"So. What are we doing today?" I asked vamp as I ate the bunny.
"Well I was thinking about going hunting."
"Well that's a change. Can't we do something fun. Something that vampires do."

Vamp sighed.
"Today we are doing what vampires do. Well kinda."
I hate it when he does this. I've been with him for two weeks and he's already driving me insane.

"Dusty. I can read minds."
"Right. When do we leave?" I asked trying to sound interested.
"Hey buddy. Today it's not what you think."
"Whatever vamp. Just make it fun."
"Don't worry. I will."

We were jumping across lakes and running on trees.
"Vamp. Didn't you say we would go hunting?"
"Just shut up Dusty. I'm showing you something important. This is a lesson."
"Why don't you send me to school?" I said angrily.

He needs to learn what's fun for him and what's fun for me. I know it's only been like two weeks but your not sixteen forever you know.

We were running around for a while until we stopped. We haven't caught anything yet. Some hunting trip.

"Are you going to talk about nature now?"
"Dusty be quiet." Vamp told me and pointed to some humans. That set me off.

I started to jump around. I tried to control myself but I just couldn't. I jumped to a tree closer to them. I could smell them. They smelt great. I needed them. I needed them for food. I jumped down behind them.

I grabbed her arm. She struggled.  She screamed.
"Jack. Jack. Please help!?"
Vamp had grabbed the mans arm. He bit him hard on the neck. He fell to the ground.

"What did you do to him!?  You're a monster both of you."
"What's your name?" I said in the nicest voice possible.
"Why should I tell you!"
"You will forget believe me."

I looked into her eyes.
"I'm Hyde."
"Okay. Hyde. I need you to close your eyes." She did as I said.

I grabbed her waist and ran off. Vamp was faster then me and he ran in front of me so I knew where to go.

"Where are you taking me!?" She shouted the tone of fear in her voice.   
"Chill out." I said. My crave for blood was getting stronger.
"Vamp. Are we almost home?"
"Yes."

As we got home Hyde was pale.
"You do it Dusty."
"Okay." I replied.

I lay Hyde on the floor and rolled up her sleeve. I leaned closer. The closer I leaned the better she smelled. I put my lips against her wrist and bit her. 

She screamed. I kept sucking her blood.
"Dusty that's good." Said vamp.
I slowly pulled away and looked at Hyde. She was screaming and shaking on the ground.

"I'm sorry Hyde." I said. Tears were forming in my eyes.
"Don't cry buddy."
"I'm not." I sniffed. Vamp just laughed.
"Didn't you ever feel like this vamp?"
"Feel like what?"
"A monster."

He came and placed a hand on my shoulder and looked into my eyes.
"Yes but we're vampires not human."
"I was human. So was Hyde. Now look at her. I'm a monster!"
"Hey buddy. Go outside."
"You don't care about how I feel." I said getting angry.
"Please get out."

I left. I knew it was the right thing to do. I'm dangerous. I can't control my anger. Yet.

I decided to go hunting. Again. I ran along the trees. I loved doing this. You could see so much.

I caught a rabbit. It started getting dark so I decided to head home. As I walked in with the rabbit I found Hyde on the other side of the room with her legs swinging out the window.

She turned around and stared at me with her dangerous red eyes.
"Hello." I said smiling.
"Hi." She said as she ran at me. At first I thought she was going to attack me but instead she touched my hair.

"Your hair didn't change then?" I asked.
"What do you mean?" She said looking up at me.
"Your hair is still blonde. Mine was blonde once like yours. It's red now."

She looked at me confused but just smiled.
"He was right. You are cute." She said.
"Who's he?" I asked.
She pointed to vamp.
"Oh. That's vamp. I'm Dusty. And you're Hyde."
"I know that." She said.

I just remembered that I was still holding the rabbit. I put it on the table. We all sprang at it and we ate it. We ate like animals.
