Qrow Branwen and Summer Rose we're happily married for almost two years and decided to finally have their first child.

Time skip one month later

"Qrow," Summer said "yes Summer?" Qrow asked giving her a quizzical look. " I'm pregnant Qrow!" She exclaimed as she jumped onto Qrow hugging him tightly.

There were no words to describe how Qrow felt at that moment, but in his mind the first thought he had was "good job lil-Qrow" he then gave himself a mental high-five. It then slowly dawned on him that he was going to be a father. His first instinct was to run, but then he remembered he didn't have to run or hide he got his wife pregnant and not just some random fling.

"Qrow, do you think we should tell Tai and Raven or should we wait?" Summer asked as she looked up at Qrow with joyful tears in her eyes. "I'll let you make that decision Summer." Qrow said as he wiped away some of the tears from Summers face.

Time skip two and a half months later

Summer and Qrow had just arrived at Tai and Raven's house to tell them the news.

As it turns out Tai and Raven had news of their own.

When Tai opened the door Qrow and Summer were met by a sleep deprived zombie Tai. "Tai are you ok?" Qrow asked, Tai responded with a sluggish nod. When Qrow and Summer entered the house and saw that Raven was in the exact same state as Tai. It didn't take Summer long to notice what had caused this. Lying asleep in ravens arms was a newborn baby girl. Summers eyes began to twinkle and the rest of the former team STRQ knew what would soon follow. It was the return of the chibi Summer with a vengeance, but the evil that is chibi Summer did not last long since Qrow and Tai had covered her mouth to stop her super high pitched sequel.

After the threat of chibi Summer had passed the former members of team STRQ sat down in the living room and caught up and told stories of what they had done in the two years since they graduated Beacon.

"Well guys, Qrow and I have some big news!" Summer announced startling the sleeping baby who began to cry in her mothers arms. "Shhhhhhh, its ok Yang Auntie Summer is just very excitable." Raven said as she calmed the baby while shooting Summer an angry glance.

"What's the news?" Tai asked, "I'm pregnant." Summer said and the room fell silent. Raven and Qrow had one of their infamous Branwen telepathic conversations. 'IS SHE SERIOUS QROW?!' thought Raven, 'YEP, AND BEFORE YOU ASK YES ITS MINE.' Qrow responded to Raven in their strange telepathic conversation.

"Well I'm happy for you two." Tai said, the night continued on after Raven put Yang to bed.

Time skip two hours

"This was fun, we should do this more often" Tai said as Qrow and Summer left.

Both  Qrow and Summer noded in agreement.

Time skip five and a half months later

"Almost their Summer just a bit more" Qrow said as Summer gave the final push to give birth to their first child.

After a few hours they brought Summer the baby to hold. "He's so cute Qrow." Summer said, "who's a cute baby? You are, yes you are (y/n)." she said as she tickled the baby.

Time skip two years later

(Y/N) POV

"Mom when is dad going to get home?" I said as I tugged on my mothers pant leg trying to get her attention. "He's not going to be here for at least another half an hour sweetie." she said as she pats my head. She knew how excited I was to see dad again since he had been gone for almost six months now.

"I'm going to go play out side ok mommy!" I said as I ran out the door, "ok just stay where I can see you and don't go into the woods!" she said.

I agreed to her terms and ran outside an got on the swing dad had made for me, well dad had uncle Tai build for me at least. I then began to practice swinging on my own to impress dad when he got home.

I wasn't getting the results that I wanted so I decided to see if mom was done baking the cookies yet. I ran to the door and as I passed through the door instead of entering the kitchen I found myself in deep woods.

I turned around to look for anything that I could recognize, but their was nothing so I ran I ran and ran until I found myself looking at a scared bunny faunas girl who appeared to be around my age. I thought that I had startled her so I smiled and waved at her.

Suddenly a gun shot rang out and the bunny girl fell to the ground.

I ran over to see what was wrong and I found her lying in a large pool of blood.

"Haha, got her" a large man said from behind me. I turned around to see two men in strange cloths approaching, "Mister I need help!" I called and both men looked over to me. "Now what do we have here, more target practice?" the larger of the two men said, "d..did you do this to her?" I said as tears began to form in my eyes.

"Yep and your next!" the other man said, "now any last wo-" "COWARDS!" I interrupted the tall man as he pointed his gun at my head. "Killing is wrong now either quit being a coward and help me save her or go get someone who is stronger than you!" I said as I rushed to the bunny girl's side trying to help her. "Who the hell do you think you are?!" the tall man yelled as he kicked me in the side.

"My name is (y/n) Branwen, now help her!" I demanded, both men looked shocked. "Were dead." the both said as they looked at me

"I SAID HELP HER!" I yelled as my once silver eyes turned a deep red similar to my fathers.

"I..I can't I'm sorry shes already dead" the shorter man said, my eyes then returned to normal and I looked down at my hands that were covered in the girls blood.

I froze, I couldn't move or think. What were mom and dad going to say when they found me with blood on my hands.

Before I could regain my seances the tall man picked me up, "come on kid were gonna take ya home." he said as he got in the side car of the motorcycle he and the other man had arrived on.

After hours of driving we finally arrived at out destination. I couldn't stop staring at my hands, I had regained the ability to walk, but the tall man had to guide me to where he was taking me.

"BOSS!" he shouted then I heard a voice that I didn't recognize, "what?!". I tried to look up but I couldn't.

"We found this kid out in the woods while we were hunting and he said his name was something Branwen." the man said to his boss. My attention was suddenly brought up to a woman who had the same eyes as my father.

"You have silver eyes." she said glaring down at me, "do you know who I am?" she asked all I could do was shake my head in response to her question. "I am Raven Branwen, leader of the Branwen Tribe, and sister of that traitor Qrow Branwen." she said as her glare softened a bit.

"Now I want you to answer this question very carefully," she says and awaited my response I nodded, "good now who are your parents?" she asked which shocked the tall man. "M...my parents a..are Qrow a...and Summer B..Branwen." I shakily said it took every ounce of strength and then some to merely muster those few words.

Raven then waved her hand and someone brought her a towel, she then wiped the blood off of my hands. "Seems my brother's son has stumbled upon his fathers past. Lets hope your not anything like your father." Raven said, when she said this it made me mad really mad and my eyes began to burn and turn red, and the everything went dark.

When I woke up I saw Raven sitting next to me. "Well, well it seems your stronger than I thought." she said and a smirk developed across he mouth. "I believe you have more than earned the right to call me Aunt Raven and to stay here with me."she said, my head hurt a lot, but I nodded despite the pain.

"Aunt Raven, why did the two men who brought me here kill that bunny girl? Did she do something to you or them?" I asked then she sighed "(y/n), (y/n), (y/n) so innocent, allow me to reveal to you the truth of this world," she said and I nodded, "(y/n) in this world the strong concur the weak and the weak die by the hands of those stronger than them. I will train you to be strong but it won't be easy." she said looking me straight in the eyes. "Ok Aunt Raven."I said with a smile.

Summer POV

"I'm home!" Qrow announced as he entered the house "Hi honey (y/n) has been eagerly waiting for you, hes out in the backyard right now if you want to go see him and if you do can you tell him dinner is almost ready." I said as I continued to prepare dinner. "Sure thing Hun." Qrow said, but it wasn't long before he returned. "Uhh, Summer call me an idiot, but when you said (y/n) was in the backyard you did mean our backyard right?" he said and i looked at him in confusion then I remembered that I saw (y/n) run to the door earlier.

The fear had finally set in, the first that came to mind was that a grimm had dragged (y/n) into the woods and was going to kill him. Qrow saw the look in my eyes and transformed into a crow and flew off into the woods to search for (y/n).

several hours had passed and Qrow had finally returned but (y/n) wasn't with him. I collapsed into a sobbing mess while Qrow tried his best to comfort me.

AN: YAY first part done! I know its kinda short, but compared to some it rather long. I hope you enjoyed this because I had a lot of fun writing this. Originally this part was going to be at least twice as long, but for the sake of time and to spare you the reader from suffering too much I decided to split it up a bit.
