Izzy is one of my favorite authors, and among the women I came to know and love from the chic lit nest.  This story is round three of Izzy's romance story of a girl "coming out," and her developing romance with her best friend, Ari.

The first one was kind of sweet, and developed slowly, even as her body was learning how to respond to her then boyfriend.  And everyone cheered when she Isabella finally figured it out.  Second one was bittersweet, as everything kept going wrong even with the best of intentions.  This third story is pretty hot and heavy, with a future on the horizon that threatens to tear them apart.

For starters, both of these young ladies are still underage.  So by law, they still belong to their parents.  Second, Ari comes from a very strict family that would more or less disown her if she's gay, which leads to her fearfully wanting to keep their relationship hidden from everyone.  And third....Ari's moving away.  Parents decision.

Among the plot line in the story, you find conversations of everyday people, and I admit this is something I just love about Wattpad.  An individual admitted, "I think I'm gay, and I don't think my parents would approve either."  And with those words, everyone offered a multitude of support.  And our writer, Izzy, that meant more to her than any published chapter ever could.  She felt like she did something important.  And her story no longer became as important to her to finish for wattpad.

Also, Izzy and Ari, these are very much real people.  The story itself is based on Isabella, and her lover Ari.  This is the very girl that Izzy grew up to marry.  Though it is uncertain, and truthfully, none of our business how much their story has in common with the actual couple, it is for certain that Izzy and Ari did very much get their happily ever after.  The last interaction our Izzy had, was admitting that she and her girl were going on a vacation so they could spend more time together.  And everyone was so happy for them.

Come to think of it....this happened just before all that COVID 19 nonsense.  So I hope they are healthy and doing well together.  Anyway, Izzy also is an Amazon writer, so there's always a chance you could find her there as well and actually purchase these books of hers.  But even if this book remains unfinished, it's a very beautiful story that the actual people live on together happily.
