They walked into the tall towering building. It was beautiful yet terrifying to them. They came closer to what looked like a shrine to a portal. Elegant white stairs led up each side of it, leading to the top. Zane stood at the top holding a relic. The relic lit up every so often in his hands. It seemed to not like him, but of course he didn't care. He had no soul, no heart or feelings to anything, except one person, but he never spoke their name to anyone. He smiled his vile smile, looking at the relic curiously. I've come so far with this, he thought. I chose this path, and the final task is almost complete. The group quickly ran closer to the middle of the shrine. Zane inched closer to the portal, putting the relic inside it. Suddenly it disappeared from his bare hands. It teleported to Aphmau and then disappeared looking to go inside her.

"WHAT?!?!" Zane exclaimed as he turned around facing the group. He was angered and it sent chills down Y/N's spine. "You! You did this! I was so close! And now you ruined it!"

Zane growled and pointed straight at Aphmau. He then sent Lillian and Garroth towards us. Katelyn and Laurence reacted. Laurence stood clashing swords with Garroth then stopping and standing in front of him on the stairs. Katelyn clashed with Lillian as they stood on the other pair of stairs. Zane had changed in those small split seconds. He wore black from heads to toe. Dark mist surrounded him whole. His sword was black as death itself. The tip sparkled in the light showing horror in the eyes that were laid upon it. He was taller than before. Towering over everyone. He seemed like death himself. His only intention, to kill off the weak. He laughed maniacally holding his sword high.

"Lady Aphmau. Y/N. So nice to be in your company again." He smirked and walked closer to them as they started to back up afraid. Aphmau quickly pulled out her sword, her hands shaking as she held it. "Oh there is no need for that weak object."

(Play song) Zane then held up his sword and swiped at Aphmau. Her sword was hit and knocked out of her hands. It flipped through the air as it land straight into the floor cracking the small area of ground around it. Fear leaped higher into Aphmau's eyes. Zane smirked.

"Nice try though." He raced his arm with his sword in hand.

He starts to bring his hand down onto Aphmau then a flash of light comes upon the action. Aaron clashing his sword with Zane's, stopping him from hurting Aphmau. Zane was shocked. Aphmau laid on the ground staring at them in fear. Y/N turns her attention towards Garroth and Laurence. Laurence struggled keeping his strength equal with Garroth's. Y/N quickly ran to Aphmau's sword and tugged on it hard. It was stuck, good. She pulled and tugged hard. Tears rolled down her cheeks in anger. She looked back over at Aaron, Zane and Aphmau. Zane had now injured Aaron while Aphmau still laid on the ground afraid to move. Come on! Y/N thought. She tugged and pulled as hard as she could. She finally pulled it from its bed. She then sprinted towards Aphmau pulling out her sword.

"Aph! Catch!" She yelled as she tossed Aphmau her sword.

Aphmau quickly caught it and began to clash swords with Zane. Her fear had lowered and her angered raged like a thousand suns. Aphmau dodged and swung at Zane as he seemed to get a little off his balance then fix himself. Y/N charged at Garroth and Laurence. She pulled Laurence back and clashed with Garroth. Her determination was uncontrollable. She was angered and afraid. Garroth was shocked as he stared at Y/N. His helmet was off laying on the ground. His eyes looked afraid as Y/N's looked angered and upset.

"Why are you doing this?!" She questioned. Garroth had no words.

"That kiss Y/N! It meant nothing to you! Didn't it?! You don't love me! You just wanted to play with my emotions! And Zane helped me see that!" Garroth exclaimed as a few tears rolled down his cheeks. Y/N was shocked.

"Garroth I..."

"I should've known better..." Garroth said looking away.

"Y/N! Come on!" Laurence yelled.

Y/N looked over her shoulder. Zane laid on the floor, trying to regain his senses. Laurence and another girl stood by a big white and purple portal. Y/N threw Garroth back and ran towards the portal. Zane had gotten up and noticed Y/N heading for the portal. He then grabbed her by the collar and threw her to the ground. He quickly raised his hand high. Before he could swing his arm down, a flash of light covered the scene. Garroth stood tall in front of Y/N clashing his sword with Zane's. Zane and Y/N were shocked.

"Go now!" Garroth exclaimed.

"I'm not leaving you!" Y/N yelled. A tear fell down her face. "Garroth..."

"Leave, Y/N! Now! I'll be fine!" Garroth yelled.

Y/N did as told and ran to the portal. Laurence and Y/N ran through the portal knowing nothing about what was on the other side. The portal disappeared from the room leaving Garroth and Zane still in their same stance. They looked at each other. Zane smiled menacingly and Garroth looked angered as ever.

"Now. Let's finish this. Once and for all," Garroth said firmly.

"With pleasure."
