Hammock
Back
and forth.
Back
and forth.
Back
and stop.
A leg swong over one side of the hammock, stopping it's motion as it's foot gripped the ground.
"(Y/n)?"
She peeked her head out from inside the house, "Yeah?"
"You should.."
She could only catch the first two words, the rest sounded like mumbling. She stepped closer to the hammock where Reiji lay.
"What?" She asked, leaning over him.
His arms held up towards her, his eyes a little low and sleepy, "Come!"
"I won't fit." She laughed, turning to walk away. She heard a small whine behind her and she sighed.
"Fine, fine." She gazed at the hammock, wondering how she was going to fit herself inside. He patted his chest, "come."
She pulled herself in, resting herself on top of him, her head to his heart. The sound of it's beating soothed her as well as the light hums he made. She looked up at his face. He had a soft smile and his eyelids were completely shut, he seemed.. at peace.
She snuggled against him while looking out at the swaying trees, the gentle wind rocking them back and forth in rhythm with the hammock.
It wasn't too long until she found herself dozing off. She rubbed her eyes before hugging her sleeping boyfriend, preparing to join him in dream land.
"Good night, Reiji."
