Laurence's P.O.V
Voices said many things in my head. Like 'Why are you still on the good side?' and 'Join us! It's less stress and worrying for you!'. I kept shaking my head. Every time I denied them more waves of pain would come over my body.

"AHHH!!! STOP IT!! AHHH!!" I yelled in pain. My hands were holding my head. I didn't want to hurt anybody not again. Then I saw a glimpse of Garroth get thrown against the wall. Then Cake yelled. A hand was placed gently on my head. A swarm of pain went over my body. I yelled in pain. Then I saw in the corner of my eye Y/N get knocked to the ground by Cake. I knew that I wouldn't make it. I would become taken over soon enough. I hoped that I wouldn't hurt anyone. I fell onto the ground feeling no more pain. A feeling of killing came over me. It felt good.

Cake's P.O.V
I lunged at Y/N and tackled her to the ground.

"YOU MONSTER!!! WHAT HAS COME OVER YOU?! YOU'VE BECOME A NONSTOP COULD HEARTED MONSTER!! THATS WHAT YOU ARE!! AND YOU'LL ALWAYS BE THAT! NOTHING ELSE!!" I yelled in her face. I started to cry. She looked scared. Then she went to her human form. I relaxed my body. I then turned around. I saw Laurence in his Shadow Knight form. He was walking to over to Garroth who was unfortunately unconscious. Laurence had his mouth open with his red snake like tongue sticking out. He had blood red eyes and a red Shadow Knight sword. I panicked then.

"LAURENCE!!" I yelled. He didn't pay any attention to me. He just kept walking towards Garroth with his sword ready in hand. I ran in front of Laurence still in my Jury Of Nine form. "STOP! This isn't you! The real Laurence wouldn't kill his best friend or the innocent for no reason!"

Tears rained down my cheeks. My arms were out blocking his way to Garroth. Then Y/N ran over to Laurence and kissed him on the lips. It looked long. Then Laurence changed to human still kissing Y/N.

Y/N's P.O.V
Laurence wasn't snapping! This was all my fault! I was the one who changed and tried to kill them! I was the one who messed with Laurence's head! I was the one that put everyone here in danger. But I'm gonna change that! I ran over to Laurence. I knew that he liked me a lot and that if I did this then he would stop. I knew it. I then kissed Laurence. It was long and comforting. The good thing is that it worked. He went back to normal.

"Never do that again. It really hurt." Laurence said jokingly. He was looking into my E/C eyes. I looked into his blue ones. I started to cry. He pulled me close. I buried my face in his ripped clothes.

"I won't ever do it again!" I said still crying.

"Shhhh. Shhh. It's ok now. Everything is fine. I'm right here ok?" Laurence said. His voice felt so calming. I broke the hug wiping away the tears still left on my cheeks. I looked at Cake. She was tending to Garroth and his wounds. I knew that he was hurt because of me. I saw a few tears fall down her face as she stared at Garroth. It looked like he wasn't breathing. I slowly walked over to them. Cake lifted up his hand holding it to her face. I then noticed that his helmet was off. He had blonde hair and ice blue eyes. Garroth's eyes then suddenly started to open slowly.

"C-Cake...?" Cake's eyes shot open. She smiled and hugged Garroth.

"I-I thought you were dead!" Cake said through few tears. Garroth sat up and hugged Cake. She stopped crying and wiped away the tears. He then looked at Laurence.

"Thank you Garroth. For trying to save me." Laurence said thanking Garroth.

"Anything for my brother." Garroth said smiling. I smiled. I'm glad this is all over.
