From the sunlight hitting his face, Naruto wakes up. He opens his eyes, to see a white ceiling, and he also can smell chemicals in the air. Hospital. But why is he in the hospital? He then remembers everything. The late night training. The death of Mai. He starts to breathe erratically, waking his mother, who's sleeping head was on his chest. Obito then says, "Shhh! Calm down Sochi. Mama's here. Calm Down."

Naruto calms down, and looks at his mother. He asks, "Kaa-chan?"

Obito answers, "Yes, Sochi, it's me."

Naruto then starts to cry, as he asks, "Why, Kaa-chan? Why did Mai have to die? Why did the Uchiha have to plan a coup?"

Obito chokes on air, as she answers, "I don't know Sochi, but I do know why the Uchiha planned the coup. The Uchiha felt that they weren't given the respect they deserved. So they thought that if they took over, they'd get that respect, and they planned a coup."

Naruto then asks, "Why did my eyes feel funny last night?"

Obito answers, "After the three-tomoe Sharingan, there's one more stage of the Sharingan. You awakened that stage called: the Mangekyō Sharingan. I have also awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan. Each Mangekyō Sharingan is unique to the user, but every person, who has the Mangekyō Sharingan has a technique called the Susanoo. The Susanoo is a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which surrounds them and fights on their behalf. It is the strongest ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in both eyes. All though, over usage of the Mangekyō Sharingan, will blind you. The abilities of the Mangekyō Sharingan are very chakra intensive. Your vision can be restored by transplanting the Mangekyō Sharingan of an Uchiha with strong blood ties — ideally a sibling — thus awakening the so-called Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. Unlike with other transplants, this second evolution will allow the user to retain their original techniques in addition to access the new eyes' respective technique. Although these eyes merge the designs of the two Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan, they're still the eyes of the previous owner and thus react to certain techniques that are aimed at the original owner's Mangekyō Sharingan. Also, they no longer suffer any negative side-effects from using them, even reducing chakra-draining to an unnoticeably minimal level. If you want to transplant our eyes, we can do so? When Sasuke is awake, I'll train both of you."

Naruto answers, "I'd like to know my abilities first, then we can transplant our eyes."

Sasuke then wakes up, and screams. Obito goes over to him, and calms him down. Sasuke asks all of the same questions, but the one about the coup, and Mai. Obito answers the questions exactly the same. She then says, "Once you're out of the hospital, I'll train you, and Naruto." Which makes Sasuke excited.

They are cleared to leave the hospital an hour later. As they two young Uchiha follow Obito. Naruto asks, "Why aren't we training in the compound?"

She answers, "Since the clan compound is getting investigated, we will have to use the public Konoha Training Grounds."

They soon get there, and they begin to train under Obito.

A couple days after they started training, Naruto found out what his Special Ability is Mahakala in his left eye, and Kalika in his right.

Mahakala is the ability to stop time, Naruto can walk around, and interact with anything, while he stopped time. Kalika is the ability to reverse time. This ability is not like Izanagi. It doesn't save people from death, and it only affects time in sphere of the affected space of Mahakala. When Naruto, and Obito transplanted each other's eyes. Naruto gains the ability to use Kamui in both eyes. While Obito gains the ability to use Mahakala in either eye.

The design of Naruto's EMS changed severely. He lost the three eclipses, which shrunk down to a semi-small circle in the middle of the eye. While the rest of the eye looked like a thin reverse version of Madara's EMS. With a single thin vertical bar going up from the circle, and two going down from the circle. Naruto's Susanoo looks very similar to his mother's but it has a diagonal scar over its eye. It also has the Sword of Totsuka in it's left hand, and a bow on it's right hand. It's color is silver, just like Naruto's hair.

While Obito's three stretched triangles evenly spaced around the pupil that each curve at the top around the eye to form a circle, which is now six stretched triangles coming from a star in the middle of the eye.
