That night, Drake's spirit has left his body. He was a black shadow Eeveelutions with blue eyes. He growled. "This village will be mine. I will not rest until it's mine!!"

He walked out of the village to think of a plan for the next time he'll attack. He heard a voice reach to him, a dark voice. The voice of Giratina, telling him that he deserves to get what he wants and he has the ability to summon shadow Pokémon to do his bidding.   He was born to be the Dark One. This was his destiny he had to fulfill.

The next morning, three Eeveelutions, a Vaporeon named Neville, a Jolteon named Biff and a Flareon named Nova were taking a stroll through the forest. They were a part of the Eeveelution guardians of the village. The ones that swore to risk their own lives to protect it from anything.

Neville, Biff and Nova found two stray Eevees lying in a heap on the ground. "These poor things who would leave these Eevees here, they could get attacked or killed if we don't do something." Nova said.

"Why don't we bring them back to the village with us? Surely Mystic and Orfeo will think of something to do with them." Neville replied, already picking one up.

"But what if their parents are out there. They could be worried sick." Biff responded. The Eevee laying on the ground began to shiver. Nova picked it up to try to get it warm.

"Then where are the parents? I don't see anyone else here in sight. We should take them to the village. The poor things are shivering. We'll take them to Mystic and Orfeo maybe they can be their caretakers." Neville told them.

"I suppose. Besides the parents could follow their scent to the village if they want them back."  Nova suggested. However, the parents never came for their children, so Mystic and Orfeo decided to take care of them and gave them the names Nightlight and Darklight. They both evolved into Umbreons a few years later. One of them became the newest member of the Eeveelution guardians, Darklight.

Authors Note:
So if you haven't noticed Darklight was the youngest and newest guardian. Neville, Biff and  Nova just recently evolved and they're the oldest. Sakura and Lydia are the second oldest. However, Sakura is the wisest one so she is the leader of the guardians. Petunia and Weston are the third oldest. Darklight is the youngest. He is a teenager when he died so that explains why he is lazy and has the sin Sloth.
If Mystic and Orfeo were their adopted parents that means that Nightlight poisoned Mystic. It was never yet been announced why Orfeo died or if he even is dead. Perhaps he only retired from being leader. But when Faith came in he did too die of course.

Neville, Biff, Nova, Sakura, Lydia, Petunia, and Weston were Eevees when Sino was leader. When Sino died,  Claire and Obsidian became leader. When they died Mystic and Orfeo became leader. That's when the guardians evolved. The guardians were newly evolved that year when they died. Eclipse accidentally killed them when he tried to kill Nightlight. Nightlight and Clairvoya became leader after them . Darklight and the other guardians were killed before Mystic was poisoned. The reason why Nightlight was leader is that he  killed Mystic when others didn't notice but in front of Darklight's spirit. Darklight wanted to save his mother as a spirit but he was too lazy to, due to his sin Sloth. He suffered his sin alive and afterlife. After Nightlight became evil again  and Clairvoya died from poison, Faith became the newest current leader. The Dark One then finally attacked again at this time.
