Eren's POV

The accusations against me in court were stupid, the military police was bidding against the survey corps but the judge didn't even show signs of making a decision or favoring another side in the matter.

"Is it true you swung at (Y/N)?" I froze and looked up at the judge then over at (Y/N). Did I...

"He didn't!" I gulped when she stood up and Armin grabbed her arm and looked away.

"You have no say in this!" A military police officer spat.

"If I'm the one who supposedly got swung at then I do have a say!" She spat back.

"Your honor... He didn't swing at me! I have no marks indicating he tried to hurt me! Instead when I fell and my gear jammed he saved me!" She cried.

A burning sensation hit me and I spit out blood when a tooth fell out and I looked up at Levi when he had kicked me. What the hell... I doubled over and coughed out blood and the chains rattled.

My body ached and I sat on the couch and looked at Zoe and Erwin.

"You understand why we did it right?" She smiled.

"I guess," I muttered.

"Hey brat," I looked at Levi when he slammed the door open and (Y/N) walked in and smiled. I gripped the back of her jacket when she hugged me and sighed.

"You'll be a survey corps member now!" She smiled at me.

"Levi is nice under that rude act," she whispered.

"You're going to be an MP right?" I muttered.

"Nope! I'm joining the survey corps too!" She purred. I'll protect her too...

"You have to go now," Levi huffed.

"Bye Eren!" She smiled at me.

"Bye," I released her hand that I didn't know I was holding and she ran out.

"Hey Levi," I looked at him.

"I kissed your sister," I smiled and I felt a sharp pain when he slapped me.

"Hurt her and I'll dissect you myself," he growled.

"Why would I hurt her when I love her?" I rubbed my cheek and huffed. I smiled softly now and looked out the window. (Y/N)
