Hello my readers! I have decided to continue this book which some of you may be happy about, I don't know. But before I continue with the chapter I would love to give a HUGE shoutout to one of my kohai, Shadow-Pen ! Max's POV

Raven was astonished. "Maximilian Alessandro Victoriano DeAndre Montgomery, you...just saved our lives.." she trailed off, uncertain of what to say next. I chuckled and pulled a pistol from the right side of my coat. "If I didn't keep any weapons with me.....What kind of part reaper would I be?" I handed the pistol to Annabel, who was in awe. She slowly took the pistol and looked at it closely. "This pistol feels slightly different from the one I have. It's.....a bit lighter than what I'm used to." I found another pistol that was the same size as the one Annabel was holding and gave it to her. "Maybe you're used to having two pistols at once. Does having two feel familiar to you?" She nodded. I then took out a sword from the left side and tossed it in the air. Raven caught it and took a small bow. "Thanks Max," she said with a smile on her face. I was still a bit concerned about what happened earlier with Raven. Her two sides were getting out of control. I knew one person that could possibly help but I didn't know if they would. I looked at the other three and said,"So............what weapons do you work best with, boys?"

The Voice's POV

I am getting quite impatient with Raven. That stubborn girl had better come here immediately or there would be some consequences. Someone shouted,"Answer us! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU YOU MADMAN!?!?!?" I let out a deep breath and said, annoyed,"Where is Raven? I want her here right now!" Another shouted,"We don't know who that person is! Can't you just please let us go?" I chuckled slowly, shaking my head at the stupidity of the person who spoke. "Humans.......when will they ever learn? I can't let anyone leave until I get what I want. Now, for the last time.........WHERE IS RAVEN?"

James' POV

I gripped my dagger tightly, my knuckles turning white. Raven looked at me and smiled a little. "James, calm down. This.." I interrupted her with a hug. I whispered in her ear, "Raven. It's hard for me to calm down if there are angels that are hunting you down for God knows what. I don't want you to get hurt." I looked at Raven and she had a small blush on her cheeks. "Ahem..." I let go of Raven and looked at Sebastian. "What?" I asked innocently, "Can't I hug my best friend whenever?" Max grinned at me and looked at Sebastian too. "We should probably talk about strategy. Any ideas?" Max asked us.

After a while, we decided that Raven would be bait and take the fight away from the guests in Elizabeth's manor. We slowly went out of the hallway and into the ballroom.

Raven's POV
"Now, for the last time..........WHERE IS RAVEN?" I took in a deep breath and shouted,"I'm here! Leave everyone else alone!" I heard a whoosh near my ear and felt a warm breath on my neck. "There you are you stubborn girl......." a voice whispered in my ear with menace,"I'll deal with you AFTER I deal with the guests.." The angel grabbed my arm which made me drop my sword and announced,"Raven has been found. Unfortunately, you all will be killed because no witnesses must remain." The lights were turned back on and angels in masks were holding swords. There were screams all around me and I glared at the angel who was holding my arm. "Ash, what have they ever done to you? I thought it was me you wanted." He gave me a wicked grin and said,"It is you we want....but other impure humans must not know of this little event." I spat in his face and said,"You're despicable. You don't deserve to be in existence." Ash wiped the spit off his face and glared at me. "You will pay for that!" He looked at the other angels and ordered, "Take care of the humans! Do not let even one escape." They all nodded and began to run to the guests. Some of the men protected their wives or dates and women clung to them for dear life. Ash tugged my arm and we began to walk to the entrance of the manor. "Where are you taking me..." I questioned Ash. He looked at me and laughed. "Oh......you'll find out in a few minutes......." I thought in my head,'Oh, James...I hope you and everyone else is alright.....'

Annabel's POV

When this Ash angel took Raven outside the manor, I looked at Max who was a few inches away from me. He nodded and we both leapt off the chandelier, weapons at the ready. "Get away from them! Leave them alone!" Max yelled at the other angels. The angels looked at each other and just laughed. My blood boiled with rage and vengeance. While they were laughing, Max signaled Sebastian, who came out of nowhere and landed on top of an angel's head. "A DEMON!?!?" The angels all screeched. Sebastian leapt off the angel's head and landed on the floor with a graceful thump. He winked and put a finger to his lips. "You see," his eyes flashed red,"I am simply.....ONE HELL of a butler." I shot an angel with a pistol and they landed on the ground with a scream. I held up both of my pistols up and shouted,"I believe you all didn't listen the first time! LEAVE THE GUESTS ALONE!"

Ciel's POV

While James and I ran after Raven and Ash, I heard screams and gunshots coming from the manor. 'That must have been Annabel.......I do hope she's..WAIT WHY AM I WORRIED ABOUT HER!?' I wondered in my head. James grabbed my arm and hid us behind a tree. "Wha...?" He put a hand over my mouth and whispered,"Don't say a word." We both peeked out from the side of the tree and saw Raven with Ash. He threw her against a tree not far from where they were. I looked at James and saw his hand curl into a fist. I looked back at Raven, who fell on the ground and coughed a bit of blood. Ash walked over to where she was and picked her up by the neck. "Raven......join us. We are more powerful than those wretched demons." Raven put her hands on Ash's and growled,"Go to hell...." HIs face twisted in fury and he threw her onto the ground. "You little brat! Why won't you choose already!?" Ash screamed. Raven let out a small laugh and whispered,"You can't force me to do anything you bastard. I must choose on my own." Ash kicked her in the stomach repeatedly. She coughed out more blood but still chuckled. "You can't do anything right can you......" Raven whispered before closing her eyes. "Hey!" someone whispered in my ear. I turned around and pointed my gun at the person's face. It was Annabel. I quickly lowered my gun and whispered,"I'm sorry. I thought..." "I know," she whispered back,"but we defeated the angels and helped the guests out of the manor." Max and Sebastian appeared beside Annabel. I noticed that she was the only one with cuts on her face and arms. We all looked back at Raven. Ash was still kicking her and called her names. James apparently had enough and ran toward Ash, screaming,"Leave her alone you filthy angel!" Ash turned around and smirked. "I was expecting you all to come at one point, and here you are..This shall be fun...."

Third Person POV
As James was running, he had a dark aura surrounding him. His eyes turned to dark red and he grew fangs and long claws. James' clothes and hair became midnight black. He was running at an inhuman speed. James punched Ash on the chest and pushed him aside roughly. He kneeled on the ground in front of Raven and picked her up. Her eyes were closed and breathing was slow. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him. "James.....what happened...." Her eyes fluttered closed again. James put her head on his lap and began to stroke her hair gently. "Raven...." He said in a different voice from his own. Ash slowly staggered toward them and pulled out a sword. He was about to stab James but a hooded figure swooped down and blocked Ash's sword with their own. Ash's eyes widened in shock and backed away a bit. Max slowly came out from behind the tree and began to walk to the figure. "Onyx?" he whispered. The figure took their hood off and smiled. "It's most certainly been a while, eh Max?"
