"Hey, they will visit, it's okay. Our family is successful, we're successful.. This has been an experience, okay? You can't cry over that. I'm just as proud as you are." Sterope said in a husky voice.

I felt like something with the tree was supposed to happen... Their tree was dying, I mean, almost all of the leaves had fallen off the tree, and they were just left with the underbrush... I felt like I was waiting for the tree to do something...

And, my instincts were correct. I looked at the top of the tree, and all of a sudden the tree bursted and erupted with cherry blossom petals. It was just like an explosion of spring... The tree bloomed with petals. The petals were ever a light pink, but also a dark pink in the middle. The blossoms were fresh, as well.

It was like an explosion, but with no sound... It was... The beginning of spring, in my part of the Everfree, and the farewell of a new generation.

"WOAH!" Echo and Lucy bursted out in unison. The quickly ran over to us, and examined the tree... All of a sudden, in mid air, Lucy stood on her two front paws, and began to dance with the light falling petals of the cherry blossom tree.

Astra and Sterope turned around, and their jaws hung open. Their eyes widened, and they looked astonished. Was this new? Had they never seen this before?

"Wha-?" Sterope said, looking at the new cherry blossom tree. So this wasn't expected. They didn't plan this, and this was new... And, I was there to witness it... That was amazing.

"Awe! How wonderful! This is simply beautiful. It took my breath away." Astra said, letting the loose fire tears at the tip of her eyes fall.

This was a new beginning, not only for us, but for every creature.
