Previously on Part 5, Shadow was sent to the Future by the mysterious ghost of Christmas future but when he arrived, it was not how he expected. Then Shadow decided to change his behavior, was sent home and then he left the house. Now on with the story!

Note: I'm not very good with holiday endings but I did my best and I still hope you enjoy it!

Shadow went to the shops that were opened for Christmas and bought a couple of things for his friends. Shadow was smiling and feeling joyful just like he was as a kid.

"I hope the others forgive me which might take a very long time." Shadow got all of his gifts, called everyone to meet him at the party he destroyed and told them that he has something very important to tell them.

Everyone left their homes and arrived to Shadow's location.

"What is it Shadow? I thought you wanted to be alone and want nothing to do with us." Blaze said.

"Not to mention that you treated us horribly." Rouge said.

"I know and I am terribly sorry about everything. I was wrong to treat you guys like that. So I brought some gifts for everyone to say I'm sorry." Shadow gave everyone gifts leaving everyone shocked.

Sonic smirked and winked at Tails and Knuckles secretly. Tails and Knuckles smiled back.

"Alright. Who are you and what have you done with Shadow?" Amy asked.

"This is me Amy. I'm done treating you guys like nothing. I changed and I'm happy about it." Y/N smiled as you walked towards Shadow.

"I'm glad to see you smiling again Shadow."

"Me too but..."

"But what?"

"Can I asked you something? When we were 13, and you were having a party at your place, how come nobody told me?"

"You didn't get my letter."

"A letter?"

"Yeah. We sent you a letter but I guess it came late." Shadow suddenly had a flashback.

*Flashback* A few days after the party, Shadow saw a letter in his mailbox and saw that it was from you and the others. Shadow thought it was an apology letter.

Shadow growled and ripped it into pieces. Once it's all shredded, he kicked the shredded pieces and walked inside his house.

*Flashback ended* Shadow was shocked. He felt really bad now.

"You really did care."

"Of course Shadow. I'm sorry too. I never should of thrown that party. But I have something for you." Y/N handed him a present. Shadow looked at you and then at the present.

Shadow slowly opened it and widened his eyes. It was a picture of them when they were teenagers and they were near the fountain during the summer. On the picture, it said, 'I will always love you Shadow, Love Y/N.' Shadow looked at you shocked.

"I wanted to give you this since forever. I hope you like it."

"I....I love it."

"Really?"

"Yeah and I love you as well." Y/N blushed as Shadow smiled. Tails, Cream and Cheese were flying over them holding a mistletoe.

You and Shadow blushed with embarrassment. Soon you smiled and kissed him as he kissed back. Everyone cheered as Sonic smiled.

*Thinks* "My work here is done. My plan worked."

*Thinks* "We did it!" Tails thought.

*Thinks* "Good job Shadow." Knuckles thought with a smile. Shadow pulled away slowly.

"I love you Y/N."

"I love you too Shadow." Everyone smiled at the new couple. Shadow helped fix the Christmas party, Shadow donated some money to the poor especially Magenta and Rebecca.

Since they now have enough money for medical care, Magenta can live even longer. Shadow also enjoyed the Christmas food and drinks. Everyone lived happily ever after. The end.

I might update this later. I need to fix something.

I hope you guys enjoyed this story. This is the very last Christmas story that I'm gonna write but don't worry. Happy New Year is coming up so I'm gonna be working on Happy New Year One Shots! I couldn't think of a good ending but I still hope you enjoyed it! Merry Christmas!
