POV: Xisuma

I picked up my phone, seeing a text from Scar. 

"X! GET OVER HERE!"  It reads. Goodness, Scar, what did you do now? I think, heading over to Scar's base. 

I found him sitting on one of his trees, waiting for me. "Hey, Scar! Whats up?" I ask, waving a him. He looks up at me. 

"X! theportalclosedandidontknowwhattodo!" He said quickly, clearly panicked. 

"Scar, slow down, dude! Say that again, I dont know what you even said!" 

He took a deep breath in. "Th- The portal, it closed! I dont know what to do, X!" He told me. I was slightly confused.

"What portal? You're Nether portal? Cant you just light it again?" I ask, confused. 

"No, X! Its not my Nether portal! It was a portal to the Graylands, and now she can't get back!" 

He must have not realized I didnt know who he was talking about. And what were the 'Graylands', anyway? "Who are you talking about, Scar? And what even is the Graylands?" I asked him. He waved at me to follow him. We shot off the tree and into his village. He walked over to one of the houses. There was someone who was sitting on the steps of one of the houses. Someone I didnt know. This must have been the person Scar was talking about. 

"X, this is Viper," He pointed to the red blob that was a person. "she came from the Graylands. I brought her here so she could see it and the portal just left!" This 'Viper' moved. Her head want buried in her arms anymore. She had long brown hair, and brown eyes. She wasnt crying but she was obviously upset. 

"Scar..." I said with an angered tone, and Viper turned away. "Yeah, X..." He said, almost frightened. 

"WHY DID YOU EVEN...!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands in the air. Scar shrunk back a little. 

"I only wanted to show her the village! X, theres no color where she lives! Its terrible!"

I felt sorry for Viper. That did sound pretty bad. "Scar, its alright," I said, although it really wasnt. I turned to Viper. "You dont know how to get home, eh?" I asked. She nodded. "Cant you just, like, ban me or something?" She asked me. I guess I could, I thought. I nodded. I pulled up the server list, scrolling through the names. Viper, or anything related to that, wasnt on the list. 

"Well, Viper, it seems you're not on the server list." I told her. Turning to Scar, I said, "Scar, you brought her here. She can stay with you until I figure something out. But if you tell another soul..." I stared at him coldly. He nodded. "Yes, X. I get it. Thanks," He said as I flew off.

THREE DAYS LATER. 

POV: Viper

I stood up, walking out of the village house. Living here wasnt terrible. But I was still upset. Scar and Xisuma said I could roam around, but only the village. 

Scar was off working, so I went to find Jellie. I missed Archer. I found her sitting on the roof of a house. I called up to her and she jumped down with grace. 

"Sorry to bother you, Jellie, but I wanted to come say hi," I tell the cat, petting her. "Im getting quite lonely here. Scar is here, yes, but not often. Im going to go find new people today, but you cant tell anyone." Jellie just stared at me. I petted her one last time ans started off into the jungle. 

After a little bit, I came across some buildings. A giant skull with a flower crown, and a big rainbow. A large cauldron, and a... cupcake? I shrugged and wandered around. There was another woman, working on a big purple butterfly up in the sky. Of course my wings have to be broken. 

She saw me after a little bit. I climbed up a smaller tree and waited, watching her construct the butterfly. She looked confused when she saw me, but flew down to the tree. 

"Hello! Im Viper! Im sorta stuck here..." I told her. 

"Hey, Im Stress! Welcome to HermitCraft! Im sure X will help you out!" She said joyfully. I nodded. She was very kind. "X doesnt know how to get me home. Scar came to my world and asked me if I wanted to visit. The portal closed on us before I could go home." She looked at me with kindness. "I hope you get home soon, love! Here, lets get down from here and i'll show you around!" She shot off the tree. She waited for me as I climbed down. 

She showed me around her place. It was really nice. She explained how the how there we're only two females other than her. But they lived a bit away. The giant tree was built by Iskall, and the mansion by Grian. The larger towers by Mumbo. 

"Those are strange names," I laughed. She laughed and nodded. 

"Yeah sorta. But they're really nice." She told me. I nodded. 

"I should probably head back to Scars place. But I can come back tomorrow!" 

"Alrighty, bye, Viper! See you tomorrow!"
