Eren's POV

I kept going like Levi had said, I scanned the trees and forest ground for any sign of (Y/N).

"Eren face the fact she may be dead," Oluo huffed. Eld glared at him and I looked down at the ground as I zoomed through the trees.

"She's a fighter!" Petra smiled and I looked at her.

"You two promised to stay together forever which means you will!" She smiled wide at me.

"Yeah," Eld silenced Oluo with one stare and he huffed. Gunther smiled and nodded at me.

"I trust you," I murmured.

"Good always remember that kid!" Eld sped past me and I smiled.

The female titan was out of her body! I stared in horror at Gunther, his gear still strapped around the tree as his head hung loose with fresh blood pooling down to splash the forest floor.

"Keep going!" Eld pushed me forward and I looked back at Gunther one last time before the lightning crashed down and the titan bursted through the trees. I gritted my teeth as I gripped the handles of my blades till my knuckles turned white.

"Bastard," I whispered.

"Eren don't!" Petra gasped when I out my hand to my mouth.

"Please!" She cried.

"Trust us," Eld muttered.

"Yeah we can do it!" Petra smiled.

"Besides, what if your lady friend is still out there. She needs you," Oluo huffed and my eyes widened at the thought of (Y/N).

"I trust you," I gripped my blades and kept going. I breathed out slowly as Levis words went through my mind again and I looked back at the squad and female titan. My eyes widened in horror at her chomping down, Eld's blood splattering and dripping from the half body as she spat it out.  I yelled out and turned around when she ran towards Petra who was frozen in fear. Body going forward, spine snapping, blood staining her face, hair, and the tree she was smashed against by the titans foot. I watched Oluo slice down but the blades shatter around in a flurry of metal as she spun around and kicked him, gear snapping and breaking and blood drenching the forest floor from the squad

"I..." I couldn't find my words as I stared in horror.

"I'll end you!" I spat as I bit down on my hand, blood dripping into my mouth as I felt the titan body encase around me. She killed them... Petra, Eld, Oluo, Gunther, numerous soldiers and squads, and the thought of (Y/N) being crushed by her is what drove me to this.

Levis POV

I heard the roar echo through the trees and I turned around and went towards it. Damn it Eren! You said you wouldn't turn stupid brat.

"Levi..." I stopped and looked to my left and swallowed hard at the bloodied form of my beloved sister. Holding a small child in her arms and against her chest tightly as her uniform was dirtied.

"Save Eren," her eyes glistened ad tears dripped down her blood stained face.

"Regroup with formation and get Erwin to get a doctor nearby," I sped off and sighed. Damn girl... Why fall for the titan brat...

Readers POV

I saved the kid like I promised her mother. I wouldn't die just yet... She calls me her mom but in the dark reality her mom was eaten by a titan, nothing left but a ragged, stained, and torn piece of cloth that I had ditched under the titans massive Foot. I lost my horse, its body ripping in half as blood had stained my clothing and I blocked the kid from the gruesome scene as its guts and blood stained the trees and ground around us. I kept her safe under tree roots, spraining my ankle in the process of helping but I couldn't let a simple little child die. I looked around before jumping from the tree and limping down the path. This was risky to be on foot but with no horse or trees to use my gear on it was my best option at this point.

"(Y/N)!" I looked up at Jean as he stopped.

"Get on," he whispered and I jumped up and held the kid close as I rested my head against his back and let my eyes shut from exhaustion.
