(Your point of view)-

Me and my twin brother Jace just arrived at the New York institute through a portal from Idris.After the death of our father,me and Jace were taken in by the Lightwoods,though i've only met Maryse and Robert so far.As we enter the institute two kids,about our age,run up to the four of us.One was a girl with beautiful black hair dropping down to her waist and brown,almost black,eyes.The other I couldnt take my (e/c) eyes off of,he was tall and had the same black hair as his sister and absolutely stunning blue eyes.After fully examining the two,I realized that Maryse had started to speak.

"As you two may have realized,this is our daughter and son we told you about,"Maryse said,gesturing to the two kids in front of us."go introduce yourselves while Robert and I go take care of some business."Once she was finished speaking to us, her and Robert left down the hall.The girl was the first one to introduce herself,"Hi,my names Isabelle,"she said with a smile.

My brother then introduced the both of us."It's nice to meet you,i'm Jace and this is my sister (Y/N),"I then give a small wave and tried my best to give a smile.

"My names Alec,"the tall boy said,looking like he didnt care very much and that he had better things to do.

"Don't mind my brother,he isn't much of a sociable person,"Isabelle says after messing up her brother's hair."come,it's getting late,I'll show you guys your rooms."We then started to follow the two siblings around the house and by the night,we knew where all the rooms were.

(Time skip to a few days later,late at night)-

As I was trying to get some sleep when I heard a large bang and a flash of light that lit up my dark room.As soon as I realized what it was I began to shake,a thunderstorm.I didnt have this fear forever,it was only recently that I discovered my phobia to thunderstorms.When our father died in front of me and my brother,there had been a bad storm outside that kept raging on.That night I was shaking horribly but my brother took it as just trauma from what we had just witnessed,he still has no idea.

I started to cry tremendously and would scream every time lightning would strike.Not long after I heard footsteps coming towards my door. Jace was all the way down the hall so it couldnt of been him and Isabelle was acrossed from him,it cant be her either.The only one I can think of would be Alec but he didnt talk to me very much,I doubt he cares about me at all.Suddenly I hear a knock on my door but the person came in anyway,

"(Y/N)?Are you ok?"Alec then shuts my door and walks up too me.At this point I had my knees pulled up too my chest and was crying into them.Alec then ran over too me,sat next to me,and wrapped his arms around my body.He started to repeat things like,"your ok" and, "everythings going to be alright". After about 30 minutes my crying died down and we were just sitting there,his arms wrapped around me while I leaned into him.I didnt want to admit it but I loved his touch,and by now I was craving it.He must have thought I was asleep 'cause he started to unwrap his arms and pull away from me but as soon as he got off the bed I grabbed his hand.He then stopped and turned back towards me.

"Please dont leave,"I begged him.He then stared into my (e/c) eyes with his blue ones,most likely trying to figure out what he should do.Alec then came back to my bed again,but now he went under the covers next to me.Once he was fully under the blanket he did something that I wasnt expecting,he pulled me against his chest and wrapped his arm around my waist.I then fell asleep but before I did,he said something.

"God (Y/N),why do you have to be so beautiful and irresistible?"He then proceeded to kiss my forhead and lay his head against mine,while I fall asleep with a smile on my face.
