Sorry for being inactive for a while, I took a small break for Christmas. Here's how I draw dragon heads in a few easy steps... I used Prisma Color for this. The steps are below the pictures

Step 1 - Draw two circles, the top one being smaller than the bottom circle

Step 2 - Draw the top of the horns, then draw the bottom of the neck

Step 3 - Draw the top of the head, follow the line of the horns forward some, then angle downward for the best effect

Step 4 - Draw the jawline, or the bottom of the head

Step 5 - Draw the top of the neck

Step 6 - Draw large detail, such as the bottom line of the horns, the eyes, the mouth line, eye crest, and the nostrils

Step 7 - Draw any horns, frills, or other iconic details for your dragon

Step 8 - Draw the scales and pupils for the eyes

Step 9 - Draw, more like highlight some definition to the shadows of the dragon and add the smaller scales

Step 10 - Finish shading and erase part of the bottom circle
