I wake up to my door opening and Destin walking in. I sit up in bed and smile at him as he sits down next to me.

"Good Morning." I say with a yawn

"Definitely a good morning. Guess what." Destin says beaming at me.

"What?" I say.

"I got to kiss the girl I love last night." Destin says.

"You don't say I got to kiss a very charming prince last night." I say.

Destin smiles and says "Today I am going to show you around the palace after you have a long breakfast with Seren. I have the perfect dress in mind for today maybe you could wear it."

I laugh of course Destin is the fashion savvy prince. It is important to know what to wear in battle don't want to be out of season.

"Okay you can choose my outfit. I would say no but you just look to excited about it." I say.

I wasn't lying he had a sparkle in his eyes and a big lopsided goofy grin. He stand and enters the closet only to enter two minutes later with a beautiful midnight blue silk sun dress. He carries in his hand black kitten heels and a hair clip suede with black jewels.

He hold out the outfit for me and says "Go get dressed."

I take the dress, hair clip and heels from him and run to the bathroom. I pull on the dress and it fits me perfect I'm just going to ignore the fact that they should not know my dress size. I brush out my long hair that falls just above my butt and put the pin in right above my ear. Then I step into the heels which are surprisingly comfortable.

I don't bother looking in the mirror before leaving the bathroom. I find Destin lying on his back in my bed hands over his eyes. I clear my thought and he jumps not expecting me out of the bathroom so soon. He sits up and just stares at me making me squerm.

"What's wrong do I look bad?" I ask.

"No infact its just the opposite you look beautiful but something's missing." Destin says.

He walks over to me his hands behind his back.

"Okay now turn around." He says with a smile.

I turn to the mirror and he steps up besides me. I gasp as he puts a necklace around my neck with three beautiful gems on it that look like the night sky is stuck in them.

"Destin it's beautiful." I say

He smiles and says "No you are beautiful. Are you wearing any makeup?"

"No. Wh-" I start to ask but get cut off when Dustin spins me a gives me a kiss.

I hear a growl from the door and stop to look up. Blake stands in the doorway anger burning on his face. He turns and storms off.

"Wait Blake! Sorry Destin but I need to go talk to Blake give me a minute." I say

I run after Blake hoping I'm going the right direction. I'm running down a hallway when someone grabs me and pulls me into a room. I am now standing in the middle of a bedroom that has the same design of mine but it's far less extravagant. I spin on my heels to see who did this. It's Blake.

"Why were you kissing him?" Blake growls the anger clear on his voice.

"I don't know Blake maybe because I like him." I say.

Blake face falls the anger replaced by hurt and he says "He's just using you Lila. He doesn't love you."

"You don't know that Blake. As far as I know he is the only person not in my family to love me." I say

He cringes I know I've hurt him. Which is good because I was trying to.

"How could you say that Lila I love you." Blake says

"You love me like a friend Blake Destin loves me." I say.

"Lila I-" Blake says

"No Blake. I know you don't love me as anything else because I had a crush on you since sixth and you never said anything. Now I've found someone who loves me and you get mad You have no right!" I say my voice rising to a yell.

I turn to leave but Blake grabs my wrist and spins me around saying "No Lila you have no right to say I don't love you. I would of asked you out years ago but I didn't want to lose you."

"Well at least Destin had the guts to tell me he loves me apparently you don't even love me enough." I say.

"I do love you and I'll prove it to you." Blake says as he pulls me close and melds his lips to mine.

The kiss is desperate and filled with desire on Blake's part. I can't help but kiss back but something is different not as sweet as Destins. Blake tastes like raspberries and blueberries.

Wait what am I doing? I push away from Blake and wipe my mouth.

I say "I'm sorry Blake but you lost your chance I'm with Destin now."
