These rules are your ticket to life. Follow them, read all of them, hone them. It will increase your chances of being accepted. Actually, scratch that. It's the only way you will get accepted.

R U L E S :

1) Absolutely no request whoring.
➿ request whore   noun. : somebody who thinks it's a good idea to rob a person of their time and dedication by requesting in more than one place for one singular graphic/trailer.

Trailers take me approximately 20 full hours to complete. Often times it takes me several hours just to do the text, then 1-4 to render and upload. I pour my heart and soul into creating these things for you, and unlike some trailer makers, 6-7 hours is the minimum amount of time I put into it. So take that into consideration before you go request from someone else. But I should specify, if you request a teaser or some other form of trailer from someone else, or I'm taking forever to get yours done, I'm perfectly fine with it. Or if I didn't portray it the way you wanted, no sweat. TELL ME. You are not obligated to use the trailer if you're unsatisfied with it.

2) Boy Bands, Explicitly Sexual and Anime trailers will most likely be denied. Anime, depending on the style you want, is the only one above I will more than likely accept given a good form.

3) Keep your wording short. I'm not the kind of trailer maker who incorporates paragraphs into it. You will probably be denied if you just hand me the summary of your book.

4) No already edited videos for clips. That means if it has a watermark on it, or a pretty colouring you love, I won't use it. Rest assured, your trailer will have its own colour scheme and my watermark all shiny in the corner.

5) HD 720p and 1080p clips are your ticket to victory. Movie clips, music clips, movie trailers, they all should be HD. Not only does it make your trailer look great, but it saves me having to go back and find different versions of the 320p ones that sometimes show up. You must have at least 3+ clips to get accepted.

6) In the anything else section of your form, tell me a funny joke. And if you can't come up with one, then your favourite Shameless character will do.

7) Provide ideas! Without me reading your entire book beforehand (I barely have enough time for this as it is) I won't know exactly what you've got cooking up in that brain of yours. Detail what you want, give lots of ideas, and your trailer will be 100% more likely to turn out how you want it!

8) Please, please, pleeeeeeeaaaase be patient. My schedule is extraordinarily unorganized. I am all over the place; some days I don't get home until 10pm, others I don't even come home and most the time my laptop is never on me. I do not do trailers on your time, I do them on mine. And as such, it might take me awhile to get to your request.

9) Stories must be posted with at least 3 actual chapters. Prologue counts. Aesthetics don't. And if you're on hiatus, or it's on hold, sorry folks. You will be denied. (VIPS EXCLUDED )

10) This should be a no-brainer, but no drama please. Let's keep this a friendly environment. If you decide to be a troll, you will be reported, blocked, and removed. Any denigrating comments will be deleted. Period. Any self-advertising comments will be deleted. Period. I'm here to make trailers, not to be the brunt of somebody's un-amusing entertainment. Okay? Okay.

11) Keep your form clean and make sure you incorporate every part of it.

12) All deliveries will be made under the category you requested it in. Also known as the "main category" in your form. This is to keep my book neat and tidy, and also for your convenience. In addition to this, you will get tagged in the post, so don't worry about not seeing it. I'll make sure you do.

13) Specify what type of trailer you want on the top of your form. That means where this little box is [  ] you put an x or an o not only to let me know what type you want, but to also show me you've thoroughly read through my rules.

14) You must complete the payment. If you forget to credit, the trailer will be removed. If you don't use the trailer within a week, I will decide whether or not it stays up. That is only in the case of payment not being completed.

Credit is how I get exposed, it's how I bring in more people, get more requests, and all around is the main reason I've gotten to where I am. If you don't credit as soon as that trailer is posted in your book, it's gone. I'm not having drama again over something so trivial.

15) This isn't a rule, I just hate ending on an even number. cx

As a side note, for those of you who don't know, Voiceovers can be perceived in one of two ways. It can either be the dialogue from movies, music videos, or gameplay videos that I incorporate into the trailer. Or, it can be of someone saying text you want in the trailer in the form of audio. I rarely do it myself, so if you know someone who will do it for you, please just let me know their username so I may credit them in the trailer.

Different types of trailers you may request for :

➿Full Trailer : generally around the 2-3 minute mark, featuring several lines of text and plenty of clips.

➿Teaser : 1 minute, with only 1-2 text pieces and a much quicker introduction featuring fast-paced clips.

➿Promo : 30 seconds, giving an aesthetic and brief taste of the book with only 1 line of text.

➿Character Ship : focuses solely on the characters, and length varies given the text wanted. Can be either long or short.

➿Opening Credits : can be something like the Teen Wolf Theme or The Walking Dead intro. As many lines of text needed to get through introduction text, only up to 30 seconds long. Will be in an aesthetic style.
