You were at April's home with Casey that evening. The three of you were having a study together and doing your homework. Not too long after about half an hour has passed, Casey started to whine about how studying was boring which caused April to start scolding him while you became completely lost in your thoughts, thinking of a certain turtle in blue. You had already finished your homework anyway.

"Casey,for the last time,do your homework!" April yelled.
"But Red...I don't wanna. Homework is so boring. Why can't we go hang out at some other place? Not that I don't like being in your room, "Casey said, giving April a playful wink which made her sigh and turned her attention back to you who was still zoned out, day dreaming, "(Y/n)?"

You hummed absentmindedly back in response, a smile growing on your lips as you continue to think about Leo.

"Are you okay? You've been zoning out a lot more than usual lately," April asked, her words bringing you out of your thoughts as you blinked and looked at her confused, "I am?"

"Mm hm, you are," April answered.

"Yep, and it is becoming more often than usual. What's been going on with you, (Y/n)?" Casey added, making you blush as you looked away and tried to find the right words to explain. You don't know how or when it happened, but you small crush on Leo has grown into something more special since you have hanged out for Space Heroes with him the other day. You are excited and happy with all smiles whenever you text or be on a call with each other and you find yourself occasionally thinking and daydreaming of him which explains all the zones out you have been every time.

"Well, I...I met someone," you started, choosing your words carefully as you have promised Leo that you won't tell anyone about his and his family existence for many reasons. April gasped at your words while Casey's eyes widened with surprise. "What? And you're only telling us now?!" April said, making you laugh.

"Well, I wasn't sure at first," you said, making her roll her eyes. "Well, what's he like? Is he hot?" she asked and you bit  your lips, trying to suppress your growing smile when you remember the way how Leo always carry you up into his arms easily as if you were a feather. "Very," you answered honestly with a dreamy look, making April squeal.

"Omg. Is he cute? What does he look like? Does he go to school with us? Is he someone we know?" April excitedly started throwing questions at you one after another until you cut her off before she turns into a hopeless fan girl, "Whoa. Slow down, April. Slow down. I've only known him for a few weeks."

"Well, what's his name?" she asked again, this time waiting for your answer.

"Leo," you replied and both April and Casey froze for a while, blinking with confusion for a moment which made you look back at them with the same confusion, finding their reaction strange.

Finally, after a minute ot two later, Casey finally broke the silence first. "Leo, huh? April and I have a friend named Leo as well, but there is no way you could know him."

"Why n-?" you stopped mid-sentence when your phone start buzzing along with the ringtone you've set specifically for Leo.

A bright smile grew on your face almost instantly as you held a quick finger up to April and Casey before answering the phone,"Hey, Leo. What's up?"

You can't help it. You always feel excited whenever you receives a text or call from Leo.

"Hey (Y/n). Um, I was wondering...by any chance, if you are free tonight?" you heard Leo's voice from the other side of the phone and your feel your heart skipped a beat his question.

"Yeah, I am free. I am about to be on my way back from my friend's place right now," you answered, glancing at April and Casey who were looking at you with great interest, curious to know who was calling you.

"Great! I kinda wanted to take you to a very good restaurant that I know today. And trust me, the food there is seriously awesome. Can you tell me where you are now? I'll come and pick you up," you listened to Leo's words with your eyes widened with surprise.

Your cheeks reddened and a huge smile started to grow on your face when you realized what he was trying to do. "Leo, are you...asking me out on a date?"

And at your words, April gasped excitedly, eyes sparkling like a fan girl while Casey's jaw dropped with shock. Little did you know Leo was gluping on the other side of the phone, taking a deep breathe as he calmed himself down before he answered your question.

"If I am...will you say yes?"

You could feel your cheeks starting to hirt from how much you were smiling so damn happily right now. You like Leo and there was no doubt about it. You just couldn't help, but wanted to tease him a little.

"I am gonna say no," you said and April immediately shot you a look as if she was saying 'Are you out of your mind?!', making you hold back the urge to laugh.

You heard Leo sighed with disappointment from the other side of the phone. He was about to say something but you cut him off, a mischievous smile playing on your lips.

"Unless you find me within 15 minutes," you challenged and you could feel Leo's voice lit up with happiness as he laughed breathlessly. "Just stay where you are, (Y/n). I'll be right there faster than you think"

"We'll see about that, Captain. This princess is waiting to be found by you," you teased again, your heart skipping a beat when you hear him laugh.

"Oh game on, princess. I am gonna catch you faster than you think."

With that he hung up and you turned back to April and Casey with the biggest smile on your face. "Well?" April asked excitedly, eager to know what you are about to do with Leo.

"Well...he asked me out a date and I said yes. He is on his way to pick me up right now," you said and April squealed excitedly as she immediately started helping you with gathering your stuff. "Omg! Go get him, girl! And tell me everything on how it went later," she said and you laughed with a nod while Casey just shook his head with a smile.

And with that you said goodbye to them and left April's home to prepare for your first date with Leo.
