Shannon's POV

It's now nearly noon and Shawn is still sleeping. I mean I get that he needs his sleep as his days are so long but I want to spend time with my boyfriend! I go into our room and he's cuddled up shirtless with Leo the Lion. Shawn has had Leo for as long as he can remember, and I found it adorable that he's so cuddled up to it. (A/N OMG IMAGINE THIS ARGH TOO CUTEEEEE)

"Shawn" I try to wake him. I want to spend time with him!

"Mmm" he groans.

"Shawn get up please." I sit at his bedside and play with his hair.

"Let me sleep Shannon." He turns around, but his grip on Leo remains tight.

"Shawn I want to spend time with you!" I lean over and kiss his cheek. It makes no difference whatsoever.

I have an idea.

"Okay I'll let you sleep. But first" I bend down and kiss him, this time on the lips, as a distraction, and take Leo from him.

"Why would you do that?" He moans like a baby.

"You need to get up."

"Give me back my Leo!" He pouts, almost crying.

"You can have Leo back when you get up." I smile cheekily.

"You're so annoying." He folds his arms grunpily and begins to check his phone. I roll my eyes and go into the kitchen and begin making muffins for him as he's probably annoyed. Shawn is definitely not a morning person, and me taking his lion probably pissed him off a little.

My plan worked - Shawn got out of bed and came into the kitchen.

"Where's Leo?" He sits down at the table.

"Morning to you too." I respond.

"You said you'll give Leo back if I got out of bed." He says childishly.

"You didn't get up straight away, so no Leo for you."

"Shannon!" He groans, throwing a tantrum.

"What? You need to spend time with me first." I then notice tears in his eyes - bless him!

"Here you go Shawn, I'm sorry." I pass Leo back to him and he cuddles it. I then place the muffin in front of him and he smiles and quickly eats it. I sit on his lap and he buries his head into my shoulder. I then feel a bit ticklish, and see that Shawn is still hugging Leo.

"Leo is always gonna be more important than me eh."

"Yes Shannon, yes!" He laughs and kisses my neck.
