Do check out her amazing books! You will love it!

Let's get started with the interview!

*******

1. Tell about yourself.

Name and meaning:
Samra which means fruits.

Age:
24

Date of birth:
1st of (3+3-2+3-3-3+3+3+1-3+3+2-1)
Sorry, I do not usually like to tell my birthday date so here you go :p

P.s. - the calculation is pretty easy unless you hate maths or you love being lazy.

(A/N: I got it! 🤓).

Nationality: Indian

Hobby: Reading, reading, reading and then writing. I love to paint and sketch but my busy days give me no room for it. I do it once in a blue moon.

Relationship status (single/committed): Engaged

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

2. Describe yourself in a few lines.

Umm. I am just another striving Muslimah which is a nerd. I am an ambivert; introvert with new people and extrovert with my people. I crazily love food and cat.

3. What good changes do you want to bring in yourself?

I think I need a lot of lot of improvements. Isn't a believer, the one who is not satisfied by the amount of worship he does?

4. Which book was the first book you read on Wattpad and what were your thoughts on it?

The first book I read on Wattpad was 'The Criminals Love' and despite so many long years, it still isn't completed. Meh.
I don't remember much about the thoughts but I guess I was surprised that we could get to read these kinda books here, I mean something Islamic.

(A/N: Ikr! I was surprised too and that's the reason I love Wattpad so much. Other apps also have Islamic stories now but no app is like Wattpad where you can comment as much as you can and can interact with your readers easily).

5. Tell us about your favourite books on Wattpad as well as offline.

My favourite offline book holds such a high position in my heart that it doesn't even give me a single day to read here on Wattpad. It's been years since I read a book here. I suppose you're excited to know about the offline book? It's none other than the Qur'an Alhamdulillah. Other offline favourite are the sealed nectar and biographies of the sahaba.

Umm, still I admire the works of HopesPrayersNSmiles sajmra here.
I really don't know much books here.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah! That's a really good habit).

6. Which genre you prefer most and why?

I am more into non-fiction books because the real stories are stranger than false ones.

7. Tell us about your experience as an author on Wattpad.

I never ever in my life thought that I'd be a writer. I came here JUST to read but I dunno when I started dreaming about a story and tada 'I've even completed it.' I never even thought I'd get so much support from my readers. Honestly, they've motivated me through every phase. Sometimes I am too busy to write but their 'update please' forces me to take out some time from my schedule and write for them a chapter.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

8. Choose between the two.

Chocolates/ Ice cream.
If you would have asked me what I love more then my answer would've been ice cream but if you ask me to choose between the two then I'd choose chocolates.

I know strange.
This is because I am Asthamatic.
*cries in the corner*

Don't be sad, I sometimes cheat on my health.
*Smirks*

(A/N: Awwww, you are so cute!)

Brownies/Oreo

Biryani/Pizza.

(A/N: I didn't ask you when you will have it. You have to choose one. No backing off! 😝)

Happy ending/sad ending.
I believe in happy endings. If it isn't happy, then it's not the end.

9. What would be the one advice you would give yourself if you go back to six years?

'Sam, you need to obey Allah. That's where success lies.'

10. What are your ambitions in life?

To become a da'eeyah.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

11. Most people love to prank others so do you. Did you ever prank anyone in your life? If yes, share it with us.

Yes, I did many times. I don't know if you all are aware of this momo fake news who use to message people and ask them to play games with her. I pranked my friends and oh my Allah they are the most innocent creatures I know on earth. They literally believed it and were horror-stricken. One blocked me, one didn't reply because she was so scared, other one was messaging me telling about momo and said she'd report this to the police. The next day in college was hilarious and their expressions of being terrified were priceless.

(A/N: OMA!!! 🤣🤣)

12. As a human we do things which makes us feel embarrassed so tell us about your most embarrassing story.

I don't even want to remember that most embarrassing moment of my life. Just thinking about it makes me feel miserable.

13. What is the most selfless thing you have done for someone? And apart from your mother, who is that person for you?

I am the most selfish girl you'll ever meet :p
My sisters and father.

14. Who are your most favourite Internet friends? Describe them in few words.

learning_muslimah warisha3 AimanShoaib latajourienne AASIAkhalif

It's more than three years we've been together Alhamdulillah and in sha Allah we'll go together forever till Jannah. All these years they've become an essential part of my life. We talk, we advise, we laugh together,  we solve problems, we share our lives and much more. You may be having a wonderful group of online friends but my group is incredible.

(A/N: Aww, Ma Shaa Allah!)

15. Which quality you dislike the most in the people and would want to change?

I think I dislike people when they disobey Allah. *including me*
Out of it one thing I really hate in people and that is lying. I really don't understand why do people lie, they don't understand that truth is never hidden.

(A/N: True that!)

16. What are your ways of dealing with people?

I am so dumb when it comes to dealing with people. I've so much to say but I just smile.

(A/N: I am same. Lol!)

17. Out of 10, how much would you rate your character?

I think I am a little hard on myself so I'd give me 5.

18. What's the most important fuel of life in your opinion?

The most important fuel of life is Islam.

(A/N: True that!)

19. Which reminder would you like to give everyone through a verse of the Qur'an?

"We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them for a (mere) play"

[al-Anbiya’ 21:16]

20. How important is it for us to balance Deen and Dunya?

Both should be given time and one of it shouldn't be left for the other. If your works are mere for this world then you wouldn't get any share in the hereafter whereas if your work is just for the hereafter, it'll include both Deen and Dunya because Islam is the way of living this life and a source for a better hereafter.

(A/N: 💯)

21. Since the majority of the youth don't realise their time of opportunity which starts from teenage, how prominently will you advise them to use it wisely?

Wallahi, time runs faster than the horse which comes first in the race. One day you'll look back and you'll realise how valuable was your time but alas you wouldn't be allowed to go back and change it.

Our entire life is engrossed in some or the other thing and your books of deeds initialise from the day you hit your puberty. Give time to this Dunya but remember not to forget about the hereafter. I've seen so many people who regret wasting their time during their teenage but when do they realise this? When they have nothing to do and their one leg is in the grave (meaning old age). But how low is it that you move back to Allah when you have nothing to do.

(A/N: So true!)

22. According to you, how necessary is it for one to stay disciplined? Don't you feel people lack the Sunnah lifestyle which should be brought back?

Discipline in life is so so important in life. Islam is a complete disciplined religion and following it, one would lead to nothing but success.

Of course, we lack the sunnah lifestyle and there is no solution for this except to follow the Allah's book and his messenger.

23. Name some Sunnah lifestyle which you follow?

Ehh. Why do you think I'd share it? If you want to follow, then read the Qur'an and hadiths.

But I feel bad when I see someone drinking from the left hand, taking or giving things from the left hand, entering the washroom with the right foot and coming back with the left one. Ugh, I don't know why do I notice such minute things. May we not be one of them.

(A/N: Yes, right!)

24. How responsible are you as a person? And what is your opinion on it being the most essential part of one's life?

So, not exaggerating but yeah I am kinda responsible person. People tell me their secrets because they trust me, or give me prescribed works without hesitation with the statement 'I've given you this task because you are the responsible one.'

I think Islam teaches us to be a responsible Muslim. No one in this world is without responsibilities. Also, this is the characteristics which every Muslim should adhere because a da'ee cannot be an irresponsible person and we are calling everyone to Islam, if not by words then by our characters.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah! So rightly said!)

25. What message would you like to give to those who play the blame game? Don't you think one should take full responsibility for their wrong?

Why why why? Bruh I cannot really understand those who blame others for what they did. Some people come up and say they did such and such or such and such happened because they saw others doing it. Wow really? I mean don't you have brains to work according to your own eligibility. You are responsible for what you did and they are responsible for their actions, why justify it by blaming everything on others?

If a person is sinning then he should take responsibility for it, you cannot just say the other person was sinning and so did I. Accept it that it was your mistake, because repentance comes only when you accept your sin.

(A/N: Right!)

26. What would you like to do in your leisure time?

Painting. We've painted all the big walls of our house, even filled the pillars with quotes and this quarantine I was like 'Ammi I am going to decorate this wall' and Ammi was like 'What? Don't you dare paint it. You people have painted the entire house.' Lol, I wasn't even planning that. Anyways I am painting on stones these days.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

27. A) Your favourite food.

I am crazy about food, let's not start the topic.

(A/N: Hahaha! Okay!)

B). Your favourite fruits.
Almost every fruit.

28. How do you feel about being a Muslimah? And what are the changes you would like to bring to the world?

So you're asking how does it feel like to be a Queen? 👑

The world would be a better place if Allah's law is implemented.

(A/N: True that!)

29. How did you discover Wattpad and what was your first experience?

I was too free after school and Aisha_hasin recommended me about this app and then I downloaded it. Reading the first book, made me fall in love with this app.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

30. Tell us about the first story that you wrote on Wattpad.

Door to Jannah.
Okay, I've written it so badly, I never use to edit it and I've plenty of mistakes but still, that book is close to my heart because of course it's my first book and because I've given written so many lessons in it. I've hundreds of messages which are from my readers and they tell me how much they've changed after reading my book Alhamdulillah. That was the ultimate goal of the book.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

31. How did you get the idea for your first story?

I hardly remember. But when I looked around, I found people falling into Haram things like relationships before nikah and I think that made me write my first book.

32. What is your inspiration?

Qur'an and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah!)

33. Are your stories benefitting? What lessons we can learn from them?

I guess it is benefiting for the one who really wants to change. Someone who reads just for leisure and with no intention to change then I don't think any book can change him until he himself wants to change. And by the change, I mean by his actions not just by his mere thinking because knowledge is absurd if you do not put it into actions.

34. As a reader, why should I read your book?

So you want me to advertise about my book? Haha just kidding, being a commerce student, it feels like I am here to get a buyer for my book.

Basically, my book would not just give you a good time read but also it'll elevate you spiritually. But if today you've not read the Qur'an or the biography of the prophet or some Islamic books then why are you even here? Go read them first because nothing elevates you more spiritually than these books which are better than mine.

Looks like I am such a bad seller but wait if you do follow the above advice I'll get the rewards in the hereafter so basically it's 'Hereafter before this world.'

(A/N: Hahaha! So trueee!! Those books are very good! Ma Shaa Allah!! You are selling your books very well as I am also a commerce student 😜).

35. Writers mostly go through writer blocks and you must have also gone through it. How do you deal with it and how we can overcome it?

I just do not write at that time and think about it more and more.

36. Which is your favourite scene amongst the book you have written?

"Ahmad you are the boti of my biryani, you are the chocolate present at the last of the cornetto, you are the cheese of my pizza, you are the sausage of my hot dog, you are the aloo of my samosa, you are the sugar of my coffee, you are the sweetness of my chocolates and you are my diary milk. Would you mind praying me behind you the entire life? Would you mind waking me up for tahajjud every day? Would you mind elevating my Imaan at my low times? Would you mind reciting to me surah mulk every night before sleep? Would you mind being the Abbu of my children? And would you mind walking with me to the DOOR OF JAANAH?"

(A/N: WOW!!!!! These lines are amazing!)

37. Describe:

▪Love
Love is something which gradually develops and remains forever.

▪Friendship
Friendship is a bond of love which makes our life happier.

▪Trust
The most important thing in a relationship is trust.

▪Family
Family is the most important thing in life that Allah blessed us with.

▪Life
Life is nothing but a delusion, it remains for a little while.

38. What is that one thing that you used to love the most in the past but now you don't like it?

Socialising through the internet.

39. Your favourite childhood memory.

There are childhood memories with some special people in my life with whom I used to hang out with and now they are not with me. I miss them badly.

(A/N: Awww).

40. Describe your school life and your most favourite school memory.

School life was fun, those lectures through which we used to sleep, eating in the class, working in groups, the entire class being depressed because of a project and continuously working for it, those school functions, those exam tensions and many more. Ahh, I miss them very much. If you don't miss your school life then have you really lived your school life?

There is so many favourite school life, I just can't choose one to describe here.

(A/N: Ikr! I miss it too).

41. If you were wrongfully put into an insane asylum, how would you convince them that you're actually sane and not just pretending to be sane?

I think they should rather give me proofs about their sanity. I mean a person who declares a sane person as an insane one, would be insane.

(A/N: 😝😝😝).

42. Would you rather eat chocolate that tastes like bugs or bugs that taste like chocolates?

Ehh I dunno how bugs taste so I'd go for the second one. There are plenty of chocolates that are shaped like bugs.

(A/N: but they will taste like bugs also 🤣).

43. Would you rather live under a sky with no stars at night or a sky with no clouds during the day?

That's a tough one. I'd rather live in a sky with no clouds. I love the stars.

(A/N: Aww, me too!)

44. Would you rather be lost in a bad part of a town or lost in a forest?

I'd rather be lost in a forest because an evil man is worst than an animal. I'd rather be eaten up by animal than to confront this evil society.

(A/N: 💔).

45. Would you rather have a five-minute conversation with your past self or future self?

The future self.

46. Would you rather, fulfil your biggest wish or resolve your biggest regret?

Fulfil my biggest wish.

47. If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done?

They'd think I had hit someone while driving.

48. If you could make a rule for a day and everyone had to follow it, what would it be?

Nikahfy the people who are in a relationship. A rule which once done will remain forever. Lol.

(A/N: Ma Shaa Allah! A very good rule!).

49. If you could lock up one person in a mental institution, who would it be?

Our P.M.

(A/N: Hayeeeeeeee 🤣🤣🤣).

50. A Message to readers and to all those who are struggling in writing.

To the Readers: Read but be very careful with the content of what you read. Whatever you read, shapes your character even if you do not realise it.

If you want your life to be easy, be hard on yourself. If you aren't hard on yourself now, your life would be hard on you later.

To those struggling in writing: No matter what, if you are passionate about writing then write. Write for the sake of Allah, don't even worry about how many readers you have, leave it on Allah.

If you are right now struggling with writing then do not stop, rather think, discuss and make dua. Writing is an art, the more you write, the more you'll develop the skills.

(A/N: Wow!!! Such a piece of beautiful advice!).
