Violet's POV

I can't go back to hiding.I must dominate.

(Y/N) is weak....she can't even use magic without something happening to her.What a pushover.

I've never used darkness magic before.

I went over to a tree and put my sack of stuff down.

Focus energy from the darkness.....let it flow inside of me......darkness.

A wave of energy came out of me destroying a couple trees.

Then I started hearing voices.

Someone is in sync with me?

"Yes.Im Violet.A pleasure."

You are nice to me.....Thank you.Hmm.........your spirit.......its hardened.

"What do you mean by that?"

You have been through a lot.Nobody understands you.But I have been here all this time.....

"What's your name?"

Refer to me as darkness.......want me to show myself?

A sharp pain started in my legs that brought me to my knees.

I must survive!

If I go down here,my life will be a failure.

The pain crawled up my back to my neck until it pierced my brain.

I put my hands on my head.

This pain!Its unbearable!

I watched as the darkness consumed my lower half of my body.

"Darkness,treat my body well......."

Of course.......you will return to normal when I'm done......goodnight.

I got knocked out under the pitch black veil around me.It choked me out,and I fell to the ground.

Sweet relief.....

Darkness's POV

This body......will get some getting used to.

I got up and looked around.Only one of my eyes work.Appears I have long brown hair,and I'm in a forest.

Checking memories......

Found who I'm looking for.

Lukas......I'm coming for you.

Darkness?

What?Who is this voice?

It's Violet.Why are you looking for Lukas?

Unfinished business.

What.No I shall stop you from harming them.

I felt my body start to get weak,and I blacked out.Stupid girl...... I shall have to possess her then....or......

Violet's POV

I woke up again.This time I was in control of my own body.

Fine then.I saw your memories.They make you who you are.

"You still don't know me."

Your mother was so nice to you until your father turned her into a puppet.....what a cruel fate....want to join her?

"What?Join her?Im not being a pawn in your game."

Now listen to me.You are a puppet.You are a pawn.A nothing.That was and is your life.Forever.Don't try to think differently.

Your POV

I hope Violet is doing ok.She hasn't come back get.

"(Y/N) still thinking about Violet?"
Cameron sat next to me on the couch.

"Yeah...."

"She will be fine.Don't worry to much ok?"

"Sure."

"You should get some sleep though.Its late."

"Ok goodnight Cameron."

"Can I get a goodnight kiss?"

"Ugh fine."I gave him a light kiss on the cheek and ran to my room for resting.

"Ready for bed?"

"Yeah I'm good.Goodnight Mathias."

"Goodnight (Y/N)."

~Time skip to middle of the night~

?!??

I hear someone or thing in the kitchen.I shook Mathias quietly until he was up.

"What is it?"

"Shhhhh!Mathias someone is in the house."

He immediately grabbed his axe from the back of the room and opened the door slowly.We walked down the hall.

Clear.

When we looked in the kitchen we were meet by a pair of brown eyes in the dark.

"Found you!"Said a rather childish female voice.

Then the front door was opened by another person.

"Get them.All of them."

I saw about four others enter the room.

Six in total against two of us.I felt Mathias tense up.

"GUYS WAKE UP CALL WE NEED BACK UP!!!!!"

Mathias looked back at me in shock as he deflected someone's knife.

"Mathias.Seems like you've been well."

"It would be you Lokki."

"Why such a tone?"

"Can you guys leave our home?"

"We can if you give us the girl."

Me?Why do they need me?I held onto Mathias's arm and heard the others get up and run behind us.

Emil bumped into me,but it didn't faze me.

"Sorry can't give her to you guys."

"Then we shall take her.And you guys too."

I felt a cold chill from behind me and when I turned Tino was in a head lock by someone with red eyes,and wore a maroon military jacket.He had a pistol in his hand.

"Move or die."

I clenched my teeth and Mathias pulled me close to him,as the man slowly walked toward Lokki.

"Good job Thurston!Only 5 to go."

"Bernard go hide in the corner.Or behind me."

"Got it."

A man with a machine gun and a cigarette was behind Lokki aiming it at us.

"GET DOWN!"Lukas yelled.

He put up a shield around us and we all got ready to fight.

Berwald was pissed and had a spear,Emil had duel wielding knifes Cameron had a pocket knife and a chef's knife,and me and Lukas stayed behind everyone focusing our magic before being ready.

"Shield going down in 3 minutes."

"Who said that?"It was the girl on the inside of our shield now.Emil tried stabbing her but with inhuman speed stopped him.

"It's not nice to hurt.Lets play!"

She gave a creepy smile as she preceded to put Lukas in a head lock.

As that happened Lokki destroyed the shield,allowing Thurston to get Mathias at gun point.

Another person already took Cameron toward where Tino was and it was only Berwald,Emil and me.

Everyone else was tied up in a corner of the room.Not struggling because the man with the machine gun had them on lock.

"Now give up."

"Hmm."

"That's all you have to say Berwald?Thurston take care Berwald for me.Egil.Get Emil.Ill get the girl."

And like that Thurston dashed toward us,with a rope in hand.Berwald punched him,but Thurston swept under his feet causing him to fall.

It just me and Emil now.Egil was closing in on Emil,who was trying to kick and punch the man,but it seemed to do nothing.

I'll use my magic to save them!

?!?

I can't use magic?

"What's the matter?Magic not working?Sorry it's mine blocking yours out.Your too weak."

I ran into a room and shut the door.

I could hear Lokki making his way to the door.

Shut,locked.

But he opened it like it wasn't even locked.

"No need to hide.I was going to find you anyway."

"Stay away from me!"

"Now now beautiful.Thats no way to talk to someone you just met."

"But my friends......."

"You will see them soon.Now be a good girl and listen to me."

He put a knife to my throat.

"Come with me."

I got up slowly,and he stood behind me,as we walked to the living room in front of where Tino and the others were tied up.

"Thurston.Tie her up fast."

He grabbed me bridal style and tied my arms and hands but not my legs.

"Now let's get back home so we can continue our chat."

Lokki opened the door and everyone got up.They were at gun point ,so they had no choice.Me and Lokki were the last out the house before he shut the door.

"Why are you doing this?"

"Trying to watch a world fall."

A world?What is he planning?

"And for you my queen.....to watch it all fall with me."

He kissed me on the lips.

After I turned away and fell,he put me over his shoulder and started walking out the door.

I wanted to cry but the tears wouldn't come out.

My ultimate question is why do they need me?

I'm not that important or anything.

As long as we aren't hurt I don't care what they do to us.
