Shard was still struggling to keep the blast from hitting him before he roared and finally deflected the beam back at Macy.

Macy gasped before she was sent flying, tumbling across the floor. She just growled and got back up, shooting at Shard again, this time freezing his stingers.

Shard growled as they fell, but he eventually kicked Macy in the face, and then punched her to the wall. "YOU THINK JUST BECAUSE YOUR FRIEND IS ALIVE THAT YOU WILL BEAT ME? THAT YOU HAVE SOME KIND OF POWER UP?!" He cackled. "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, Earthling..."

"Well, even stupid people can be geniuses." Macy said back as she turned her blaster into a sword, a purple energy beam igniting as its blade. She then charged, and slashed Shard IN THE EYE.

Shard roared in agony before he grabbed Macy's neck and slammed her against the wall. He watched her Everything Ray fall to the floor, and he smashed it with his foot. He then punched her again and again before Macy managed to hold back one of his fists, barely keeping it from impacting her face.

But then, Shard was shot and bullet holes were on his arms. Macy was let go and Shard hissed, but then cackled. "The human has finally arrived."

"AND ABOUT TO KICK YOUR ASS." Nova said as she cracked her fists and punched Shard in the face, knocking out a fang and sending him stumbling. She then ran over and punched him again, and again, and then again. But then Shard caught her fist again and punched Nova into the air and then spun around and kicked her to the wall.

Nova breathed heavily before grabbing a flashbang and throwing it at Shard, who just swatted it away into the hallway, watching the smoke ignite from it.

Shard then stomped on her, growling as he flicked his wrists, and then his stingers went free, and were ready to kill Nova.

Macy tried to grab her Everything Ray, but saw it in pieces. She growled and attempted to charge, but that's when someone zoomed past her.

"GET AWAY FROM OUR LEADER." Eclipse hissed as they STABBED Shard in the stomach with their sword.

Shard roared in tremendous pain before sending his stingers after them, slashing them over and over until the commander sidekicked them to the ground...but then they saw something leak onto their cloak.

Blood. But not red blood...blue blood.

Shard grinned wide before cracking his neck, although he limped as he stomped towards Eclipse. "YOU'RE A SHADE..."

Eclipse chuckled weakly. "Wasn't that hard to figure out."

"IT SEEMS TALON INSPIRED MANY..."

"Yeah...he did." Eclipse growled, trying to grab their sword before Shard stomped on their arm.

Macy attacked, scratching Shard in the same eye she slashed, which was now bleeding green blood. Shard roared one last time before swatting Macy back, and then grabbing Eclipse's mask and RIPPING it off.

Eclipse was, indeed, a Shade. A Slasher, and with only one horn, as if one had been cut off. Eclipse growled before still trying to reach for their sword.

"You're a Slasher...yet, you do not use your blades. Why?" Shard asked as he kept his stingers on Nova.

"Your little red friend RIPPED THEM OUT." Eclipse growled as she kept trying to free herself. And now it was definite, Eclipse was a female.

"Interesting..." Shard grinned before he grabbed Eclipse's sword and raised it into the air. "Then I'll take your head to add to the things you've lost, ALONG WITH YOUR LIFE."

But as Shard was distracted, Nova grabbed her gun and shot Shard in the back, and his armor finally couldn't take anymore damage and he fell to his knees, letting go of Eclipse.

"Thanks." Eclipse grinned as she grabbed her sword and slashed Shard, sending him tumbling onto the ground.

Nova then helped Macy to her feet, and all three of them prepared to attack until Shard roared and his stingers came zooming in and slashed all three of them, sending them packing. Shard then flicked his hand and swung it around. His stingers flew around him before they came zooming in, ready to kill all three of the Rebels until...

The stingers were sliced in half.

Shard's eyes widened before he turned and then his eyes narrowed. "TALON..."

Talon's purple eyes narrowed and he got into a fighting stance. "Shard...it's been too long."

"You remember everything now, don't you?" Shard then chuckled. "I suppose green never suited you."

Talon grinned as he raised his blades. "And if you're the smart strategist that you say you are, you know you can't fight. Your stingers are gone, and your armor is too. So let my friends go..."

Macy finally forced herself to sit up, and her eyes watered as she looked at Talon...he was back. "K-Kitten..." She whispered.

Shard chuckled. "You're right...but that doesn't mean I've lost." He grinned as Kreji suddenly appeared, his robotic tendrils out and the Mutants behind him.

Talon gulped. "Ah, shit."

"Kill him." Shard commanded as they all attacked, and he walked off, limping and escaping.

Kreji sent his tendrils after Talon, who started spinning around and cutting them into pieces with his tornado attack. Savage then breathed red fire at Talon, who just dodged.

"Okay, remembering everything DOESN'T mean I'm gonna win this." Talon told himself as he slashed at Maddie and Conker, and then ran to his friends.

"You...You came back..." Macy whispered, but she knew now was not the time for a reunion.

Talon just smiled before he quickly grabbed all three of his friends and dragged them out of the room, still fighting off the Mutants and Kreji.

"DO NOT LET THEM ESCAPE!!!" Conker roared before she charged.

Talon then slammed the metal door shut, and could even hear Conker fall to the ground from the other side. "Come on! There's a hover car!"

Everyone slowly got up, despite their injuries and then rushed inside the garage, and then all got into a hover car and drove off, safe for one more day. What did suck is that after they got within walking distance of their old base, they would have to destroy and or abandon the hover car, and then grab some of the supplies to move to a new one.

And shortly after that not at all interesting fetch quest was done, and they were near their old base and started to walk out, Talon looked at his team. "Are you guys-"

"TALON!!!!" Macy finally sobbed as she tackled Talon to the floor of the hover car, and hugged him tight. "DON'T YOU D-DARE DIE A-AGAIN...E-EVER!!!" Macy said, not even able to put words together as she sobbed.

Talon smiled wide and hugged back, rubbing Macy's back. "Hey, hey, hey. It's ok. I'm here. I'm- OOF!"

"Oh, don't think you're not getting a hug from me, Space Cat!" Nova said, crying a little herself. But she was more happy than anything else.

Talon laughed before hugging both of them tightly. Macy began to smile, but still sobbing. "I...I...We...We missed...you..."

"I missed you too. Both of you." Talon said with a soft smile.

Eclipse waved her hand in front of her face. "Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry. You're not even part of the hug."

The hug lasted for nearly 30 minutes until it was finally broken and they moved out of the hover car. Macy was still clinging onto Talon.

"I-I...I like the new look." Macy said, walking with him, partially because of how much she missed him, partially because of how she had a crush on him, and partially because everything in her body hurt.

Talon smiled. "Thanks. Purple suits you."

"H-Heh. It's my favorite color."

"I wonder why." Nova and Eclipse said in unison.

Talon then narrowed his eyes at Eclipse. "You aren't my replacement, are you?"

"What? Hell no! I could never replace you! I was actually kind of inspired by what The First Traitor, you, and your siblings did. There's very few of us that wanna be good people in The Shade...but there are at least a few." Eclipse smiled.

Talon smiled again. "Name?"

"Eclipse." She said simply.

"Talon." He said before Macy hugged tighter.

"You are NOT taking my man." Macy hissed, giving Eclipse a glare.

Talon felt his face flush before he patted Macy's head. "Uhhh...okay."

"Speaking of which, why didn't you tell us you were a Shade?" Nova asked.

Eclipse sighed. "I didn't want to until you actually trusted me, which in hindsight, could've gone insanely wrong too. But I also didn't want to make you guys feel like I was replacing Talon, especially considering that I'm a Shade Traitor, a former Slasher, and well...a little too much like Talon, just a different gender. Your mental state didn't seem all there, y'know?"

"Not wrong." Nova said before they arrived at their old base. "Okay. We better move. Thankfully I know a place we can stay. Everyone, grab what you need."

Everyone nodded and did just that, but Macy refused to let go of Talon.

Talon chuckled. "Macy, you can let go of me."

"Tal...I just got you back...I need a little longer." Macy said, purring and nuzzling into his neck. "Please?"

Talon sighed and nodded. "You're lucky I love- I mean LIKE."

Nova sighed as she grabbed her and Macy's things. "Yup...gang's back together."
