Val is a woman all grown-up, and she hates Valentines day.  But one day, that begins to change.  Val works at a flower shop.  Destiny has a way of making life conspire against you, or for you.  She begins to witness a chain of events that make her change her point of view, and even begins to open up her heart a little at the very last. 

Pros:  Short, sweet, and to the point.

Cons:  Short, sweet, and to the point.  Double edged sword I know, but you either like this or you don't.

Why you should read this story:  We all get down and out in life sometimes.  It's nice to witness somebody get to change for the better, even if it is in just a story.

Update:  This story has been pulled from the writer's published list, assuming because it wasn't very well known.  It's a shame too, as it was a good story in it's own right.
