The sun was beating down on the little stone and wood house that Ice called home. It was the perfect day to do anything. Ice leaped of her hammock and skipped into the kitchen. Her sister Joyful was eating an apple when she entered. Joyful waved at her sister and went back to eating the apple. "So do you think mom will let me go to the beach today?" Ice asked. Joyful just shook her head. "Well I'm still going to try!" She chirped. Joyful rolled her eyes and finished her apple. 

For some weird reason Ice couldn't read Joyful's mind. "Don't go bother mom she's with Seal." Joyful said. Ice huffed and flew out the sky hole. "Wait!" Joyful yelled. Joyful leaped from her seat and started chasing Ice. Ice looked back and noticed her sister flying after her. "What do you want now?" Ice asked a angrily. "Well dad said we had to be home by seven and he doesn't want you leaving the house." Joyful said. Joyful and Ice flew back to the house. Splotches of yellow appeared on Joyful's scales. "I wonder what dad has to tell us, I hope it's something good!" She piped. "What does dad have to tell us?" A voice hissed on the other side of the room. "This conversation doesn't include you Seal!" Joyful growled. Joyful's ruff turned red. "I was just asking no need to get so angry." Seal teased. Joyful's talons turned red. "I will break your nose Seal if you don't leave us alone!" Joyful roared. Joyful's scales had now turned completely red. Ice grabbed Joyful's tail. Ice was shaking her head back and forth. Seal rolled her eyes and left the room. 

Joyful flung Ice off her tail in a single flick. "Owwwww that hurt." Ice groaned. "Next time don't stope me." Joyful hissed. "She's your sister too." Ice commented. 

Joyful walked into her room it had a blue, red, and yellow hammock in the far left corner. She had a little wooded chest by her door it contained jewelry, gems, gold, silver, and copper coins, and blankets. Joyful flopped onto the hammock. She grabbed a pillow and buried her face into the soft material. She then heard MindProjector's voice. Joyful walked into the living room to find Ice gathering her stuff. "What's going on?" Joyful asked. "Dad is going to be taking us to the rainforest for the weekend!" Ice squeaked. "Why?" Joyful asked. Ice shrugged. "Is Seal or mom coming?" Joyful asked. "No I don't think so I'm not sure I read dad's mind to find out we are going to the rainforest. I can go check though." Ice said. "Go check." Joyful demanded. Ice peaked her head around the corner. "Mom and seal aren't coming!" She whispered. Joyful's scales turned bright pink and yellow. "I'll start packing."
