Nico's POV

Nico woke up elated, and the feeling would've continued if Nico hadn't noticed where he was. It was damp and cold, Nico felt chains on his wrists.

"The Child of Hades awakes." A voice hisses. Nico flinched, this voice...

"Do you remember me Child?" This was the voice of the one who had brought Nico to the giants durring the Giant War.

Nico began to struggle,  "No, no, no... NO!" Nico felt beside him stir.

"Hmm...." A groan filled the cell. "Nico?"

"The Child of Athena wakes." Annabeth moves beside Nico.

"Who are you?" She asks the voice sleepily.

"Why child, I think you know me as.." The monster stepped into the small glow of fire light.

It was her.

The 'Mother of Monsters' and the wife of Typhon.

"Echidna."

Will's POV

Will didn't let on to it when Bianica had come back,  but he had seen the exchange between her and a dream spirit. He didn't know who it was, but he had a pretty good guess.

"Please tell me he didn't hear much." Will mumbled underneath his breath.

'He heard you alright.' A voice in the back of his head sighed.

Just barely, he heard an echo of words from a few days ago.

"Ti amo Will." Nico's voice whispered. 'If only I knew what that meant...'
