If you need anything just say." He nods and I plant a kiss on his forehead. Shawn was performing Bad Reputation - the worst song to sing when sick.

"Please welcome Shawn Mendes." Shawn begins to sing and he's doing well, until the 'aah ooh' part (you know what I mean) and I can see the lights are aggravating his headache. He steps away from the mic and falls to his knees in pain. I run over to his shaking body

"Shawn love stay with me" I hold his limp body in my arms. Tears fall from his bloodshot eyes and everyone runs over to him, including Ellen who bought an ice pack. I hold it against his head to try to ease his pain.

"S...sick" I help him sit up and he throws up into a bucket, and he loses consciousness in my arms.

"Shawn" I shake him to try and wake him.

"Miss we have to take him" a paramedic tells me and pulls him onto a stretcher.

We take Shawn to hospital and I'm hoping it wasn't anything serious

"Shawn just had a very severe migraine. We will keep him overnight so we can give him stronger painkillers." The doctor explains.

I go into Shawn's room and he is sleeping. I go and sit at his bedside and hold his hand in mine. He wakes up but closes his eyes instantly.

"How bad is it?" I ask him, covering his head with the duvet to prevent the light from coming in.

"It hurts so bad"

"Come here" I lay in bed with him and hold him in my arms. He digs his head into my chest and I take my hands through his hair to get him to sleep.
