"Hello Kevin" Evelyn smiled at the boy "who is this?" She asked looking down sweetly at Ricky. "Joaquin's younger brother. I volunteered to take care of him." She nodded "so what brings you here?" She asked looking back at Kevin. "Is there a possible way Ricky and I could see Joaquin?" Kevin asked "yes. Follow Fangs he'll show you where to go" Evelyn smiled as Fangs stepped forward. "Hi Kevin. Hi Ricky. Follow me." Fangs said shortly as he lead the boys to a room. The room illuminated with flicks of burning candles as shadows danced on the walls.

"Boys come sit. You wanted to talk to Joaquin I assume?" Toni asked "yes that's correct" Kevin nodded. Toni nodded "I'll leave you guys alone." Her eyes looked to the candles in the room before she left. "Preppy" a familiar voice spoke. Twisting his he saw Joaquin "Joaquin! Y-you're ok?" Joaquin stepped out of the shadows to reveal his translucent self. "Well of course Kevin" he spoke his voice lacking expression.

"Are you not happy to see us? We had to sneak out to come see you. My dad doesn't know I'm gone or that I have Ricky." Kevin explained to Joaquin.

"I'm happy to see you both." Joaquin replied "but didn't I say to forget about me Kevin?" Joaquin asked frowning.

"A-are you disappointed?" Kevin asked his voice shaking. "I'm disappointed that you came to try to find me when you saw me die. Kevin you promised me that you'd forget about me." Joaquin said shaking his head.

"You aren't dead, you can't be." Kevin exclaimed. "Of course I am Kevin." Joaquin admitted "touch my hand and see for yourself." Joaquin held out his translucent hand. "Go ahead." He motioned for the boys to touch it.

Kevin and Ricky stood up and walked over to Joaquin before lightly reaching to touch his hand only for their hands to go through. "I can't- I won't believe that you're dead." Kevin shook his head tears welling his eyes.

"I am not here Kevin. Open your eyes." Kevin shook his head "no I won't lose you" he replied shaky. "Ricky open your eyes" Joaquin told his younger brother. Nodding Ricky opened his eyes only to see the glowing candles in the dark room. "Kevin open your eyes for me... Please." And just like that Kevin opened his eyes only to be faced with a dark room and 3 lit candles.
