MITSUKO!!!

I got up and realized this wasn't a dream anymore. "Get up" Yukio commanded

"Where are we?" I asked as I wasn't entirely conscious yet

"No time" Yuzuki said as she picked me up and slung me over her shoulder, "They are coming with no idea of stopping, let's go."

Yukio and Yuzuki ran towards the bottom of the mountain as we were getting shot from the back by energy blasts and lightning strikes, they weren't letting us go this time. Dodging and weaving, we were on the run once again.

My vision was coming and going...

I looked down and I started misting from my sides and legs... I was hurt bad.

I could barely make out what Yuzuki was saying, "Wh... Way?"

"This..." Yukio responded and I was out again.

I was alone in darkness with only one thing in front of me... a replica of myself.

"The only way to finish the mission... is to go back."

I started running away...

Through the darkness...

... but she appeared again, "Back where you belong..."

I ran again... but she still showed up, "Where you made your friends..."

I didn't stop running 

"Where you met him..."

...

"Where you were something..."

...

"Let them go..."

I...

"They only care for themselves..."

I DON'T...

"You really think this will lead you to happiness? HE...IS...GONE... THERE IS NOTHING LEFT FOR YOU."

I fell and started crying, "... You... are... right..."

"This was just a dream... a fairy tale they put in your head. Let's go home just grab my hand." She held out her hand and I started reaching for it...

"...CARE!!!!!!!" Out of nowhere, she was pushed back by a force.

I looked back and all there was were small lights coming together making a human figure... but he didn't look familiar... until I heard his voice.

"I came back... just like you asked," Mamoru said

"How... How is it possible?" I asked

"I don't know... I guess even if i'm gone, I still live inside you." He said as he smiled, "Come, grab my hand."

I got up and as I grabbed his hand, I felt power coming back to me... something I have been missing my whole life.

Suddenly a bright light glowed and all our surroundings became white. 

"Hey," Mamoru pointed out, "Look at us."

I looked at myself and I was back to my former human body, "Wha... What happened?"

"We are back... back to normal" Mamoru pointed out

I was now wearing matching blue and black armor with Mamoru and as I saw myself in the armor, memories started coming back to me of our battles and victories we had fighting as one.

"Just like old times huh?" Mamoru asked

"Haha, I guess" I replied in a confused way

"Don't worry, it will come to you" 

As we were talking, darkness started covering the room and the Shadow Mitsuko started walking towards us, her skin was now twitching and she was getting slightly bigger.

"That... isn't... how.. the story... ends. You were suppose... to come... with me."

"Actually, no thank you. Its OK" I told her

At this point, her body looked like it was going to explode, "You were suppose to go back and kill Sora... That was your DESTINY..." All of a sudden, she turned back to a normal shadow.

"No matter... I guess I'll have to take you over and drag myself back."

"Not if I can help it" Mamoru stepped in front of me 

"Pathetic..." She said as she covered the room with Darkness again

"Reminiscing, are we? Well about this for a past memory?"

She lifted her arms and suddenly our reality broke like a mirror and out of nowhere, we were back in our old home.

"Are we actually back home?" I asked Mamoru

"It looks like it." He responded as we started looking around for clues.

I walked around the house, looking at all the old pictures of our family and the collection of antiques Mamoru and I collected on our adventures. I looked outside and saw the sun had already set, revealing some of the stars in the night sky.  

"Hey, do you remember this picture?" Mamoru asked as he picked up the picture on top of the drawer by the front door.

"Oh ya, you don't remember? We took Riku out to the island to play with little Sora."

"I meant when did you put it on the the drawer here? I dont remember this being here."

"Really? I remember putting it around noon before you... Oh my... I know where we are."

 It felt as if we were reliving that night our hearts were taken again, but as bystanders now. The front door slammed open as the past Mamoru and I were running upstairs with Riku in our hands. "Stay upstairs, I'll distract them."

"No, I won't let you."

"I'd rather have Riku with his mother than without now go, lock yourself in the room and no matter what, DON'T OPEN THE DOOR."

"What if it's you?"

"Then it's the heartless playing tricks... NOW GO"

"Promise you will come back."

"I promise to keep you from harm's way... even if I die trying"

She left upstairs and we ran after her when the whole house blew off and we were now in an island covered in ruin and surrounded by Darkness.

The earth started shaking and eventually split in 2 in the middle, unleashing a heartless like no other, part Invisible and part Darkside. 

"THIS IS WHERE YOUR MISSION ENDS!!!!"  Shadow Mitsuko said with a now distorted and deeper voice.

She took to the sky and and unveiled her mighty black and dark purple sword. "DROP DEAD!!!"

"One more fight, Hisashi?" I asked 

"If you are up for the challe... Wait did you call me Hisashi?" He asked

"Isn't that your name?"

"Yeah, but I've gotten used to Mamoru."

"Alright then, you ready Mamoru?"

"Of course" He said as he raised his hand up while holding mine.

We put our opposite hands on our hearts and we summoned our old Keyblade, Kamuy. It felt right using our weapon once again but still not exactly used it yet. We took it apart and unleashed it's might against my shadow.

Swing after swing, The heartless was persistent and incredibly defensive as we striked her, blow after blow. She would summon Invisibles to fight along side her but we're rather easy to take on one by one with Kamuy's teleportation technique. Once her her goons where taken care of, we climbed on the Shadow's body to attack her head. As she flew around, swinging us off her body, she dove back in causing an explosive landing. Once we dodged her landing explosion, she would unleashed an onslaught of swings with her Shadow blade causing us to sidestep out of the way. This fight wasn't easy and I saw in Mamoru's eyes that he was getting tired.

"Fight is harder..." Mamoru said catching his breath, "... than it looks"

"Yeah, but we got this." I said confidently

As we kept on fighting, 4 Invisibles caught me off guard and held me down. The Shadow shot a purple Laser to my head and my head went blank.

I started slowly trying open my eyes... I felt different... I felt as if it was me but I didn't feel normal... I felt as if I had an open space inside me... I was back but not as a human, but as a heartless.

Some one sighed in front of me, and he started to speak with a voice of sorrow and hopelessness.

"Heh... I remember when I first saw her in training, she was the rebel always getting in fights with everyone constantly. She was different and during all the times they punished her, I would always sit outside her dorm trying to come up with the words to tell her. Its funny really... now I have all the words I want to tell her but she isn't here anymore."

He looked up to the sky as it went from light blue to black.

"The time has come... They came all this way so we might as well finish the job, right?"

He picked me up and he started walking through the black abyss with me on his back. I started hearing things in the background, like a battle in the distance. I picked up my head and my vision started to blur again.

"I think this is it, Mitsuko" He said, "Kingdom Hearts"

My mind went blank again...

"Mitsuko.... MITSUKO!!!" Mamoru shook me trying to wake me up

"W-What happened?" I asked

"You got stuck in Shadow you's tractor beam, imprisoning you in a trance. Luckily using the separated Kamuy's special ability, I was able to reflect the tractor beam back to her saving you and putting her into a trance." He explained as he pointed at the huge frozen heartless with a face of relief.

It slowly started moving its arms and sure enough, it released itself from the trance.

Mamoru and I sighed simultaneously.

"Think you can use my own moves against me... Guess again." She yelled as she took to the sky once more.

"Mitsuko... I doubt you might remember but do the words "Eternum Dance" ring a bell?"

I looked at him and smiled, "The one we used on our last mission before Riku was born?"

"The one that we..."

"Yup"

"Yes and then we..."

"Got it"

"And then we both..."

"Hisashi Miyamoto, I know what you mean."

"Okay... Okay, lets do this."

We bumped Keyblades and we kissed before Mamoru went into position. Mamoru ran about 20 feet away from me and yelled, "Hey Mitsuko, I just wanted to tell you that you complete me."

"Focus on this fight and then you can say all the things you want, weirdo." I yelled back

We both counted in our heads.

1...

GO...

 We leaped in the air as Shadow me was on her way down from the dive. As we met her arms, we casted our Ragnarok beams toward her on each side. As the beams went through, the person on the other side reflected them back causing an endless loop.

"We are getting close to the ground." I said

"I know... Lets finish this!" Mamoru yelled

We teleported to the top and combined our Keyblades together to make the True Kamuy.

"ETERNUM DANCE!!!" We yelled as a small beam shot down through Shadow Mitsuko hitting all the aligned Ragnarok beams, causing them to explode. Shadow Mitsuko was no more.

We floated back to the ground and ran towards Mamoru.

"You okay?" He asked

I looked at him with a tear of joy coming from my eye and a small giggle, "Never better."

I hugged him and I didn't let go... until I started glowing.

"What's happening to me?" I looked at my body as it started glowing.

"I think this is it... Its time for you to wake up, Mitsuko"

"What do you mean? I don't want to leave you."

"Don't worry, I am not going anywhere. I will always be here with you, I promise." He said with his nice soft voice, "But you have to do me a favor... and wake up."

He touched my forehead... and I woke up.

 It is exactly 1:55 a.m. where I am right now but I honestly didn't want to leave this unfinished anymore so I got back on it and finally finished.

Just 1 more chapter until the FINALE... I am so excited to finish!!!!! I CAN"T WAIT

Now I am going to give you guys a sneak peek of the next chapter, It is technically happens the same time as this one... but in someone else's point-of-view and will answer A LOT of questions you guys might have from this chapter. For now until the next chapter is released, That's all the info I am giving out.

2 things I wanted to tell you guys...

 1.) After I am done with this story, I am going to edit the ENTIRE thing for grammar, spelling, and I might change stuff so everything comes together and makes sense and after that...

2.) Depending on how many people want to find out more about my story, I will start a Q&A about this fanfiction for those who still have questions after the ending BUT I will only do this if people want it.
