"Get your hands off of me you gargoyle trash" Cheryl spat at one of Kurtz's gang members as they held her wrists as the walked further into the forest.

"You heard her trash bag let her go" Toni shouted thrashing in a gargoyles hold. "Get your claws off of me before I break them one by one you jerk" she shouted at the gargoyle boy.

"Let them all go Kurtz" Sweet Pea demanded "That's no fun" Kurtz pouted. "It will be fun when I get in your head." Sweet Pea growled.

"Get in my head? As if boy" Kurtz chuckled. "I know where your parents are" Sweet Pea shouted making Kurtz spin around. "What?" Sweet Pea stepped forward. "Alice Smith is your mother, Forsythe Pendleton Jones the second is your father. Betty Cooper is your sister. Jughead Jones is your brother." Sweet Pea told him.

"How do I know you aren't lying to me?" Kurtz asked Sweet Pea. "Are you saying that I do lie? Maybe I don't. Maybe you think I do?"

"What is he doing?" Cheryl asked irritated as she tried kicking at the gargoyle holding her. "Mind games" Joaquin smirked.

"What do you think Kurtz so I lie? Maybe you lie? Is Kurtz a made up name or are you really hiding the fact you are Charles Smith, Alice Smith's son?" Sweet Pea smirked.

"H-how would you even know that you giant?" Kurtz asked "wait no maybe I'm mistaken" Sweet Pea put a hand to his chin "oh wait? Why would Alice take care of a son that hasn't even seen her let alone an insane one" Sweet Pea replied.

"You listen hear you pea brain, I am not insane. But if I have to I will go insane." Kurtz warned. "Oh no, I'm so scared." Sweet Pea started fake shaking.

"This is such childish play" Cheryl told Joaquin. "But the key is to get choker boy here mad enough that he spills the truth" Joaquin told her.

"What would he lie about?" Toni asked "he's denying the fact that well one he's still playing G&G-" Cheryl laughed "hold up you're calling emo here, out for playing G&G when you played DeSantos." Cheryl told him.

"I was curious, that guy over there thinks that if he beats the levels of the game he'll ascend and become the game master and with that power he will try to act like everything he does revolves around G&G." Joaquin explained.

"The more we talk the less time we have to find Fangs" One of the masked gargoyles tapped on Joaquin's shoulded lifting the mask slightly. "You already found me" he laughed.

"How did you even get there?" Toni asked "I was undercover working for these stone brains. Anyway after I had joined I was given a mask and well... I used it to my advantage. I was hiding in plain sight if you will" Fangs smiled.

"Sweet Pea came to find you. He doesn't know you're here though." Cheryl told Fangs. "He is trying to get Kurtz to confess something" Toni told the boy.

"He's looking this way" Joaquin alarmed. Fangs quickly slid the mask down and grabbed Joaquin. "Trust me" Fangs told him.

Once Toni and Cheryl caught on to the plan they began to panic. "Joaquin come back. Don't let that stone brain take you" Cheryl fell to her knees as if she were pleading. Fangs grabbed out a pocket knife and held it to Joaquin's clothed neck. "Don't make me do it" Fangs shouted at them.

Kurtz turned around to smile at the "gargoyle" holding a pocket knife to Joaquin's neck. "Don't anger the gargoyle girls" Kurtz snickered.

"Don't ever turn your back in a fight Kurtz." Sweet Pea spoke up before punched Kurtz. "Boys! Kill them!" Kurtz demanded. With a swift movent all the nasked people grabbed all of Sweet Pea's friends.

"Would you look at that I may have a "stone brain" but they all get to die." Kurtz replied. Keeping his sight on Sweet Pea.

"Come on kids" a masked gargoyle grabbed Jughead. "Let go of me" Jughead growled. "Settle down son. Grab your friends and let's go." Gladys told him from under the mask. Alice grabbed Betty while Hiram grabbed Veronica and the girls (Cheryl and Toni) FP grabbed Joaquin and then they were all being hauled away.

"You" Kurtz shouted at Fangs who still was hidden by the mask "take this" Kurtz shoved Sweet Pea towards Fangs. "Let's go" Fangs told Sweet Pea before Fangs hauled Sweet Pea out of the forest. Once they were away from gargoyle territory they all took their masks off.

"That Kurtz kid is pretty weird" Gladys was the first to reply. A chain reaction of laughs erupted from all the teenagers mouths. "You left 3 behind" another masked gargoyle no one knew replied.

Kevin was shoved forward along with Archie and Reggie before the small gargoyle began walking away. "Wait." The small gargoyle turned around "what?" He hissed "Ricky, since when are you with the gargoyles" Joaquin asked.

"I wanted to ascend" Ricky growled taking off the mask. "So why go through all the trouble for some dumb gang of losers" Fangs asked.

"Losers? They are far from losers Fangs. They could ruin all of you." Ricky told them before walking away. "What do you know?" Joaquin shouted after his brother. "Many things Joaquin, you are wanted dead by many people. And I quote "why switch sides. Are you a serpent or are you a gargoyle?" Ricky asked.

"Ricky why are you doing this?" Archie asked him "sometimes people have to fend for themselves Archie. Because sometimes a promise is broken. And before you know it you are supposed to be taken away to a new family." Ricky spat at Archie.

"You were going to give Ricky away?" Joaquin growled at Archie. "When I found him he was by himself hiding out. He told me people were going to take him. He got branded. So I took him in. And I called someone and they told me he has tendency to harm and killing tendencies. He stabbed me Joaquin. Just like you did. Both of you wanted to ascend. Did it ever occur to either of you that life isn't a game? Or are you both too crazy to understand that?"

"Oh boy" Fangs replied everyone stepped back as Joaquin jumped at Archie. "Crazy? Andrews I gave you an escape plan out of prison and you say that I'm crazy?"

Archie pushed him "you stabbed me" Archie yelled at him. "I was supposed to kill you. But I just stabbed you. I wasn't going to kill someone who could help me escape prison." Joaquin told him. "You used me?" Archie replied hurt.

"I was testing you." Joaquin told him. "Why?" Archie asked "how is it that after all the hard work Sweet Pea, Fangs and I did that Jones just gives you a serpent tattoo and your just in. Did you even do the initiation?" Joaquin asked.

"You were jealous?" Archie replied "no I wasn't" Joaquin growled. "Why are both you and Ricky so invested in getting to be the game masters?" Archie asked "power, Andrews" Joaquin grinned. "That's all you want power? You don't want anything else?" Archie asked.

"Why would I? Everything I had, I lost. So why not go for something I've never had" Joaquin smirked. "You and Ricky are crazy" Archie replied. "We were trying to earn back people's trust and regain a family."

"By going insane on them? Almost killing them?" Archie asked.

"What would you know Archie you have a family. I had a brother before he left me on my own. For a game, I didn't know what was do intresting about Gryphons and Gargoyles but I've been missing out." Ricky told Archie.

"You wanted a family. You were playing a game imagining if it came to life. Ricky I gave you my house. You stabbed me."

"You tried getting rid of me" Ricky growled. "Maybe it was always best to be on my own instead of around people who could care less" and with that Ricky pushed passed everyone and took off into the forest.
