You and Shadow walked back downstairs to help the others decorate the house. They put up streamers, balloons, music and more. Shadow looked at you and smiled while blushing.

"I never noticed how pretty she looked." Shadow thought.

"Hey Shadow. Wanna help me set the food?" Y/N asked.

"Sure." You and Shadow sat the food down.

"Thanks."

"No problem beautiful." Y/N blushed madly when you heard Shadow say that. Shadow also blushed in his own words.

"S-Sorry." Shadow said.

"Don't be. It was sweet."

"Really?"

"Yeah." Shadow blushed again.

"Well then...you're very cute."

"T-Thanks."

"You're welcome." You and Shadow smiled at each other. They continued to decorate Sonic's house. As soon as they finished, Everyone looked at each other.

"Nice work everyone and thank you Shadow for helping us." Sonic said.

"No problem but you should thank Y/N. She's the one who encouraged me to have the holiday spirit. I should of listened to her."

"I forgive you Shadow." Y/N said.

"We all do Mr. Shadow." Cream said.

"Thanks Cream."

"Now let's have some dinner before we celebrate." Amy said.

"I agree." Rouge said. Shadow grabbed your hand making you look at him. Shadow smiled at you while you smiled back. Soon, everyone began to eat dinner.

Shadow was staring at you most of the time. He had this strange feeling that he never felt before. He didn't know what it was but he liked it.
