I looked back over to my chosen family. I loved them. I loved them so much, and I couldn't have possibly gotten this far or even completed this mission without them. They helped me so much along the way, and I appreciate them.

"Did you know that I was one of the three main guardians!?" Nook said, flying in all directions close to my face. They were pretty cheerful.

The three guardians, huh? The Cerberus, Chimera, and then the Phinx. That rings a bell... I remember three guardians of the Everfree.

I flipped the next page of the book, "Every Place In Equestria, and Their Legends!" Now, they meant legends as in not real things. How they were so wrong... I believed everything was real, and I knew it, too. Nopony could change my mind about that. I believed everything that ponies said wasn't real, or just myths. They were real, alright. And, I knew I would be the one to discover it... Somehow.

Anyway, I looked upon the next page. I was on the section about the Everfree, and I was on the legend page. I read about there being three specific guardians of the Everfree that were the highest among the creatures that the brothers gave jobs to. It was quite interesting, really.

The flashback ended, and I smiled showing my fangs.

"I remember that. But, I wasn't sure what kind of creatures they were. I'm glad I got to meet the guardians. And, I'm especially happy that I got to connect and form a relationship with each one of them!" I beamed, naturally blushing. Nook was also beaming, and racing around my head, ears, and flowing mane.

Well, our mission was pretty much over... It was now time to head back and find Winter, and reunite her with Athena. They were the cutest- But it was also time for Nook to have a home.
