Previously on Part 2, Shadow was planning to make his friends think that Christmas is just a stupid holiday so that they wouldn't bother him anymore. Later, Shadow experienced the ghost of Christmas Past in his bedroom and was sent to a mysterious place. Now on with the story!

Shadow was screaming as he was falling towards the ground. When he crashed landed, he held his head in pain. The ghost was now floating next to him.

"Sorry Shadow but I had to do this the hard way."

"I will kill....huh?" Shadow looked around and saw that they were at his old home. Shadow was shocked as he looked around slowly.

"This...this was my childhood home when I was 5."

"Indeed Shadow. This is when you still had your Christmas Spirit." Knuckles said. Shadow looked around again and saw a lot of Christmas decorations. Suddenly, he saw the younger version of himself.

"Hey! That's....that's me." Shadow said as he looked at his younger self.

"Jingle bells! Jingle bells! Jingle all the way!" Younger Shadow was singing out loud as he sets his Christmas presents under the tree.

"There! When the others see this, they're going to be so happy!" Younger Shadow said.

"Wow. You were so excited about Christmas weren't you?" Knuckles asked.

"Yeah...it used to be my favorite holiday. This is also the day when I first met...." Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Younger Shadow gets up and opens the door.

"Hi! I'm your new neighbor!" It was younger Y/N. You were the same age as Shadow when you first met. Younger Shadow started to blush.

"H-Hi." Younger Y/N giggled.

"You're cute. I'm Y/N."

"I'm S-Shadow." Younger Shadow was blushing like crazy. Present Shadow sighed.

"This is when I fell in love with her."

"Do you still love her?" Knuckles asked.

"Well..." Shadow saw younger Shadow run into the kitchen, grabbed some flowers from his vase and gave it to younger Y/N.

"I know it's n-not much but...I hope you like your Christmas present."

"I love it! Thank you!" Younger Y/N kissed younger Shadow on the cheek making him blush and faint. Younger Y/N giggled.

"Merry Christmas! I hope we can be friends." Younger Y/N walked away smiling while younger Shadow sat up.

"I love this holiday!" Younger Shadow said as he jumped up and down and started to sing more Christmas songs. Present Shadow sighed.

"Brings back memories. I kinda miss it. Especially when I fell in love with Y/N."

"I have more to show you." Knuckles opened the portal and pushed Shadow inside.

Shadow looked around and saw that younger Shadow was at a different house and he was outside sitting all alone waiting for his friends to show up. Only this time he was 13 years old. (Shadow moved into a new home.)

"Mind telling me why you're alone?" Knuckles asked. Shadow took a deep breath.

"Every year, I used to throw a Christmas party at my place. but something changed when I was 13. They never showed up. No one. I even invited them."

"I had no idea where they went. They always show up to my parties except for this one. I tried calling them but no one answered so I went to Y/N's house to see if she knew where they went." Present Shadow saw teenage Shadow walking towards teenage Y/N's house with flowers in his hands.

Shadow gave Y/N flowers every year for Christmas because it was like a tradition to him.

Knuckles and present Shadow began to follow him. When teenage Shadow arrived at teenage Y/N's house, he was about to knock on the door when suddenly, he heard loud music inside.

When he was looking threw the window, he widened his eyes when he saw that teenage Y/N was having a party and all of Shadow's friends were there having fun. Teenage Shadow was shocked.

"They're having a party without me?" Teenage Shadow asked himself. He lowered his ears feeling upset. Present Shadow and Knuckles continued to watch quietly.

Teenage Shadow got angry and opened the door. He walked inside and turned off the music. Everyone stopped dancing and looked at Shadow.

"Oh hey Shadow. I'm glad you could join us!" Teenage Sonic said. Teenage Shadow was glaring at them. Everyone was confused. Teenage Y/N walked towards teenage Shadow.

"Shadow? What's wrong?" Teenage Shadow whispers to himself and then yells at her.

*Whispers* "What's wrong? *Yells* WHAT'S WRONG!?" Teenage Y/N jumped as she heard him yell. Knuckles and present Shadow were watching from the window.

"I'll tell you what's wrong! None of you guys showed up to my Christmas party! And then I find you all here having a party without me!?"

"Shadow...I..."

"Hey...chill out dude. We're just changing things up a little." Teenage Silver said.

"But you didn't even invited me!"

"Shadow. Please let me explain." Teenage Shadow interrupted teenage Y/N.

"Explain what!? I have been calling you and waiting for you guys to show up at my place for 5 hours and this is what you do!? Having a party without one of your best friends!?"

"Shadow please I...."

"I don't want to hear it!"

"But Shadow..."

"But nothing! I thought Christmas was supposed to be about being with the people that care about you! But I guess I was wrong. You could of told me about this!"

"I..."

"Here! Take your stupid flowers!" Teenage Shadow threw the flowers on the ground, ruining them. Teenage Y/N gasped in shocked.

"That will be the very last gift you'll ever get from me! I'm done with this holiday and I'm done with all of you!" Teenage Shadow was forming small tears as he walked away and slammed the door hard.

Everyone else was standing there quietly. Teenage Y/N was forming tears as she started to cry. When Teenage Shadow was gone, Knuckles and Present Shadow moved away from the house.

"This is why I hate Christmas. All of my 'friends' forgotten about me." Knuckles thought to himself.

*Thinks* "What have we done?" Shadow suddenly felt angry and glared at Knuckles.

"Why did you bring me here anyway!?"

"I...uh..." "Are you trying to make me upset again!?"

"No! No! I just..."

"You are such an idiot! I will never like Christmas and there is nothing you can do about it!" Shadow grabbed Knuckles and started beating him up. Soon, he somehow ended back in his bedroom and he ended up holding his pillow.

"Huh?" Shadow looked around and noticed that he was in his room.

"It was probably just a dream. And I better not have one like that again." Shadow climbed into bed and went to sleep.

Note: Let's just say that Tails and Cream are the same age as them in the story. For now, at least if I change my mind later.
Y/N will explain what really happened that day at the end of the story.
