Jace

You and Jace were out on a mission, trying to kill a pack of demons. There were at least 30 demons and you were getting tired. Jace had just finished killing what he thought was the last demon and then he turned to you, to make sure you were alright. You smiled at him until you heard him yell your name. All of a sudden you felt a huge amount of pain in your back and stomach. You look down to see demon claws poking out of your stomach. Jace ran up to you and killed the demon that stabbed you. You fell over and Jace caught you. He quickly drew the Iratze-Heal rune on your stomach and back. He then laid you on the ground and knelt beside you. You put a hand on his cheek and wiped away the tears that had started to fall from his eyes.

"Jace, please don't cry." you whispered "It's okay. Let me go. We are Shadowhunters, it happens."

"Please don't say that y/n. You are gonna die, I'm going to save you." he replied tears flowing out of his eyes

"You can't save me. Just let me go, it's alright." you breathed out. Jace just cried harder.

"I can't just let you die y/n. I love you too much. You are a part of me." Jace whispered back

"I love you too" you said before closing your eyes for the last time. Jace held your lifeless body in his arms and balled his eyes out. Jace carried your dead body back to the Institute and put your body in a special room. He then locked himself in his bedroom.

Time Skip

It had been about a week since you died in Jace's arms and Jace hadn't been the same ever since. He didn't eat much and when he did it was very little. He only got about 1 hour of sleep every night because if he slept any longer your death replayed in his head over and over. Alec got worried about him after he found out about your death, but when he tried to talk to Jace about it, Jace wouldn't let Alec in his room. Jace had completely shut out everyone. The only time Jace would come out of his room and talk to people was when there was a mission. He wanted to kill every single demon that was left. Jace nearly got himself killed a few times, and Alec chewed him out for it. When Jace had gotten "benched" from going on missions he was extremely pissed. He still went out kill demons, because he got the information from Alec. Alec knew that he shouldn't have given Jace the information, but he couldn't help but feel bad for Jace. Alec went with Jace to kill these demons to make sure he didn't get himself killed. Alec knew how much you meant to Jace and he could feel that part of Jace died with you because he felt it too. Being Jace's Parabatai meant that part of Alec died along with you too.

Jace had lost the love of his life.

Alec

You were in the Institute helping Clary, Jace, Alec, Izzy, and Magnus with Valentine. Valentine had just kidnapped Simon and he was in the Institute with his circle members. You were trying to stop him from activating the Soul Sword. You were with Magnus when you found Madzie. Magnus and you took Madzie out of the Institute. As soon as you got Madzie to a safe place you turned to Magnus.

"I have to go back to the Institute." you told him

"What? No, you can't go back there y/n. It's too dangerous." Magnus said grabbing your wrist.

"I have to go make sure Alec is okay. I can't lose him." you explained to Magnus. he reluctantly let go of you and you portalled back to the Institute. You got attacked by a few circle members but you took care of them pretty easily with your powers. You then ran off to find Alec. You ran into the main part of the Institute to see Clary, Jace, and Simon near the Soul Sword. You knew that Jace was going to touch it because apparently he could destroy it. Jace reaches out and grabs the sword. There was a flash of white and you lost all feeling.

Alec ran into the room where everyone was and saw all the downworlders dead on the ground. He didn't see you anywhere so he called Magnus to see if he was with you.

"Magnus! Is y/n with you?" Alec asked panicking

"No. She went back to the Institute to help you. I tried to stop her but she insisted she goes because she didn't want anything happening to you." Magnus explained. "Is she alright?" he asked

"I don't know. I can't find her but the Soul Sword was activated and all the downworlders in the Institute are dead. I don't know if she was in the Institute when the sword was activat-" Alec started to tell Magnus until he saw you.

"Alec? Alexander? Are you still there?" Magnus called, worried.

"Y/n?" Magnus heard Alec say through the phone

"You found her? Is she alright?" Magnus asked

"Y/n, please wake up." Alec cried. Magnus instantly knew that you had been in the Institute when the Soul Sword was activated. He hung up the phone and portalled to the Institute. Alec held your lifeless body in his arms and cried. He kept whispering that he loved you and that this was all his fault. He kept believing that if he had protected you more then you wouldn't be dead right now. Magnus found Alec with you in his arms and knelt beside the grieving Shadowhunter.

"Alexander, there is nothing you could have done. She wanted to come back to save you. She loved you so much, I would know because she would never shut up about you." Magnus gave a slight smile to Alec. Alec just hung his head and cried some more.

Time Skip

Alec went on missions and he did pretty much everything he had done before when you were still alive. Or at least that's what Izzy, Jace, and everyone else saw. But when Alec was alone in his room, he would stare at a picture of you and just cry. He still had all of the things you gave him and he asked Magnus if he could have the rest of your belongings. Magnus gave Alec everything except for a feather that Magnus had. The feather was from your wings. You gave it to Magnus as a gift for your 100th anniversary of friendship. Alec was miserable without you. He just didn't show it. Izzy and Jace got worried about Alec but whenever they tried to talk to him about it, Alec would mumble "I'm fine" and continue what he was doing. For him, talking about it just made it hurt worse. He wanted to forget about your death, but he could never forget about you. He loved you with every fibre of his being.

Simon

Simon had just been kidnapped by Valentine and you, Jace, and Clary all were at the Institute looking for him. Jace told you to stay with Clary and make sure Valentine didn't get to her.

"No! Jace I am going to find my boyfriend." you told Jace

"y/n, I will find Simon, but I need you to make sure that Valentine doesn't get to Clary or else he will activate the Soul Sword and all the downworlders, including your vampire boyfriend, will die." Jace explained to you. You hated that you had to babysit some girl who thought she was a Shadowhunter, instead of going to find Simon. You hated that Jace thought Clary was some amazing Shadowhunter when you were obviously better than her, just because he is in love with her.

You didn't say anything to Jace, you just rolled your eyes and nodded your head.

"Thank you. Ill be as quick as I can." Jace said before running off.

It had been about 10 minutes and Jace still wasn't back with Simon. You were getting worried. What is Valentine killed Simon and then killed Jace when he ran in to save Simon?

"I can't wait anymore" you said to Clary. "I'm going to find them."

"But Jace said-" Clary started before you cut her off

"Screw what Jace said. Plus it doesn't matter what he said if he is about to be killed!" you told her. "You have your seraph blade right?" You asked her. Clary just nodded. "Good. Be careful" you reminded her before running off in the same direction Jace had.

You were carefully running around the Institute looking for Simon and Jace. A few circle members had tried to stop you but you killed them. You were just about to go back to the main room of the Institute where the Soul Sword was when Valentine grabbed you from behind. He took your seraph blade from you and held it to your throat. He walked with you into the main room where Jace, Clary, and Simon all stood. As soon as they saw you they all began to worry.

"See what happens when you don't listen to your father." Valentine said

"She didn't do anything. Let her go!" Jace yelled at Valentine.

"I know she didn't do anything but she means a lot to you Jace and a lot to the vampire standing behind you." He said smiling evilly at Simon and Jace.

"Please just let her go." Simon said. "Take me instead." he tried to make a deal with Valentine

"You don't matter anywhere near as much as she does to Jace. I would know because her and Clary where the only 2 people who made Jace disloyal to me." Valentine explained. We all looked at Jace. You knew Jace loved you as a sister but you didn't know you meant that much to him. You grew up with Jace. He taught you pretty much everything you know about the Shadow world.

Valentine continued to talk to Jace and Clary while you and Simon just stared at each other. All of a sudden you remembered that you always kept an extra knife in you boot. You slowly brought your leg up while Valentine was distracted by his kids and pulled the knife out. You stabbed him in the arm and he let you go. You quickly turned around for Jace to toss you a seraph blade then you turned back towards Valentine and started to fight. You almost stabbed him in the stomach a few times but he grabbed your arm before you could.

You punched him in the face and he stumbled backwards a bit. You used this to your advantage and you move your seraph blade to kill him, but right before you are able to swing your blade to finish him, you feel a pain in your stomach. You look down and see that Valentine's seraph blade was piercing your stomach. You fell to your knees and Valentine pulled the blade out then kicked you to the ground. Jace and Simon both screamed and Jace went to kill Valentine but he ran out of the Institute before Jace caught him. Simon ran straight to you and held you in his arms. Jace was soon by your side as well.

"Can't you heal her or something?" Simon asked Jace. Jace just shook his head as he looked at you with tears in his eyes.  Simon had also began to cry but more openly than Jace.

Time Skip

It had been a few weeks since you died. Valentine was in Idris being dealt with by the Clave. Simon had gone back home and stayed in his room all day. His mom began to get worried about him, but whenever she asked him what was wrong he just cried some more.

Jace kept his feelings hidden and he continued to act like nothing was wrong but deep down he knew that part of him had died along with you. He missed your smile and your laugh. He missed when you would talk back to him when he told you to do something. He missed everything about you.

Alec and Izzy were sad as well, considering you were their youngest sister. Maryse didn't want Max to know because she didn't want him to be scared of the Shadow world.

Everyone was affected by your death but the 2 people who were most affected were Simon and Jace. Simon had lost the girl he loved and Jace had lost his motivation, his best friend, and his baby sister. 

Magnus

You had been assigned some boring old mundane case again by your police captain. You were at some old lady's house asking her questions about her husband who had died. She was harmless, she could barely stand up. You were almost done with the interview when she jumped up and attacked you. You punched her a few times but it didn't work. She was a demon. Your gun wouldn't do anything to it. You started to transform into a wolf when the demon broke your neck.

A few days later, Luke found you in the now abandoned house, laying on the floor dead. He was extremely sad because you were part of his pack and he was supposed to protect you and the rest of the pack. He didn't know how to tell Magnus though. He knew that you and Magnus were dating and that you loved each other. He decided to tell Magnus at his apartment so Magnus could feel as comfortable as possible. Luke knocked on the door of Magnus' apartment. Magnus soon opened it and was shocked to see Luke.

"Hey Magnus. Can we talk?" Luke asked as he walked into the apartment.

"Um, sure. What is this about? Do you need a spell or something?" Magnus asked confused.

"It's about y/n." Luke told him

"Oh, well I haven't seen her in a few days. I thought she was at the Jade Wolf with you and the rest of your pack." Magnus said

"I don't need help finding her. I already found her, but she is umm...," Luke started

"No. She can't be." Magnus whispered, catching on the what Luke was getting at.

"I'm really sorry. We thought it was a regular mundane case but it turned out to be a demon and she was alone. I found her at the house with her neck snapped. She had tried to transform into her wolf form but it was too late." Luke explained. Magnus just nodded. He knew you would die before him but he just thought it would have been from natural causes and that he would have more time with you.

"Thank you for telling me. You can go now." Magnus said

"Okay. Bye Magnus." Luke replied before leaving.

Time Skip

Magnus was sad but this kind of thing had happened numerous times before. Every person Magnus fell in love with ended up dying. Everyone except Camille of course. He loved you more than Camille though. That's why it was harder for him when you died than anyone else. He drank more and partied more. Magnus thought about jumping off his balcony a few times but he knew that you wouldn't have wanted that. You would have wanted him to live out his life and find someone else. He just didn't want someone else. He wanted you back.

Raphael 

You were walking home from the Hotel Dumort when you felt someone walking behind you. You turned around but saw no one. "It's just my imagination" you thought to yourself. When you turned back around Camille was right in front of you. Raphael had told you to stay away from her because she was just trouble.

"Hello, y/n." Camille greeted you

"Hi Camille." you said quietly, hoping that she would just leave you alone.

"What are you doing out here so late?" She asked you, tilting her head slightly

"I was just on my way home." you told her

"From where? Oh let me guess. The Hotel Dumort?" she said

"Um..." you started

"You are a mundane. Mundanes don't belong in the Hotel Dumort, unless they are snacks. But Raphael isn't using you as a snack, now is he? No. You are his girlfriend. A mundane and a vampire dating is insane! I won't allow it." Camille yelled at you. You didn't know what to do. You wanted to tell her that she wasn't the boss of Raphael and that she didn't own the Hotel Dumort anymore but you were way too scared to do that.

"I'm sorry Camille. I won't go there anymore. I promise" you replied.

"I'm going to make sure you never go back there." She said right before charging towards you and sinking her fangs in your neck. You screaming in pain and started to get dizzy. Soon your legs gave out and you fell to the ground. Camille picked you up and brought you to the Hotel Dumort to show Raphael what happens to mundanes when they go inside vampire's homes.

"Camille let her go! She didn't do anything. This is against the Accords!" Raphael yelled at her once he saw what she did to you.

"Oh no Raphael. I don't think I will let her go. She is gonna be my dinner for this evening!" She laughed. Raphael tried to charge her but she moved. She was faster than him and they both knew it. Camille sunk her fangs into your neck again. She had taken more than 75% of your blood and you weren't gonna last much longer. Raphael ordered a bunch of vampires to help save you but they couldn't sneak up on Camille fast enough. Once Camille knew you were dead, she tossed your lifeless body on the floor in front of Raphael before taking off. Raphael quickly knelt down to your dead body and picked you up. He ran to the graveyard and started to bury you while crying. He knew he was going to get revenge on Camille for killing you. He didn't care how he just knew he would avenge you. You were Raphael's love and now that you were gone, Raphael didn't know what to do with the engagement ring he had.
