Just something that I thought of

Shawn's POV

I've been on tour for over a month and I really miss home. I just want to see my mum. I've not seen her in six weeks and I miss her. We've always been really close and I tell her everything. I just want to see her. But I'm on tour for a another week. I wish my mum was here as touring gets stressful sometimes.

I'm currently in my hotel room and I'm lying in bed.

"Shawn!" I hear a very familiar voice, then the door opens, revealing my mum. She was here!

"Mum" I get out of bed and hug her, her arms around my neck, and I begin to cry. "I'm so happy to see you" I sob, my mum wipes my tears from my face.

"What's the matter?" She asks, smiling. "Let's lie down. You look so tired, have you been sleeping well?" I shake my head. "Come here." I rest my head on my mum's shoulder and her arms are around me, holding me tight. "Deep breaths."

"I'm cold." I say and I'm about to get some socks but my mum stops me.

"You're not leaving that bed until I leave. I can see the exhaustion on you." She brushes her thumb over my cheek and gets some socks out of my suitcase and puts them on my *swollen* feet, which she begins to massage - my feet were aching!

"Thanks mum." After a few minutes my mum gets into bed with me, and she lays my head on her shoulder. I close my eyes and fall asleep almost instantly.
