Scoff. Scoff... Scoff. I couldn't get his name out of my head... I felt like he was screaming through words that could never be spoken... I felt like he was reaching my mind through a voice that couldn't be heard, and he was pulling at my soul with invisible ropes that he also attached to my heart... I felt like I needed to do something. Now.

"No... Not right now, at least. I think listening is the best you could do to help me... Plus! I've moved on, I'm better now!" She spoke so freely, and happily. I knew she had learned her lesson about saving happiness, and learning how much happiness could mean... And, how happiness couldn't be made from having everything. She learned.

She beamed with delight. She was trying to emit that light onto me, but that light was blinded and bound by my darkness... The light wouldn't hit the ground of where I was trapped... The darkness forbade my escape, and, to be honest? I didn't think I was escaping anytime soon...

Shadows did always dissappear in darkness, anyway.

"Scoff!" I shouted, out of thought. I didn't even control it, it just came out... It came out like a piece of my shattered heart had been taken out of my body... I forced my mouth shut after saying that. I felt horrible after saying that.

She looked at me, and had a serious expression. She sighed, and looked down. She then looked back at me.

"I know..." She said softly, but sadly as well. She missed him, but we would get him back.

"We need to save him!" I exclaimed again, out of control. From that outburst, I recollected myself and brought myself back into control. My mind and soul were going in outbursts for my well being... We needed to save Scoff.
