The light subsided, and my eyes quickly adjusted to the regular light. I looked down at the ground where the box was, and the box looked different.

It was opened! But where was Nook and Athena? I knew Lucy and Echo were behind me... But what about them? I then hear weak chirping, and a dizzy high voice.

"O-Ouch.... T-That hurt..." Spoke a high pitched and weak Nook. Nook rubbed their head, and noticed they were basically sitting on Athena. Athena started to chirp rapidly, getting annoyed at Nook.

"O-Oh sorry!!" Nook said quickly, flying upwards, preventing the female from getting any more mad. They thought females were scary when agitated.

I simply laughed quietly at this, while Lucy bursted out laughing and Echo tried holding it in, but failed.

I shook my head and sighed, happily. Finally, we have come to the point where the creatures would be released, where my promise to the Cerberus would be filled... I looked over to the box.

"Oh hey! The box opened!" Nook said excitedly, and quickly flew to the box's side. Athena joined them, and we were all there, standing before the box.

I just stared at it, basically daydreaming... The missions and quests that lead up to this... They were worth it. I was so glad to meet the Cerberus, Chimera, and now a Phinx! They were really good creatures, that deserved the best... And, so did the others that are still locked up.

"So, what are you waiting for?" Echo said in a husky  voice. He chuckled.

I practically laughed at the natural dog pun in my mind, but quickly got back on track.

"Do the honors!" Said Lucy, joyfully.

I grabbed the lever with my fangs, careful not to damage it, and I set it upon the ground...

Now, just time to flip it... Then, my promise will be fulfilled. I thought.
