Talon growled and roared in agony before he slowly unleashed one of his blades and sliced, cutting himself free including the tendril that plugged into the back of his head. Talon then landed, huffing and puffing. "W-WHAT DO YOU MEAN RESET?!"

"Subject Emotional State: Hostile. Protocol: ELIMINATE." Kreji said as he showed his red blades and lunged at Talon, slashing at him and sending him landing onto the computer's keyboards and then falling onto the floor.

Talon groaned before he gasped and quickly took out his other blade and formed an X with them, trapping Kreji's swinging blade in a defense. Talon then kicked Kreji and broke the X. Talon then twisted around into a tornado, cutting Kreji again and again.

Kreji roared in agony, but the roars were also robotic and emotionless. His eyes then went red and he shot his tendrils at Talon, but Talon kept spinning around as a deadly tornado of blades, cutting the tendrils up and stopping them from grabbing him.

Talon eventually stopped spinning and opened the door, quickly running...but as he ran, he bumped into someone and fell onto the ground. He groaned in pain before looking up and gasping.

It was Shard, and he clearly wasn't happy. "General. What is going on?"

"Kreji just tried to erase my memory after I..." Talon then got to his feet and his eyes went green. "You lied to me."

Shard narrowed his eyes. "Did I now?"

"You said the Rebel Alliance took out Kreji! All three of them! But the traitor did!!! And you never told me the traitor looked just like me!!! Now I'm seeing him nonstop, and even the leader of the Rebels is saying I am him!!!" Talon screeched. "What REALLY happened?! YOU KNOW WHY I'M SEEING THE TRAITOR, DON'T YOU?!?"

Shard sighed as he looked at Kreji walking over, but he raised his hand, stopping him. "Very well. I will tell you...You ARE the traitor. I never killed you."

Talon's eyes widened and they went from green to white. "I...I...I am...?"

"You brutally beat Kreji after he attacked your allies, Nova and Macy. They had become caught up with an army of Shades and could not get to you to help in time. So, after Kreji was defeated...I merely took you out." Shard said with a grin. "And I made your friends watch as you practically choked on your own blood. Macy seemed to be more affected then any of them...she had a connection with you."

Talon's eyes flickered from green to a different color. Purple. Macy...Macy...Macy. Why did that name sound so familiar? And why did that mean so much to him?

"Killing you seemed like a waste, but I wanted to send a message to any Rebels, especially your friends. So, I ripped off your blade and faked your death...all the while I turned you into the perfect solider. I had such high hopes for you, General...but now you know."

"You...You..." Talon's eyes went both green AND purple. "YOU BASTARD!!!!"

Kreji scanned Talon, his memory was slowly regaining. But not fast enough for the true Talon to return.

Shard grinned. "It seems brainwashing you was more of a waste. I will try the option I should've done." He then unleashed his stingers, and flicked his wrist. The stingers came zooming in, cutting Talon's sides and having the green blood spew out from his sides.

Talon roared in agony as he fell to the ground, hissing and crying from the pain.

Shard then kicked Talon in the head, sending him and his now bleeding body tumbling across the floor. He then sent his stingers again, slashing Talon and sending him towards Kreji's feet.

Kreji grinned and was about to grab Talon, but Shard once again stopped him.

"No. I want the pleasure of killing the final traitor all to myself." Shard grinned.

Kreji nodded before leaving the room, letting his master finish the job.

Shard then cracked his neck before grabbing Talon by the neck and lifting him into the air. "You weren't the only traitor. Your siblings seemed to have the same idea, but you of all people should know Kreji killed one of them. You gave the idea of treachery to The Shade to your little Earthling friends, the Rebels. But you do not know that the more people you drag into your traitorous life...the more times you'll see them fall and die." He then grinned as his eyes GLOWED green. "I want you to take a guess WHO caused Macy to fall off that building."

Talon's eyes widened. That name being said a final time brought nearly all of it back. Memories, but not all of them, came back into his brain...and he remembered seeing something. Something horrifying, and something he wished he would forget.

A fox and the traitor, being cornered by two Shade. Talon was looking through the eyes of the traitor, or rather, himself. He ended up in a clash, but when he looked at the fox...Macy...something attacked her from behind and caused her to fall to her supposed death.

Green stingers.

Talon gritted his teeth and roared as loud as he could, and kicked Shard in the chest, landing onto the ground and STABBING Shard in the gut.

Shard roared in tremendous pain, stumbling as he held his stomach, but Talon kept stabbing and slashing. Shard kept roaring before he grabbed Talon's arm. "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT..."

He punched Talon in the jaw, sending him tumbling across the metal floor. Shard then flicked his hand again and STABBED Talon in the leg, and his screams of agony spread throughout the base, to the point where everyone could hear him.

Nova's head perked up when she heard the screams and she gasped. "Talon...NO, I'M NOT LOSING MY FRIEND AGAIN." She then started punching at the cell, growling as she used all her strength in every punch.

Macy slowly woke up, groaning to the sound of Nova punching the cell. "Where...are we...?"

"MACY!" Nova cried as she stopped punching the cell and ran over, even though they were all in different cells.

"Nova? What happened?!"

"TALON'S ALIVE." Nova said immediately.

Macy's green eyes widened and she was still and silent...but then she stood up and punched her cell as well, but when that didn't work, she reached into her pocket and grabbed a device. The mutants never emptied their pockets before locking them up. She then attached the device to the cell, and it EXPLODED. Macy then walked out, reached into her backpack, and took out her Everything Ray, blasting open the cells, freeing Nova and Eclipse.

Nova was wide eyed, but then Macy ran across the base, obviously looking for Talon. Nova then grabbed the unconscious Eclipse, wrapping their arm around her shoulder, and following.

Talon fell onto the ground again. Everything in his body hurt. Why did it hurt so much?! His ears were ringing, and he couldn't hear anything. But then, he felt another surge of pain jolt through his back, and he tumbled to the wall.

Shard growled as he grabbed Talon and then raised one of his Stingers. "I'LL KEEP YOUR HEAD AS A TROPHY..."

The stinger slowly hovered over and began to cut at Talon's neck...but then it was blasted to the wall, saving Talon.

Shard's eyes widened before he turned and was instantly attacked, being forced to let go of Talon.

"YOU WON'T TAKE HIM AWAY FROM ME AGAIN!!!!" Macy screamed, using her claws to scratch Shard, all the while blasting him and practically shattering Shard's armor.

Shard roared and roared, grabbing Macy and throwing her against the floor, but was attacked by a purple beam from Macy's Everything Ray. Shard slid back, but used his stingers as shields, blocking the blast from killing him.

Talon's eyes widened as he looked at the fox. He couldn't believe it. This was Macy. The girl with the name that for some reason, meant so much to him.

Macy looked at Talon and her eyes told him what to do, but she said it anyway. "RUN!!! I'LL FIND YOU!!!"

Talon didn't do anything but nod and he ran out of the base, not wanting to do anything but escape. And since he didn't have all of his memories...he forgot how Shard could easily beat the Rebels.

The green Slasher kept running and running until he was out of the base and in the city, but even then, he kept running and running...until he finally stopped.

Talon fell to his knees, pain and exhaustion surging all through his body...but that's when he looked up after he heard footsteps.

The traitor...himself.

(Heya! Emperor_Drakkon here to let you guys know! This probably will be a short story! Possibly only 14 or 18 episodes! Cause this is my first time dealing with a character with Amnesia, and even then, I still wanna keep it interesting! But even I did find a way to drag out the story to about 20 episodes, it would feel kinda meh.

But I do promise! If you like the story so far, then I think you'll like what happens in later episodes! Cya tomorrow!)
