"We did good." Sterope said, reassuring her. Sterope put a wing around her, as they both looked off into the sunset.

My chosen family and I awkwardly stood there, but we tried to enjoy the story in the moment as well.

It was time for us to head off onto our adventure as well... Just.. We needed to make our short farewells to Astra and Sterope.

They both turned around, which made me relieved because I didn't want to ask and ruin the moment for them.

"Welp, thanks for inviting us. We enjoyed it. I believe it's now time for us to head off on our own adventure." I said, quietly. They looked at us, and they smiled. They studied us, as if we were phoenix ourselves. We were equal.

"Thanks for coming, darlings!" Astra said, beaming. 

"Yeah, thank you guys." Sterope added on, and joined on with his mate. They nodded.

"We just came to say our farewells." I said to them, and they smiled.

"Goodbye to you all, as well!" They both said in unison.

It seemed like a blurred vision, really. It felt like as if my visions were telling my story in advance before they can actually happen.... Future vision, I was guessing. I stared down at my leg, which was practically my arm. It was also practically my wrist, too. I felt very depressed. I didn't know my surroundings... I know I was thinking the exact thought that I had been thinking for a while... I've never actually done it, but... The thing I was thinking about, was self harm.

The only way to release the pain... I thought about self harming, but never committed to do it. I sighed. I had a pencil in my paw, and I rubbed the dull pencil across my wrist quickly, almost like slitting my arm...
