3rd POV
Ruby ran through the halls of the facility before kicking open a door, a massive light flashed on with the Paladin sitting in a throne across from her.
POB: you're a lot like your mother....strong... brave.....but there's one flaw in that. You have.... her arrogance....and that can be broken. You have one chance to make this right....help me, with your silver eyes, the kingdom of Remnant will fall.
Ruby: I won't let you do this!
POB: spoken like her mother....the night before you....well....detail isn't needed.
Ruby's eyes widened before she became angry, she let out a raged scream as she ran to her father, only for him to stand up and back hand her. She went to the ground hard and did a small slide, she began to push herself up as the Paladin grabbed her by her hair and pulled her.
POB: you...want to try that....perhaps an eye for an eye is something you understand.
He planted his left hand over Ruby's face and look his other hand and placed it on top of her closed eye.
POB: don't scream.....it only makes the pain worse.
He began to dig his nails into her face, he was going to rip it from her socket, a test of strength and to show he is better than her. Ruby screamed out before bringing her boot to the Paladin's chest and kicking him. The Paladin went to his back laughing before quickly getting up.
Ruby quickly felt the area around her eye, noticing she was bleeding.
Ruby: you're insane!
POB: you came to this place and expected to make it out without you being by my side? Who is the real crazy one here? I'm a respectable man, your mother is the only Rose I would ever be with....but you my daughter could be more, think about it, you could get revenge on Ironwood for what he did to your precious boyfriend, perhaps even your uncle for keeping you away from him for so many years.
Ruby began to calm down, her eyes widened thinking about all of this stuff, exactly what the Paladin of Blood wanted to do, to get inside of her mind as he did his children and the women he had them with. The Paladin put out his hand, he looked at his young daughter.
POB: will you join by my side? I can promise you that you will be.....happy here. You have your boyfriend, you can be reunited with countless half brothers and sisters, you can be trained to be a true fighter instead of what Beacon or any other academy could've done. Just take my hand, and you shall live and be happy.
Ruby looked at the ground and her eyes widened, she was thinking about what could be accomplished....then everything came to realization.
Ruby: you forced my mother......to.....you forced countless to your whim, you captured and tortured Y/N. I've come too far....to let you walk away.
POB: well then....you really want to kill an unarmed man?
Ruby: you are no man....only a monster.
POB: your boy is the monster, I'm the sanest man alive!
Ruby: a sane man would never do this!
POB: an army.....was made....but it appears you made your choice.
The Paladin put his hand back by his side and clicked a button with a switch behind him. The ground then blew up beneath Ruby and sent her flying towards the wall.
POB: Hahahaha!
Ruby pushed herself up and shook her head, the blood from the nail marks dropped to the ground as her aura began to heal.
Ruby: you.....ARE DONE DESECRATING THIS WORLD!
Ruby ran towards the Paladin at full speed, a slight silver glow in her eyes as a tear came out.
