*Present Time*

Max's POV
I talked with Annabel for a while and the poor girl was in tears. "I-I thought that....*hiccups* I don't know....." She sobbed. I put my hand on her shoulder. "Life is not fair, and neither is love. It can't be helped. That's just the way things are." She looked up at me with watery eyes. "I should probably go back to Raven and everyone else." I nodded. "I'll help you find them." All of a sudden, the lights went out.

I grabbed Annabel and pulled her close to me. "What the hell is going on?!" "What happened to all the lights?!" People were exclaiming left and right. "Hello, everyone." A deep voice said. "Please do not be alarmed. We are just looking for someone. Her name is Raven." There was some confusion among the people. "Raven? Who's that?" Some people muttered. 'Damn....it can't be.....' I thought angrily. 'I need to find her now!!!'

Raven's POV
"There you are....where were you three?!" Ciel asked. James looked at me and then glared at Sebastian. "We..." James began. The lights went out all of a sudden. People around us were muttering. A deep voice said,"Hello everyone. Please do not be alarmed. We are just looking for someone. Her name is Raven." 'No....it couldn't be......' I then heard a whisper near my ear. "Raven....do you know who is speaking..." "I think so..." I whispered. I then saw a flash of deep crimson. 'Sebastian....' I thought to myself. 'He must have known who was speaking...but how...' "Does anyone know where Raven is?" The voice said. "Follow me...." Someone said quietly to James and I. James, still carrying me, asked quietly,"Why should we?" There was a sigh, then the voice said,"Please James....do you want to keep Raven safe?"

Sebastian's POV
"Her name is Raven." My eyes flashed. 'That voice....I know it from somewhere....I must keep Raven and the young master safe...'
